I have been going to Flawless for a few years now and my only regret is that I didn’t find Ms. Eva sooner!! The treatment rooms are spotless, all the technicians are knowledgeable and most importantly my skin is flawless!!! :) This is by far the BEST place for you to spoil yourself!!

I have been receiving treatments from Rozi for the past 4 months and it has been an amazing experience! She always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable when entering her room as I always get a little nervous before the procedure. The receptionist Maria has also been very helpful with any questions and concerns I have had. This is a great business and my only regret is not finding them sooner!

I love this clinic and the staff. Everyone was friendly. It is very clean. Gaby was my technician and she explained the procedure before treating me. The laser was not painful, it only felt like snaps of cool and hot air. I can’t wait for my next treatment.

I am very upset with the customer service I have been receiving lately from this company. I moved to another state and purchased a service prior to moving and now they cannot provide and is fair to get reimbursed. I have been asking for my reimbursement for this service over 2 months. I have made calls and spoke with the receptionist all she does is take my messages and I dont hear back. This is unacceptable! Be careful with this company because they will not reimburse you if due to uncertain circumstances that are beyond someone’s control.Another issue I had with them is their current receptionist. I used to love their old receptionist because she never messed up my appointments. The new receptionist they have prior to the pandemic, have mess my appointments badly. Then, I leave messages for services that need to be reimburse and nothing. It’s been two months!!! BE CAREFUL!!! I do not recommend this company anymore!

WOW! Much better than waxing. First time using laser for hair removal and Im definitely like it. Eva and the front desk lady were awesome! informative, friendly and energetic. Ive been telling all my friends about it! Im really happy with the results.

This place was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine who has been going to Ms. Eva for a long time now. I had stopped going to my previous laser place so I was really in need of a new one but wanted to make sure I was comfortable there.I fell in love with Ms Eva!! She is absolutely a beautiful person period! So sweet and so welcoming! The place is clean, modern and the laser machine is not painful! The previous one that was used on me at the last laser place was beyond excruciatingly painful. This one feels more like a cold sting so it’s very tolerable! All of the staff here is very welcoming and just so down to earth. Nicole up at the front desk is a total sweetheart! They are very good with accommodating scheduling and you cannot beat their prices! So competitive! I cannot say enough good things about them and will certainly be coming here for all future laser appointments! I have seen amazing results so far. You will not be disappointed with these guys :)

For me: (Brazilian) I seen results after my first hair laser removal session. & After my fourth session, I barely have hair! It’s amazing! The office is new, clean and homey. When I first called to schedule I got the voicemail saying the office was on vacation, I was happily surprised to get a call back in a few minutes. I liked how I was able to do my paperwork before the appointment.My technician was super friendly and efficient. I have only had 1 session on my underarms and Im seeing a huge difference! I cant wait to finish! I would definitely recommend them, for me its worth the hour drive!

Excellent place to get laser hair removal. They have excellent laser machine that has cooling system so it will not hurt compared to other lasers i tried. There office us very clean and has cozy atmosphere. A little hard to find at first, but they are located inside SALON PLAZA Suite 105 infront of Staples. Great experience and looking forward to my next session!!

Fantastic customer service, very understandable and flexible people. I called and told them that I would be 30 minutes late due to an accident and they were happy to wait for me even thought I was the last appointment for the day. The laser is very effective and I am very happy with the results, plus the salon is very clean.
