Took my computer in to see if it could be fixed, since I was experiencing several issues. I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer. Dropped my PC off at 3PM. The issue was diagnosed with me at the front counter and costs of repair were estimated upfront. I was told it may be done same-day, or next-day which is quick either way. They repaired it same-day, calling me after closing for pick-up. I am used to waiting days at other shops, so largely unexpected and greatly appreciated. I am very happy with their work, and the customer service is next-level! I highly recommend Xpress Computer Services!

EXCELLENT! I called Xpress at noon time on Sunday, and Stanley said he would come to my house in a few hours. When he arrived he was able to effect repair on the spot. Excellent service, immediate responsiveness, and extremely reasonable pricing.Went back again September 2016 as a repeat customer. Once again, service was immediate, exceptional, and very fairly priced.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. I brought my laptop to this store because my laptops hinges were broken. One of the staff by the name of Jorge if I remember correctly, assessed if it needed repairs or if it could be held together. He found that it would need a repair that is costly and given that I had the laptop for four years at the time, he recommended that it may be better to get a new laptop. So I just paid the diagnostic fee and he was willing to help me find a laptop that was within my budget. He sent me through email a list of affordable emails.

This is an awesome place. I got same day 1 hour service. I left my computer in my bag at the airport and had it checked :(. Had a screen that was cracked and needed quick repair. I brought my laptop here and less than 10 minutes later I got a call that it was able to be replaced and would be done. I literally didnt get home from the place before my laptop was fixed. The price was a little steep but I didnt price check other places in the area and was looking for a quick, quality fix and I got it. I dont like when reviews dont share how much they paid so I will. I paid 207 for the replacement screen plus labor. However, my laptop screen is HUGE and they had it in stock. Happy with my service!

I had to have my laptop repaired. It had a failed hard drive. I dealt with Raul Ramirez and he is very knowledgeable concerning computers. He was very helpful with helping me set up programs and understanding how my computer worked. I would recommend this Xpress Computer to anyone that needs their computer fixed. They are very reasonably priced also. I would like to thank them for saving me several hundred dollars.

Stan Mejia and staff did a first-rate job for me. They gave me exactly what I wanted and didnt try to up-sell, overprice or recommend things I did not need or want.. Their customer service was excellent as they kept me informed on the status of the work. They were prompt and efficient. I will use them again for sure and would recommend them highly.

I cannot say enough good things about Xpress. First off, their fees are very straightforward. They charge $60 for the diagnostic and all of their efforts to diagnosis the problem are covered under that fee. Second, they go far above and beyond to diagnose the problem, no matter how difficult it may be. Raul especially kept me apprised of their progress and laid out all the challenges in a timely and consistent manner, even when they were werent 100% sure, but were still working on it. If components needed replacing, Raul put in the effort to help me find affordable options. I was extremely impressed and would definitely bring my computers back to them.

Great personable customer service coupled with timeliness and efficiency is my experience with Xpress. Raul has serviced my iPad, MAC and Dell. I presented Raul with two impossible to repair situations. He was honest, forthright and offered options -- at no cost. Raul did not rip me off with unnecessary diagnostic charges. Raul managed complex fixes and repair on my MAC and Dell within a couple of days. He updated his progress daily. The cost of these repairs were quite reasonable considering the complexity of his tasks. I was fortunate to find Xpress in early 2017 and will continue to be a appreciative patron. I give Xpress the highest recommendation.

As always, Xpress Computer Services did a great job. Earlier this year, we had to go through a complete scrubbing of all of our home computers because of a breach, and they took care of all of them. Then, when, I purchased a new tablet, I thought that it would be a good idea to put the same virus protection that they had recommended for my other computers.

Encountered a significant problem with my computer that seem to freeze after Windows sign-on. Looked for a repair shop and was fortunate to find Express Computer Services. I dropped off the computer at their office and they solved the problem overnight. The initial discussion included the details of the cost to repair and when the repair would be completed. Excellent customer service and would most definitely recommend them to friends looking for a good, reasonable repair shop.

I have taken my computer to these guys on 2 different occasions. Both times the service was fast and courteous. I am glad that I found these guys and will send everybody I know to do business with them. Best of all, I found the cost of what they did for me very reasonable. You wont be disappointed if you do business with them.

Responsive, quick, fair pricing. I took in my laptop with a broken screen (it had taken a fall from a height). They had the parts on site and repaired it right in front of me. Was in and out in 20 minutes! I figured I would have to leave it for days or weeks. Very happy with their service, screen is just fine. Would recommend to anybody, and already have to a neighbor.

Great Great Business, brought in my gaming computer which was having fatal errors and shutting itself off, they worked night and day to fix it and make sure the problem was resolved and called and left me voicemails each day to let me know of the progress they were making, ended up taking about only 3 days and it turned out to be an overheating problem, they went ahead and made some adjustments to help the reduce the heat problem and only charged me for the diagnostic fee, was very impressed with how they fixed a problem for me in 3 days that stumped me for 2 weeks, just great honest business with good employees and great work ethic, hard to find these days, take your computer here you can trust these guys.

Xpress Computer Services is truly awesome. The service was personally tailored to my situation, and beyond fair. It was refreshing to encounter a company more interested in helping fix a problem than enriching the bank account. The only place I bring my computers. I am a life long customer. I recently had a 30+ paper deleted from my flash drive, Xpress was able to find it within hours and give me advice on how to avoid this type of situation in the future......all at a more then reasonable price

This rating is just shy of perfect because I had to call a couple of times to get an update.On the technical side of things, Xpress backed up my files and fixed my laptop when I thought data were lost & laptop was unfixable. In the future, I know Xpress will do everything in possible to provide a solution for me.

Rather than spend 2 hours on the phone with the manufacturer, I found Xpress Computer who offered to repair my laptop while I waited. The work was accurate. When my computer crashed I was really worried because I needed it fixed fast. Luckily I found Xpress Computer Services when I googled computer help. I cant say enough good things about these guys! Best place in the area if you have any electronics issues. They helped me with the recovery of some data from two hard drives and the service was fast and affordable.

This is my 3rd visit this year. First was a hard drive problem with a Toshiba, second when my Samsung tablet would not charge and today when my wifes Apple Mac laptop had problems with the Safari browser. Xpress provided same day service for the Mac and eliminated a trojan virus. Based on their past performance and reasonable prices, I intend to continue to use Xpress Computer Services for all of my computer needs..

My computer is quite old and I thought it was beyond repair. Xpress Computer provided a quick turn around and I am still able to use my computer some months later.

I remember when they told us both our imac graphics card and logic board needed to be replace and it would cost about $700 so the screen would work again. nope, too expensive. one year later, i fixed the screen for only 40 bucks (originally for free by using a pin but soon other pins broke off) and not a penny more.. i aint even 14 yet, hardly learned any more about computers, never used a soldering iron before. ill be nice ang give credit though, they did fix my brothers laptop which he broke again just a few months later, and they are pretty reliable.

I brought my computer to Xpress Computer due to the fact that the jack box is not charging. Before an hour, they called me that my computer is ready. They clean up my computer for me as well and gave me a 10 dollars discount. I would definitely recommend them for any computer service.

My experience here was great. My laptops screen was cracked and I was in a hurry to get in fixed. I first went to many places around Woodbridge and I couldnt find any place that could repair it in the time spand i perfected. My friend then told me about this place and I decided to Check it out I didnt have anything to lose either way . They said that it would be fixed in 2-3 days because they didnt have the screen they needed at the shop at the moment, they also give me a reasonable price. Outstanding work and customer service! I had 3 CDs with priceless info on them, they were badly scratched! First, I would like to thank Xpress Computer Services of Woodbridge, Va. for their great service with restoring my Dell 2710 all in one computer. I usually do not write reviews, however, Xpress Computer Service repair is probably one of Woodbridge’s best kept secrets. I visited (3) three other Woodbridge “Repair” shop/stores and was given no assurance or even some confidence that they could make my computer operate again, so I walked away fairly unhappy. I went in very skeptical that Xpress Computer Services could even start my computer which was basically a brick. The computer would not do anything even remotely close to how my Dell 2710 once operated. BOY, after my first visit they (Raul and/or Stanley) of Xpress found the issue(s) that was causing my computer to fail and afterwards their responsive thorough follow up to work out some unforeseen additional bugs with my computer was outstanding. Xpress ended up hitting it out of the ballpark with fixing my Dell and in the long run saved me from purchasing another computer. Lesson learned, I can only speak for my experience with Xpress Computer Services as I write this review on the computer they repaired, they were exceptional, stand behind their work. and its safe for me to say Im very pleased and will only deal with Xpress from this point on, Period.Joe M
