Outstanding service from Josh Switala and his team in the shop for having the PTO pump replaced and had me back on the road within a couple days at minimal cost which was unusual in the past. I must say Josh has come in and turned the service department around for the better.Definitely a leader and good role model for whats currently in place...

One of my trucks was damaged yesterday and not useable to work with. I called the new service manager (Josh) in the service department and he advised me to bring the truck in immediately. All I can say is this young man took charge immediately and fixed my truck and had it back on the road by end of business the same day! This is True customer service and caring for the customers needs.Hard to find good employees like Josh and his Team. They have a truck I wanted to buy advertised for three weeks and keep telling me its sold. But its still advertised. They play games and advertise equipment they dont even have. What a joke. stay away from the games.

I bought a used wrecker. The truck was not as advertised. I have spent thousands getting it to where it should have been when I bought it. Very bad business. Tried numerous times to get a response from them never did contact me.Well 2 months later out of $9600 they offered approx $300 worth of repairs. Must have to be a bigger player than i to get justice from this company.
