5 STARS, AMAZING!! My ceiling on the top floor of my house started cracking due to the weight of very old insulation falling down. I was in a panic and called attic crawl bc I saw they had such excellent reviews on Yelp. They were INCREDIBLE. They scheduled an appointment to come over the same day I called and had their whole team of workers over the following day to completely take care of my issue. They removed every piece of old insulation, cleaned it out completely, sealed it up, sanitized and then installed all new insulation. A job that I thought would take days was completed in a few hours, and my house was left cleaner than when they arrived.The field manager, Ryan, was incredible as well. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Kept in constant communication with me. Payment was easy and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Liam, Francisco & team did an great job cleaning, insulating & rodent proofing our attic. The job was big & the attic was immaculate once they finished. They were very professional & very neat. Atticrawl came quickly to give a FREE estimate and also gave us appropriate discounts (senior, etc.) for removing our outdated attic insulation and replace it with upgraded insulation. Attic Crawl was professional from start to finish. They were careful and took precautions to handle my home with care. They removed all existing insulation from my attic, vacuumed, sanitized, sealed all air gaps to prevent entry points for rodents, installed new insulation, and blocked any possible entry points in the gutters outside my home. Excellent service. The initial estimate/inspection (by Mike) was thoughtful and thorough. The job itself was professionally executed -- Julian and his team were great. They arrived on time, and worked very hard all day. Their attention to detail was very impressive and they were meticulous in keeping the surrounding areas covered and very clean. I was able to inspect each phase of the project throughout the day and this gave me a lot of confidence that the job was very well done. Highly recommend Atticcrawl! Liam came out to survey and prepare a quote for the attic space above my garage. Racoons got in and made a home for themselves in the insulation and wasps also decided to invade the space. The quote was reasonable and I needed it done within a short time frame and he made it happen. Anthony’s team was professional, and dedicated to their work. They were respectful of my place and took great care of themselves as well. They completed the cleaning and and rodent proofing against any future inhabitants and I am grateful. We had our attic cleaned of old, deteriorating insulation, and new insulation properly installed. We also had a sunroom crawlspace cleaned, re-insulated, and sealed with foam board and a vapor barrier. The work wasnt cheap, but it was competitive with other companies and the quality and service were very high. Juan, Sebastian, Anthony, Esteban and Marlon were on time, efficient, and seemed committed to doing a great job. The work was done in a day, and everything was left super clean.

I had a great experience with Micheal from Atticrawl. I called on Wednesday morning and they were able to come by Thursday morning for the free estimate. Michael called 30min prior to arrival and was very punctual. I appreciated that because I had to drive my son to school. Micheal was very friendly and professional. He took his time evaluating my attic space. Luckily there wasn’t much to be concerned with and he was very honest about the job and the estimate. We called this company for an estimate on attic cleaning and Liam came for that reason to help us. What was supposed to be an estimate turned into him doing work for us on the spot. He was very professional and went above and beyond to help us decide on what services best suit our needs. We will definitely contact Liam for future inquires.

While their crew who did the work was very professional, courteous, punctual and did a solid job, the salesman was a fast talker who made you think he was trying to sell you a used car. His approach was off putting and could be viewed as predatory to some customers. The owner(s) should consider training their salespeople to assume a different posture when engaging potential customers. Lastly, they are significantly over priced. They initially quoted me $10 per square foot to insulate my crawl space. They did agree to price match another quote I got for the same job. In short, their salesman’s approach is the reason for this mediocre rating.UPDATE: Eli, the Atticrawl salesman, contacted me to offer his apologies and make amends for my experience. Joseph M. came out to give us an estimate for the job. He took the time to inspect the attic and tell us what the issues were (which is more than I can say for other companies that came by to give us a quote). He was pleasant to deal with and scheduled the job for us promptly. The crew that came out to do the work was courteous and diligent. They apprised us of each step and checked to make sure there was nothing in the attic we wanted to keep. The process took a long time but it was worth it. They did a great job sealing off other areas of the house and doing the cleanup. Overall the attic looks and feels so much better. Would highly recommend this company.

The crew showed up on time with protective suits and equipment to vacuum from a third story attic window. They completely protected the upstairs area with a plastic hallway fabricated quickly and efficiently. All staircases were protected with drop cloths. After a thorough vacuum and removal of debris, insulation was placed neatly in the bays and all flooring replaced.Upon completion, the crew thoroughly cleaned the areas and vacuumed and wiped down all surrounding surfaces.Other work was also accomplished sealing open soffit areas.I have never worked with a more courteous and professional crew. I would like to thank Ryan for helping me understand what needed to be done and Francisco for coming out and replacing the old insulation in my attic. Much of my insulation was over 60 years old and had been damaged significantly by groups of Flying squirrels. After talking with Ryan I was able to find a plan that fit my budget and was even able to take advantage of the pest control methods and discounts that they had. Within four days of the initial consultation i had the crew in my attic working. In only a few hours they had everything taped up, vacuumed out, hauled off and replaced. It really was a masterwork of efficiency to watch. They even took these photos while they were working to show me the progress.

This company is phenomenal. Eli showed up on time and gave us an estimate for cleanup for a raccoon infestation in our attic. He was very knowledgeable and showed my husband pictures of his work. We realized we had a mice issue in the attic. I did research and found the best way to neutralize the problem was to get rid of all insulation and rodent proof any and all points of entry. My research then consisted of finding the best company to do said needed work. I found Atticrawl and looked into them. I read over 100 reviews, all positive except for 1 or 2. So my wife and I decided to pull the trigger and have it done. I set up a consultation and that is when I met Ryan. He showed up on time with a call ahead to let me know he was en route. He came in full PPE, did a lengthy and thorough inspection. He came down, inspected the rain gutters and roof line. He then showed me a couple dozen pics he took. We spoke about the services Atticrawl offers and decided to move forward. He gave me his recommendations but did not try to sell me, which is nice. They had an appt pop up and we jumped on it. Marlon, the crew forman, called ahead of their arrival, and showed up exactly on time with his crew of 3 men plus him. They set up, covered our belongings that are stored in the garage with plastic to protect them from any possible dirt & debris. They then got to work. They were fast, efficient & courteous. I could not be more please with everything. They sucked and bagged all old insulation, sprayed disinfectant, installed all needed rodent proofing and roof baffles, spray foamed all joints and openings and installed all new insulation within 4 - 4 1/2 hours. I called Atticrawl back in 2019 because I had bats in my attic which caused a lot of damage to my insulation. Atticrawl quoted me a price for the complete removal of the insulation, a complete disinfection and cleanup of the space, and the installation of new insulation, as well as pest-control barriers around all the vulnerable points on my roof. Not only was the price for all this extremely reasonable, but Joe Manee and his crew were friendly, professional and did an amazing job! Even though I was completely satisfied with the finished work, Joe had told me to call back anytime if we suspected any other issues in the future as he stood by the quality of the work.Last week, my wife thought she heard scurrying in the attic again. I called Atticrawl and, true to his word, Joe came back and did a comprehensive inspection of the attic at no charge. Fortunately, there was no infestation of any kind and the space was as good as the day his crew finished the job. While we now think it might have been something scraping the roof, it was comforting to know that even after two years, the same foreman was willing to come to us to check things out. Eli and his team, led by Jullian just finished a job at our 1897 victorian house, removing very old insulation in the attic and crawl spaces that was both falling down and posed a serious fire hazard. They reinstalled insulation along the living walls, and blown in below the floor. It looks brand new! Great experience. Started with Ryan A, did a good job with inspection for estimate, climbed all over and took manual measurements. His recommendations were thoughtful and complete. He took pictures to illustrate.Pricing wise, AttiCrawl gave the best initial estimate (out of two), over $1000 less than competitor, without knowing I had a previous estimate. They also quoted the best quality, using all Owens Corning batts (not blown in) and got it in the tight spots no problem.Crew arrived on time, and taped down not just the floors, but also walls and the entire room they were using to run the giant vacuum through. They tried to save some particleboard flooring I had but couldnt due to age and brittleness. Once the attics were cleared, sanitized, and gap filled, I got to go in. They were fine with me crawling everywhere to check their work. It was great. Like new construction before insulation (house is 70 years old).Installed new batts, baffles, etc. There was a small mix up on additional work to insulate rafters and external wall, but that was cleared up quickly. They correctly put baffles along the decking. Now that storage attic area is like soundproof, and done right.I got over a hundred pictures sent to me from the job. I love this as I can clearly see where electrical is for future repairs. Would totally recommend AttiCrawl.

100% Excellent customer service . They did a great job. My fiancé and I just bought out home and didn’t expect to have a attic filled with poop. Joseph came out and spent about 45 minutes maticiloualy reviewing the condition. We were given a quote that were weren’t expecting and he did everything he could to try and ease the burden. When it came time to do the cleaning Francisco and the crew came in and got straight to business. They covered the walkway to the attic with plastic, from the front door up to the stairs. They covered our belongings in the room. They were working so hard, I think they forgot to use the bathroom. After all of the insulation and feces were removed, we were called up to see the difference, and what a difference it was. It was night and day. Holes were sealed, ventilation points were sealed off with mesh to prevent the return of critters but ensure that the attic stays properly ventilated. Then they got to work sanitizing and laying the new insulation. Absolutely awesome job, highly recommended.

Michael came out to give me a quote to replace the old insulation in my attic he was thorough, genuine and passionate about his work. Anthony, Cristobal, and Pedro showed up on time as promised. They came in covered floors and walls and went to work. They spent a good 2 hours vacuuming the 1100sft attic. They were very thorough. Rodent proofing mesh was put in places I didn’t know were even there. They keep you updated and have you inspect the area from the removal of old insulation and vacuuming and then again after the faced R30 was laid. The attic is now sealed up due to spray foam being put on all the seems and holes that wires are coming trough and then using the mesh to cover any possible point of entry from unwanted rodents. I had an overwhelming worst-case scenario attic situation until Atticrawl came down. Eli inspected the attic including the 2nd-floor multiple knee wall sections. The team that came in showed up on time, did a thorough job, and left the work and travel areas spotless. My attic had blown in insulation which was super messy and hard to work in. Atticrawl removed every bit of the old cellulose and installed new insulation. They took photos to show me that even the parts I could not easily get into were also cleaned. Our main technician Eli Shine went through the extra effort to ensure we understood the job and were happy with the price and the final product.

The initial visit was very professional and they came and installed insulation as promised. However, they did scuff up our siding pretty good and left a few other issues unresolved. Not awful but wouldnt recommend or use again.Edit: Thank you for the response. However, I did address the issue with the owners (via the project manager) and it remained unresolved.

Atticrawl did a tremendous job sanitizing and cleaning 10-year old dust and all kinds of debris from our attic and replaced the old insulation last week! Our attic is not the easiest place to work which slowed down the work for the crew, but they stayed until long after the dark to finish. To be honest, I didnt know how costly it was to get the attic cleaned. However, it had to be done professionally this one time, so we think it is money well spent. We are now eager to see if our upstairs stays cooler this weekend.

My husband and I were very happy with all aspects of Atticrawl - Marisol was prompt and friendly setting up our appointment for an estimate. Mark came out suited up mask and all and looked all over our attic pulling up the insulation and taking pictures - we were happy with the estimate and luckily we were scheduled within a week. Julian and his crew came out on a rainy day and left everything cleaner than when they came in... Julian showed us every step taken to remove the insulation, vacuum, clean and deodorize and put in the new insulation. We had mice and bats in the attic so holes were covered with wire mesh throughout the attic area and outside on the perimeter of the roof. My mom had 2 large racoons come down out of her attic. She had no idea what to do. Someone told her to call Atticrawl LLC. These pictures are before and after. The guys from Atticcrawl were great. Atticrawl was highly recommended to us by several friends, and their recommendations were entirely justified. We started the process with Ryan A back in February but were not able to get the work scheduled until last week due to the Covid situation and our schedules. Ryan gave us a thorough explanation and presented the options clearly.Francisco and his team came last Friday and handled all aspects of the work with diligence and care. I had been especially concerned because our attic is only accessible by pull down stairs from a bedroom that had been recently painted as well as our entry hall. Francisco and the team covered everything and created a tented plastic enclosure in our upper hallway and down the stairs. Fortunately they were able to use an attic window as the means to take out many of the items we wanted to dispose of as well as to vacuum out the old insulation.As others have said, Francisco called us up a couple of times to show us the work progress as well as photos on his phone.The entire job took about 6 hours of constant work by a team of 5 or 6 (I am not sure I saw everyone at one time), and when they left, the house was spotless.The transformation in our 80 year old attic is unbelievable. We had a bird in the attic because of a hole that the roofers left. I called Atticcrawl in the evening and I got a call back right away from Joseph Manee. He said he would be here the very next morning between 6:00 and 6:45 am. True to his word, he was here before 6:30. Joseph Manee came for an attic cleaning. Was very honest about our situation as we needed more than a cleaning. Definitely recommend him and his company!

The representative was prompt and courteous when he inspected the work site and provided an estimate that we ultimately accepted. The 4 person work crew arrived timely when scheduled and worked steadily from approximately 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM that evening. Only one crew member spoke English but they all were polite and busy throughout the day. A cursory inspection by the company representative at days end reported the job completed satisfactorily.The foul odor from the flying squirrel infestation remained and after a week or so following AttiCrawls work, we decided the floorboards themselves may have been ruined by the squirrels urine and/or droppings to warrant removing and replacing the flooring, which we proceeded to undertake. During the process our floor crew uncovered numerous pockets of soiled insulation and underfloor space that were left filled with piles of excrement. Given where the floor replacement stood, our replacement workers had to remove and clean the mess since pausing the installation wasnt practical. During this process we also found areas inadequately blocked to prevent future infestation.We emailed AttiCrawls representative and provided photos of the problem areas. Subsequently we sent a certified letter to AttiCrawl describing the problem and requesting redress. The letter was not accepted by AttiCrawl and eventually returned to us approximately 6 weeks later.On Aug 6th we again emailed AttiCrawl in compliance with the its contract requiring the provider to be notified of any complaint or problems. We indicated our prior attempts to contact them and that they had a short window of time in which to respond. That time has now passed with no response.Given all thats occurred and the lack of response to our complaints, its not possible to recommend this companys service to others for resolving problems like the one we faced.

Mark said my attic was fine and he did not see any openings or evidence of unwanted guests. Mark showed me an outside vent in which birds could possibly get into and cause the noises I described. Laid plastic where they’d be walking in the main section of the house and were very detailed with regard to their work. They took every bit of garbage with them, too, and it was a lot! Great team right from sales to the workers. The estimates by Ryan were detailed, thorough and professional and we were made aware of problems in my attic and crawl space. Also, Julian and team who worked on the project were very professional. They started by laying down all the plastic drip cloths and taping them securely. I found this company to be polite, punctual, and professional from the office management to the actual inspector. Mark was very informative and explained things so that I could understand the lingo. I would recommend them. I havent had work done by them but would hire them if I plan to move forward with recommendations.

After experiencing 3 years of cigarette/carpet beetles coming through my light fixtures from the attic, I was advised by the last exterminator to contact someone to clean out the attic crawlspace. As luck would have it, I spotted the Atticrawl truck on the highway and then reached out on social media for feedback. I spoke with a customer who could not say enough positive things about the operation. She was right...Atticrawl came in today and completed the job in about 4 hours; arriving on time at 8/8:15 AM and finishing at about 12:15 PM. Joseph, in sales, had given me a thorough explanation of the process yesterday and provided me with photos & video of what was going on upstairs. When Julian and his team arrived today, they were like a machine. The entire access route was covered and protected and you could see that everyone had a job to do and did it efficiently and thoroughly. I was provided with photos throughout the process so I knew what step they were on...removing the old insulation, vacuuming, sealing, baffle installation, sanitizing, new insulation...like a well-oiled machine. All waste was removed followed by their vacuum. We all know its super important to maintain your home so it looks great but its often what you dont see that will give you the most trouble eventually. I would recommend Atticrawl, Joseph, and Julian and his team in a heartbeat!

Mark came out to look at our attic and our crawlspace this morning. He was very pleasant and professional and offered me helpful advice. He didnt think we needed to replace our current insulation in the attic and thought it was still in good condition. Our crawlspace is not that large and although he thought we could replace it since it has some mold on it, he recommended that I could probably have that work done less expensively by having an HVAC contractor or handyman do it since we would be having some vents closed off by a handyman and another installed into the HVAC return duct by an HVAC company. I was very impressed with Marks thoroughness and professionalism. I have dealt with many contractors in my lifetime and have come across very few who are genuine and are not trying to make a buck or take advantage of a homeowner who doesnt know anything about an issue. Mark and Atticrawl is one of those few. I would definitely use them in the future should a need arise and highly recommend that you try them if you need this type of work done.
