I had an encounter with one of their drivers. He was waiting to pull out from a side street. As I was approaching him he was still stationary. As I got close to him he then decided to pull out in front of me. After having to brake hard and blow the horn he then had the nerve to roll his window down and flip me off and cuss me out. He was in the wrong. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them. I messaged the company about this prior and no response. So here we are.

Answered the phone unprofessionally first of when I initially called. We set up a time for them to tow my car for the next day. Towing day arrives and they are nowhere in site. I called and text and got no response. Just a big waste of time. If stranded I wouldnt call them ever!

These guys were very helpful and reasonably priced. They actually got my car started so I didn’t need a tow so they didn’t charge me full price - I really appreciated that.

The only thing was the driver has to put on a smile a little more. Price was good though so made up the mad driver

They showed up ON TIME and even gave a courtesy call 20 min prior to arrival! Their rates are reasonable and much less than their competitors! If you need a tow, CALL THEM! 😊

Had issue with vehicle got stuck in a local neighborhood. Called Rivera Towing based off positive reviews. Easy to schedule worked out time for pickup was careful with my car and offered fair price.

Called for my doors to be unlocked he said it would be an hour I said not a problem I called no answer they didnt even have the decency to call and tell me they couldnt come mind you its 1030 in the evening and freezing cold the distrust and lack of common courtesy I would give them 0 stars if Google would allow it. This company is awful.
