What a waste of my time. Mike De Niscia did not answer at agreed upon times and never returned my call. Then emails to make an excuse so I give him the benefit of the doubt and plan for the next day. Same thing happens. When I called him out on his lack of professionalism and common courtesy rather than apologizing he made implied threats. STAY AWAY
