I started using Precision Lawn & Landscape this spring (2020) as a trial run, putting down mulch. I was impressed with the quality of work, all the weeds were removed, they clean up after they were finished, and my yard looked beautiful. Next, someone came by, and I thought something we wrong, and he stated he was quality control. Now, this is a service. I love working with Mr. Nico; his customer service is top-notch. Precision Lawn has done many additional yard jobs to include the recent shutting down of my irrigation system. I highly recommend this company. Ive had mowing service twice a month with these guys for over 2 years and theyve always done a great job! When Ive needed them for landscaping or anything extra they are prompt to return an estimate to me and are generally pretty reasonable about pricing. I have even recommended them for some of my friends and theyve been happy with work performed as well. Anytime they were going to be late or delay services due to weather they inform me, and they have never left a mess behind after mowing. Definitely 5 stars!

Ive watched PLL grow over the years, yet they still have that small company customer service and feel. The workmanship is top notch, and the employees are always polite and helpful. I started using these guys last year and Im glad I did. This week has been a difficult week for scheduling as the company had to cancel and reschedule us three times for a Spring system turn-on. Nevertheless, Geo (the irrigation tech) stopped by on the way home today and explained what happened, taking full responsibility and never once trying to make an excuse. Geo then asked if he could turn on the sprinklers this evening rather than us having to wait until tomorrow morning. He diligently checked every zone, making sure that everything was properly aligned and in good working order. Geo is a complete professional in everything he does and should be commended for his efforts to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Precision Lawn & Landscape!

Nico Gianni came out to our house and talked to me about putting down some stacking stone. We had discussed two options and he sent me an estimate for the first option. I immediately emailed him back and told him we wanted to go with the second option and needed an estimate on that one. I also sent him a text message and got no response. They sent out someone to do the aeration and seeding and that guy said he would tell him to contact me. Nothing.... I then called the office and talked to a lady and she said he would call me back as well. Nothing. We’re pleased with their lawn treatment/service but this has been ridiculous. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone needing work done after this debacle!Updated on April 29Nico and the owner, Ben both reached out to apologize and Ben gave us a free service visit. I appreciate that so I gave three stars instead of the previous one.

Im looking for a reputable lawn service. Precision Lawn and Landscaping has been cutting my neighbors lawn. Ive been watching them because Ive been thinking of using the company. Twice Ive watched the employees mow around a piece of trash (blew in neighbors yard from strong winds) in my neighbors yard (instead of picking it up). Im still baffled that these employees do not mow my neighbors entire front yard. A ten year old would do a better job. They dont mow all the way to the property line (where the fence line is...obvious). My neighbors lawn has a huge strip of high grass between us (and its not edged). Super poor quality and unprofessional. The owner needs to have an All Hands with his employees and explain the proper way to mow grass on property lines. I will not be calling Precision Lawn and Landscaping.

This is going on my second year with Precision and I’m very happy to have them! Today I got some fresh mulch put down and the employee name Ender have done a amazing job! He literally took the time and pulled out the weeds, put down the fresh mulch. He shaped up around my pants and trees. With that it made my lawn pop out with the dark fresh mulch. Really guys I had a bad day and once I came home and saw the work that Ender have done. I literally started to smile again. My wife was home when Ender was working around our lawn and she never call me during my busy schedule for something that is non-emergency but she called me to tell me about the amazing job Ender have done!

You could sense how much he cared about his company and clients. He only asked that I give them another chance, which I stated I would. He wanted to fix the issues because he cares about his company and clients.As the saying goes, you pay for what you get. They have lower prices, but will reschedule without telling you, do sub par work, and you should check your invoice for over charging. We were willing to compromise quality for price. If you are not, pick another provider.

I just want to take a minute and give kudos to Precision Lawn. My backyard has a brick patio that divides the yard. Initially, the workers were cutting the back with a riding mower. As they cut, the mower would drive over the patio and chip the edges of the bricks. I spoke to a very friendly and professional office manager (I believe she was the office manager) who ensured that going forward the workers would use a push mower for the backyard . I then was referred to Ben who is the owner. Ben was very responsive and contracted a company to repair the bricks. No hassle. Ben followed up throughout the process to keep me informed of what was going on. I highly recommend Precision and thank the staff and Ben. I will definitely be using them for all of my lawn care needs.

Initially had some issues with this company but after talking with the owner and expressing my frustrations we reached an amicable agreement. They did a great job making my landscape look amazing. Most owners wont personally come to your house and make sure your happy. This one does!

I saw precision around the neighborhood and the lawns they took care of looked good. Now mine does too. For years, Precision has dutifully maintained the landscape of our large church campus, as well as providing snow plowing and salting for our paved areas. Services were always done on time and in proper order. The business management is very easy to communicate with and willing to handle special requests as needed. Precision is a small and locally owned business that really takes care of its customers. They have always acted in the best interest of me and my lawn. Ben and his team are a results/customer driven organization. They achieve what they are promise in a timely manner. They always give the best solution, not the most expensive. For example, parts of my lawn needed replacing. I got a quote from another organization that said it needed to all new sod to achieve the look I wanted, with a $4k price tag. Ben and his team achieved what I had asked for less than a third of the price. It was not only EXCELLENT work, it was the service after the sale that was truly amazing. For these reasons, and MANY more, I highly recommend Ben and his team.

They offer a wide variety of services, we use them for lawn trimming, leaf removal, and snow removal (if necessary). If on an occasion an issue were to arise, Sabine and Ben have always worked quickly to fix any issues.

We hired Precision to get all of our leaves picked up on our 1/2 acre lot. They did an outstanding job cleaning up our yard, communicated throughout the process and followed up after the service was completed. The price was fair and I didn’t feel like they rushed to get the job done. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Precisions name is perfect for them! I just had a garden pulled out and replaced with mulch, some bushes planted, some bushes removed, and lots of irrigation work done. Everything they did was meticulous--from the hand digging to the weeding to the placement of the bushes. All of the employees were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the owner Ben is very flexible and honest--he recommended against doing a few things that he thought wouldnt take. And on top of everything, their price was the best by a mile!

I have had the privilege of working with Precision Lawn & Landscape last year & again this year. They are professional, prompt, polite, & have done a wonderful job on my front & back yard. There is no grass to cut, just maintaining the landscaping & clean-up. This year they removed bushes/trees, laid fabric & rocks, including the regular clean-up & laying of mulch. Upon completion of the job, the yard has a much better presentation. I couldnt be prouder of their work. I highly recommend this company for your yard work. The prices are also quite competitive. I have used Precision for 2 years and have been very pleased with their service. I have a difficult yard to mow due to a slope in the back yard that gets muddy. They work with the problem and even do it with a string trimmer when it is too muddy. The workers do a great job and are very polite. I like that this company will cut your grass in the same week if there is a rain day instead of skipping the mowing for a week.

My biggest worry was my vegetable beds as I wasnt there to supervise but they did a great job! I let them know once about the garden and possible wild bunnies when I ordered the services and they kept the grass short but didnt mow my vegetables or flowers. The price was also good.

However, it was too late for us to use his company as we had already scheduled a start date with someone else.Ben had Nico come back out to give me an estimate on a different project and I received the estimate the very next day! If we decide to move forward with the project I will consider giving them a try.***ORIGINAL POST Nico came out early April to talk about redesigning our front flower beds. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate even after I called inquiring about it a week later. We ultimately decided to use a different company.

I am very happy with the service received from Precision Mowing. I hired them to cut the grass (which was grossly overgrown) at one of my sales listings. They came by, provided estimates for initial cut and future bi-weekly cuttings, and started the next day. I did not have to check in or remind them, they just went as scheduled. Pricing was very good and billing was easy. I would definitely use them again.
