Had the best experience! The guy there was amazing! Made us all comfortable.. enough that my sister got her ears done as well as my daughter! They look great.. fast easy looks perfect! Cant stress enough how awesome this dude was!

The manager was amazing with my children. My girls are 5 and 6 years old and got their ears pierced. They barely even noticed and he placed them just beautifully. He was super sweet and really good with them. He even gave them a dollar to ride the carousel outside the store because I didn’t have cash. Who does that?! So awesome. I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their little ones ears pierced.

We brought our 9 month old for her first ear piercing, and the service was excellent. We found this place because of the positive reviews and it held up to the great expectations. The employee described and broke down the entire process before the piercing, was very clear with instructions for one parent holding the baby and it was all smooth, with a sweet certificate of bravery at the end. The employee seemed very knowledgeable and has experience with children. It was a great experience!

The representative took her time in making sure the markings were even. I took my 3 month old to get her ears pierced and the representative was so patient and gentle that she didnt even cry. Wonderful experience!!!

Do NOT go for nose piercing as they were nice and quick they used a gun and AN EARRING in my nose with an actual earring back which is completely unprofessional and I am going somewhere else to switch out the jewelryJust got my nose assessed at a professional piercing place, I will have permanent scarring and it will not heal correctly because they didn’t do it right so I will not be able to pierce the left side of my nose ever again DO NOT go here for nose piercings they do not have proper equipment at all

Honestly if you want your nose pierced or any other piercings besides your ear lobes MAYBE, do not go here. The lady was very nice but you could tell she didn’t have the proper training.. very unprofessional. She pierced my nose with a gun and a earring which is not the way it is supposed to be done! My mom got her forward helix done as well, and it was done with a gun.. and the process was very disturbing. Mind you the lady used the same piercing gun on both me and my mom without cleaning it either it’s bad enough using the same gun but also not cleaning it ?? Okay.. she also used the same gun on someone after us as well. I don’t think it’s very sanitary at all! But I’m just trying to put my experience out there ! Best of luck to you all if you do decide to go here, nice personality’s but obviously not trained correctly.

I looked for a place to get my daughters ears pierced for almost 3 months with no luck. Either the places were closed due to the pandemic, were without a piercer or wouldnt take a child under the age of 7. I was afraid of places that used the piercing gun from horror stories Id read about the cleanliness of them but then I came across Earrings World. After reading reviews, I called the location to learn their process, whos been trained, what precautions they were taking during COVID and how sanitary it was. Once pleased with that call, I visited the location early (to avoid crowds) and specifically sought out the manager who has over 30 years of experience. While waiting for the manager to finish up in the back, the associate I spoke to, showed me the mechanism they use, walked me through the process, answered every single question so professionally and kind. With both of them to answer my questions and clear my concerns we went through with the process and they were wonderful. One made my little girl laugh while the other marked where hed put the hole, they let me confirm that the location was right. Once approved, the manager was fast and efficient, he gave her a certificate, asked if he could take a picture, again, answered my many after care questions and I was on my way. I would gladly go there again for even myself, so happy to have found them and gotten that done even during such uncertain times.

My sister got her ears pierced here like 10 years ago and we both came back a few months ago for our second holes. We both had a great experience so I came back a few weeks ago to get my 1 year old’s ears pierced. She cried a little but not as much as I expected. They did a great job, and they are super friendly.

More importantly, the staff there are very friendly and caring people. Every time we are at Potomac Mills Mall, we stop into shop, say hello, and let them see our girls. Very clean. Explains everything to you. Walks you through the entire process. The young lady was able to record for me and also keep a eye on my 1year old son while I held my daughter who turned six months that day. Although some people was walking the mall with no mask, you are not allowed to come in the store without a mask on. Thank you, its pierced in the correct spot and even. I would definitely recommend. They even give you a little certificate at the end. Which is great for someone like me who wants to hold on to the memories of my little ones. We took our 14 month daughter Alaya yesterday for ear piercing around 5:15pm. They were very professional, showed us the ear ring to choose, gave instructions for cleaning after piercing and marked the ear lobes to show us, used sterilization and opened the brand new ear ring pack infront of us. They tried to keep her happy and was very patient while we settled her for the position. Over all it was a very quick, safe and they definitely have experience with children! I would recommend others to take their toddlers or little babies here.

I go here for a variety of earrings. I like the abundance of styles, however, coming down on the price of one pair of earrings would be great. You only get a deal if you purchase multiple pairs (3 pairs). The general price comes out to over $8 for just one pair of earrings.

Horrible experience, they pierced my nose with a GUN!!! I didn’t know how bad it was until someone told me . At least when I got home I took it off because it was horrible the jewelry was a jewelry that you put on your ears, not even a ring for the nose!

They were so rude!!!!! The Employee kept refusing to answer my questions and failed to make the piercing go all the way through, yet I watched them do another person greatly!!!!! I payed a lot for this.

I got my nose pierced her and Im really happy with it. When I got it done they told me to keep pushing it out of my nose so it doesnt sink. Mine did sink but I just slept with a cotton ball with some of the solution, you can buy from them, in my nose for 2 or 3 nights and now its fine. I dont remember what the guage size was & I guess when I ordered my nose hoops. Hopefully they are small. But thats not their fault I just didnt remember!

I got my ears pierced here and one is so low down I have to close it and get it pierced. not to mention theres two holes, one of which didnt go all the way through.
