I bought two pair of gold earrings for my daughters with insurance. I was promised help by the manager and when I went back another girl of lesser power refused to help. She wouldnt even give me the backings in case I find the earring again since theyre different than regular backings. Very unprofessional. Waste of money and time.

Dont go here the employees were rude and the lady the did my ear peircing (lobes) got infected granted I was 10 but still I did everything she told me to and I had to take them out in the middle of school

Dont say body piercing if all youre doing is ears!

Do not go there! Horrible customer service one lady works there. When I came up to buy a belly ring she was helping a woman look at Bracelets which is fine I asked her when she gets a chance can he help me I just need a belly ring she looked annoyed that I bothered her and just shook her head yes he then further proceeded to help this other woman and I stood there for over five minutes she never once turned to me and said it’s going to be a few more minutes or I’ll be right with you her and the lady were just casually looking at the bracelets Like no one else was there I finally left since neither one of them seemed like they were going to be done soon extremely bad customer service and very rude will never stop there again

My grandson had his ears pierced and everyone was very professional and helpful

I brought my 5 month old to them to get her ears pierced...the ladies were very professional and made sure it was done correctly. The ladies were very nice and I felt comfortable with them, I would recommend these ladies to anyone wanting their ears pierced.

HORRIBLE customer service! The lady looked at me with disgust and answered with serious attitude like I was bothering her when I asked her about a daith piercing! I was very polite and she was the rudest person EVER! I was so mad I walked away and didnt buy a thing.

Very rude, unprofessional, ghetto and worst customer service. We purchased earring from Springfield and went to Potomac Mills to return after 2 weeks, that dam female refused to return. She said we have to return To Springfield. We had to call customer service and resolve this issue.

Just went there I had Taylor and she did my third hole and made it so even she did a really good job!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Didnt have any of the ear rings she wanted. She picked multiple and they didnt have any of them. The lady with bright red hair was not very helpful, acted like she had better things to do than her job. We went to Claires instead had by far a better experience there. Will not go back to this place again.
