Returned a router. Lady was helpful and efficient. Took almost no effort to return the equipment. Got an email letting me know it was received before I even made it out the door. Good stuff!
This store is for installation help only. They cannot assist you with account issue.Verizon support recommended I drive from Stafford up to this location, only for them to say we have literally NOTHING to do with your billing.
Was only in there for a short time and got what I came for, but the person who waited on me was not all that pleasant. She wasnt rude or anything like that, but you could tell she clearly wanted to be anywhere but there. Customer service jobs are not easy and not for everyone, but if youre gonna work a job providing it, you should at least be friendly with customers and pretend you want to be helpful.
Extremely helpful! I receive exceptional customer service every time I come to this store. I have had very positive experiences consistently and can’t say enough good things about the customer service representatives I have had the pleasure of assisting me, specifically Sean, Jason, Javon, and Michael have gone above and beyond the past two visits I made. I was so impressed that I brought my 80year old grandmother here to get Fios because I knew that they would take care of her! Would gladly give 10 stars if I could!!

This is not for the store location. In fact this is a VERIZON PHONE SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I wish this had a negative star area. Never again will I even consider referring anyone to this company again. They are so concerned about the sale they will mislead you and everything just to set up a new service. When I called to refer someone the rep didnt even inform me i would have to do everything online. She stated to call back about the referral once they are hooked up. So when I do call back they tell me everything is online. They dont even have a referral department. So I couldt even speak with anyone regarding the situation. They told me to have them cancel their account and re-do credit checks and everything all over again. So I am pretty much short. They need to get their stuff together before promoting something without even providing the proper information to their customers. Very disappointed in Verizon Fios.
Jason and his team were extremely helpful in bringing me back to Verizon. At the end of my contract term, I cancelled my contract and was looking to switch over to Comcast. Although, I did not see anything close to what I got from Verizon I was still planning to make the switch. My trip to return my old Verizon equipment brought me in contact with the store manager Jason and his team. They were quite knowledgeable with Verizons offerings and expertly guided me on what I would be missing out if I made the switch. Lets just say they convinced me and I will be returning to Verizon.
Calling in routed me immediately to a queue with crappy music, and there I stayed for 22 minutes by my watch. Tried on-line, it couldnt find an address that has been there 70years, and the application kept looping back to Were looking that up! I cant imagine anyone wanting to deal with this inept company. I hope their stockholders try this process as if they were customers.
Was charged the full bill for the month after disconnecting my service 3 days after the end of the last billing cycle. I wasnt even living in my apartment at the end of my billing cycle. I used to love Verizon but after this I think Ill try Xfinity.
This was the best experience I ever had since I moved from Germany to the USA. I had a hard time setting up a new account, and one of the representatives named Brandon was very professional and helped me out a lot. I had issues logging into my fios account and he took the time to talk to customer service for about an hour to solve all problem. He gave me all the equipment I needed and guided me through the process. He could answer every single question I asked. After asking him to talk to his supervisor due to his professional work, I met Alex and he was very caring and customer friendly as well. I give this store 5 stars and can recommend it to everyone who is looking for outstanding customer service.
You end up getting the service you pay for but there are constant issues, technicians either don’t follow up, or miss times. The cost changes every so often with out any advanced notice. There is limited options and they contantly try to upsell you on packages.

Best Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced at Any StoreJason and his team did an exceptionally extraordinary job helping us with our internet, wifi, and telephone requirements. My father and I went to the Verizon Fios Center because we were establishing new service and we thought we needed some extra help determining our requirements and the best plan for us. Based on past experience we did not think the phone or online options would give us the service we needed. In the past, we have had FIOS for 6 years and were very happy at first, but recently our internet had become slow and we also experienced some streaming delays. We were wondering if we should consider another option or whether an amended FIOS plan and equipment could meet our needs. We are a family of 6 including 4 adults and 2 small children (we have lots of devices [computers, iphones, ipads]) connected and 4/5 rooms with DVRs and FIOS service in them. We also stream Netflix and other services occasionally. Jason spent a great deal of time with us analyzing our needs, our current plan and equipment and the building the ideal plan for our family at the lowest cost possible. I felt that he truly cared about us as he treated us as I would treat a member of my family. Needless to say, I was very glad that we chose to go to the store as I learned a great deal and was able to get the perfect plan for us. We stayed with FIOS rather due to the great customer service from Jason. Very well done!! Best customer service ever.
Customer Service skills are nonexistent in this store. The people who work there are not friendly they barely speak when you come in and when they do acknowledge someone they are so DRY very unpleasant
Being honest, Verizon upsets me often and I’m not the easiest customer to deal with but then there are folk Like Charles at the WoodBridge Fios store that guides you through your options expertly with ease and it makes one happy to be a Verizon customer.
Had a great experience Jason was so nice and was able to help me with my move. He was able to explain the priceses and the offers they had avalible in the area. Definitely recommend Jason, I was able to get what I needed without any problem. He was able to explain the difference between the internet services avalible. I really appreciate consumer service and this was the best yet !! 5 stars for sure !!!

They weren’t really helpful when I wanted to remove tv from my service. They gave me two numbers to call with both having wait times over an hour. I would give them half a star for the service

I drove an hour to get here to pick up my equipment and realized I was going to be late, I called the store and let them know and asked if they could stay open a little later becuase I was almost there. Verizon is the worst provider you can ever imagine. They gave me an appointment time and no one showed up at my house. A complete waste of time, and they seem to not even care when I complained to a supervisor.

Manager was awful. Too busy trying to show off to the girls working by throwing equipment across the showroom attempting to make it into a box against a wall and telling customers to just go on Amazon and purchase their own equipment. Subpar service. Easy to get ahold of someone if you want to obtain service or add more services. Difficult to get ahold of someone if you have servicer related issues.

I must say very bad customer service. I installed fios in jan 2019 and suppose to get gift card after 31 days but still i havent received it. when i call everytime they say you will receive gift card within in a week or 2. Really pathetic they trap customer by saying limited time promotion but you wont receive anything and yeah they are punctual to deduct bill from my account before the due date but for the gift card they arent.I dont want to give fios even one star but it wont go ahead without clicking on the star.

Very disappointed. We had a sales man from fios come to our house so we listened to what he had to say. (Little back story had fios in this house 3 years ago and it never worked right) so we explained our concerns and he told us they came through and put new fiberoptics in our neighborhood and was told we had a 30 day free trial if we didnt like the service we could cancel without being charged as you have a 30 day free trial. So we decided we would try fios again under the assumption that the fiberoptics was upgraded. So when the installer came to install I told him what the sales man told us about the fiberoptics being upgraded. He said that was a lie its the same lines as it was when we moved in 3 years ago so right there I was very upset that we had been lied to. So I let him finish the installment and right after he left the TV in our den was not work right I had to call them to try to fix it. They fixed it for about a day then it was still doing the same thing skipping on every channel. Then we noticed the wifi was not working right always disconnecting so we asked for a wifi extender tech brought that out and it still didnt help us. I finally had enough when my phone bill went up due to not being connected to wifi and go over the coverage when I work from home and am always connected to wifi. So we canceled before the 30 days free trial was up and now Im being sent a bill for 288$ for what Im not sure when we didnt even have them a month and I return all there equipment. So when I received the email today saying 288$ was owed we called fios and they said that it was not a free trial and we are being charged for the services we did receive. Thats fine but when I have had to call almost every day to have them reboot the system cuz the TV or the internet was not working I should not have to pay for services that we not provided to me correctly. The supervisor cindy said she see no calls where I called in but I have my call log to prove it. I am very disappointed in Verizon fios. They dont even deserve the 1 star
Their service is sickening. I upgraded my service to include premiums and was told it would work in a half hour. When it did not work I called and they informed me it would not work until tomorrow. Their customer service is awful and if I wanted to deal with this I would have comcast. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE
After being with comcast for a while, i decided to change to change to verizon, better service. when i called, they claimed that they would give me free channels for a month and a chromebook if i had stayed with them for 2 or 3 months. its been 6 months. i havent got my chromebook, i called and they always sent me dates that it would come. guess what? im still typing on my laptop from 2008
Got a new brand new router from a friend who never used it, and Verizon refused to activate it unless I upgraded my FIOS plan and changed from month to month to a 2 year contract. I am a computer guy that often go into the advanced settings to set things up, and what they told me was an out and out lie.
DO NOT GET FIOS!!!! I have to say that I have never been more disgusted by a company in my life. First, we were promised super fast internet speeds when we signed up only to have the slowest internet ever. We have had multiple technicians out that dont have any idea about what is going on. We even had one person tell us that all of Verizons towers had been hacked and that was why they were so slow...really? Do you really think I am that stupid? I must be because I am still with you guys. So not only do we have incredibly slow internet which directly affects my ability to work, since I work from home and I need good internet to do my job, but then they double charged us for a whole month. I had proof from my bank that we had already paid them, and I sent that proof to the department they told me to. They told us that while they were investigating, we did not need to pay the double charge. So we didnt. Then two weeks later we were told that if we didnt pay our services would be cut off. What? We hadnt even heard back about the investigation and we had proof from our bank statements that WE ALREADY PAID. But since I work from home and was on a deadline, we couldnt afford to lose our services so we paid it. THEN on the next bill there was a $50 fee for reestablishing service. OUR SERVICE NEVER GOT CUT OFF!! I refused to pay it and called in several times. Nobody would help and they again threatened to cut off our service for 50 bucks!! So my husband called and had it out with an extremely rude CSR and then asked to speak with a supervisor. After being put on hold for ten minutes, the same person came back and said that his supervisor was too busy but would call my husband back later. Guess what? No call. That was two weeks ago. We were again forced to pay a fee. So we have internet that doesnt work and have been charged over $200 fraudulently and unethically. And still Verizon doesnt care. Id rather go to Comcast and have them pay our contract fees that deal with this BS any longer. It is disgusting behavior and Im even debating changing our cellphone service as well.
Young lady at the counter did not seem keen to help me with Fios. Manager was not any better and said You should check out cable internet. I did. I am good to go with Comcast.

I just tried to change my business class fios to home fios as I am a home business. To change, I was told that I would have to pay a $2,400 cancellation fee. I couldnt believe it, $2,4000 after being a customer for a year and I was going to stay with fios. I then call back 2 hours later after talking to the home team and finding my bill will drop $300 a month and the rate they now tell me that it will be to cancel is $3,800. I of course try to fight to get to a manager and the response is that they are the managers and there is nothing they can do. DO NOT USE FIOS! THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
Verizon Fios has one of the worst customer service s d slow speed service provider. Do not waste your money or time. I got verizon fios for my new Town House, at first they promised almost one GB speed, with total almost $80/month with automatic monthly payment. However, after almost two months the speed dramatically decreased, I bet it’s even not 100MB! On the other hand, it has been over months I connected my own router that I bought from Best Buy $350 to get ride of extra router lease charges of verizon. I informed them more than ten times, but they haven’t adjusted my monthly bill yet!SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on such poor service!

Lazy employees, too busy playing games on their phones they cant even look up while serving customers ?! Observed all the employees on their phones and the one helping me didnt even stop playing his game while he was processing my equipment. I mean theres a PAUSE button!
Literal worst customer service EVER! We have a cable at our house that needs replacing, we give a time for the rep and then all of the sudden last minute there’s “no one available” cannot wait to move from the DMV area and no longer have their service.

Trying to drop off equipment...store closes at 6 pm but when I get there at 5:50 pm the doors are already locked and the two ladies behind the counter refused to make eye contact!! Ok Verizon.Mind you- I’m not even making a purchase. I’m just dropping off boxes. Smh
My experience was horrible with Verizon Fios. For the first year, I loved it but now, im over them. I cant wait for my contract to be up so that I can switch to something else. I got rid of the entertainment package because I never used it and why pay an extra like $50/month for it whenever you dont even use it? So, I got rid of that and ONLY that and kept the same channel package, well, somehow I lost channels that werent even part of the entertainment package. I called customer service like three different times then called the Woodbridge store. Everyone I spoke to was extremely RUDE and was of no help at all. The lady that I spoke to at the Woodbridge office tried to tell me that my house phone number wasnt mine whenever it was and then tried to tell me I have five boxes in my house whenever I really only have two. Also, the first guy I spoke to from the customer service department told me my bill was gonna be $160 a month, then, whenever I got the bill it was actually $187 whenever I asked the lady at the Woodbridge office why it was that much of a difference she said that it was only a $10 difference and that it was because my package went up by $10 after getting rid of the entertainment package. So, I had to the math for her and break it down that $187-$160 isnt $10 dollars. She then had no answers for me on why it was $17 more than what the gentlemen on the phone told me. Not to mention, whenever I called customer service I kept getting transferred to different people that didnt have answers for me and the one lady was so rude and wouldnt even let me get a word in on why I was calling. Im very disappointed in Verizon Fios, I have been a loyal customer for over a year that has ALWAYS paid my bill on time but I can guarantee that as soon as my contract is up im switching.
