I have been a long time customer of this Parcel Plus for the past 3 years. I use to have a PO Box at the post office but I was in need of a mailbox that is able to receive UPS packages. A post office box cannot receive any UPS or FedEx packages for you. I have opened up a mailbox here and have been completely happy with the service I have received. The location here is very close to where I work and all I need to do is call them to ask if any packages have arrived for me. Then I would just pick up on my way home. I am also able to make copies here and buy postage stamps rather then having to drive all the way to the post office. There are practically no lines here during Christmas time when I need to mail out my x-mas presents to my family. I would never go to the Post Office during the holiday season, especially if I have to wait like an hour in line there. They also package my items for me for a small fee. All I need to do is bring them the items and they will take care of the rest. Very convenient for me and saves me a lot of time. I would highly recommend this Parcel Plus, they provide a lot of services and are very nice people.

This place is awesome! I have not once had an issue at this location. The owner is very respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer many questions without having to think twice. It is a little cluttered with old keyboards and dvds.If you need a place to drop off your ups package or anything along the lines. This is that place for you.

Convenient location with ample parking. When I send packages from here they always arrive on time.

Helpful gentleman but prices are way too high. He quoted me a price of $56 for UPS (that includes the extra insurance). After shipping my packages as I was too lazy to take them down the road, I called UPS asking for a quote for the same and was quoted $25 (with the insurance). I understand that you need to make a profit but feel that his markup is too high. This lazy person will drive a few miles next time.

No problems here my packages always deliver on time but it’s so sketched & old like please renovate

Says they close at 5pm Saturday. I got there at 450 pm and it was pitch black...CLOSED!!!!!!!!
