Showed up the store several minutes after scheduled opening to find a locked door with an employee inside who paid me no mind until I had to tap on the glass. At first he just shook his head no which gave me no information. After a minute or two I tapped again and he told me they’d be open in two to three minutes. It was also raining outside and there appeared to be no reason he was not opening the store.Once I got inside I addressed the employee politely and asked how he was doing. He twice just replied what can I help you with.The return of my equipment and pickup of a router was quick but the employees unprofessional and rude attitude was unnecessary. I’m not even asking for someone to be overly nice but to be rude to the first customer of the day for no reason speaks volumes.

If you need to replace your modem or router call Tech services and have it shipped to you. This place has no stock and no knowledge when you need help.
So I got in to this file store just to return a Wi-Fi router, the guy asked me am I here to return an equipment and I say yes, so he went on and scanned the unit and says were all done you can go. Little did I know when I got back home a few miles away that my account has been canceled every single thing thats connected to my house not able to use . Shouldnt there be a store policy the agent ask you what do you need to do today are you canceling your account with files or youre just simply returning a unit. This guy assumes that every person that returns something is going to cancel account, why cant he be little more professional, and dig a Little deeper to find out what is the customers needs.
Cool guy at forward most counter, helped me get a case and glass screen protector, put it on recommended some headphones and I was gone in 20 mins. Everywhere else wants appointments.

First time I decided to pay my in person, when u arrived u must check in all the information is posted on there Front Door which is very simple. Once I was in I was greeted in a professional manner ( first time at this location) . When leaving was greeted by a store employee saying to me enjoy ur day and evening. Things have changed.

I was told by Verizon support to go to the store to upgrade my equipment. I had just upgraded my service including upgrading my 3 cable boxes and adding a new router. I drove 35 minutes in a rain storm to get to the store. I arrived at the store at 6:35pm. That being said the store closes at 7:00pm The door was locked. I knocked on the door. The associate came to the door and tells me I have to come back tomorrow. I explained that I drove 35 minutes to get here. Mind you I was standing outside holding a box of all my old equipment that I had just disconnected and it was pouring rain and I was getting drenched. He said to me I am with a customer and when I am done with them I am going home. He said rule is one customer at a time in the store then he just shut the door and locked it. He was so rude. It was like he was mad that I knocked on the door and he had to get up and unlock it to tell me to go away. He didn’t even give me a chance to say anything else. I would have gladly waited in my vehicle until he was done with the customer he was assisting. I have never been so mistreated in my life. I then had to drive all the way home and reconnect all my old cable boxes because I don’t have another day off until Sunday. I will definitely not be coming back this location. I would rather drive all the way to the Shrewsbury location to get the Proper customer service!!!

I was struggling to carry boxes of equipment into the store. A man and a woman were working there. The woman walked right by me. The man did nothing. You could see how heavy they were. I put the. Boxes on a desk and went to the counter. I said to the woman they are very heavy for me. She said, yeah well you have to bring them up here. I have never seen 2 people so lazy in my life. No customer service. No personality. Very unpleasant experience. I manage a company, and would have fired them both. And for the record, I am an older woman, and limping. What happened to work ethic?
This story just gets better. Having been going here for many years. The associates are friendly and try to spend good time with each customer. Not terrible long waits. They have good technicians here. Would be a 5 star BUT the remodel of the store took many phones and accessories away. I really liked that I could troll older models while looking at new ones. This is a corporate store. Good for warranty and insurance claims.

I am paying Top of the line packet for Fios and internet is not that great but even more disappointing is the TV service which signal is very poor and it keeps freezing the image on the TV. When I called technical support they offered no help at all and they said that a technician has to come over to my residence for a charge of $49.99, so how the heck i have to pay them to fix their own problem??? Believe if you get Fios you will regret it. I am in a 24 months contract and I think I will buy myself out of the contract.
Verizon service will keep billing you even after you end the service beware keep a record of every time you call them to cancel because they lie about dates, I even sent my box back UPS, and they said that I didnt cancel even days after that, trying to explain to the representative then how could I have the UPS information if I canceled after I already sent the box back.
The store was clean and well lit but could not help me with my Verizon FiOS issue.

Nice, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable people. Resolved all my issues and patiently answered all my questions. I came from a flip phone to the samsung phone, which is like night and day, i was kind of list. They have held my hand so to speak on how to use the phone, i made many visits to this verizon store and have never been told that i am asking them too many questions or we cant help you with that. I have also called verizon wireless with many questions and they were outstanding, friendly, professional and made me feel welcome anytime. Thank you verizon.

Never buy fios from anywhere store from fiosThey will catch you once in lowest price and will increase the bill month after month. When you go to cancel the service the will make you wait on phone call. Plus they will make you to in circle so you keep paying month by month and keep waiting to cancel service.Service is so retarded and third class waited for 45+ min to just talk to a representative.

Ive upgraded my service twice because of slow speeds, so I now pay $60 a month for DSL (no FIOS in my area). My speeds are supposed to be 3.1 to 7 Mbps for downloads (even though they advertise FIOS 50Mbps for $45/month). My actual measured speed averages between 0.14 and 0.23 Mbps! My internet also cuts out at least 5-10 times a day. I work from home 2-3 days/week, so this is completely unacceptable. When I call to complain theyre very rude, and give me some canned speech about using multiple devices, etc. and tell me to upgrade again. I dont run multiple devices. Im 1 person using 1 device at a time. My complaint is that it can sometimes take up to 2 minutes for an email to open. A 30 second Youtube clip at 144p (!) can take 2-3 minutes to load. Forget about uploading an Excel file or Word document. I might as well go run a 5k and come back while I wait. Its so bad that AOL 2.0 on a dial up modem would be an upgrade...

If you do not have Verizon Fios DO NOT GET IT, #Verizon is a disreptable company......I am trying to get my TV disconnected and only have Internet and they keep strong arming me to keep the TV, then they put me into a new 2 year contract and are forcing me to pay $350 to get rid of it!!!
