Shonda was absolutely rude to me and my husband. Had body work done 3 years ago on the rear bumper. Said bumper fell off due to broken clips. She said that the bumper had damage from a major accident (had a crack from when it fell off at 50 mph). They then told my husband to never contact them again. Will never use them again. We have been using them for years and this is what we get when we try and get them to fix the work they did.DO NOT USE THEM.

Hi everyoneThis is not place to have your new car fixed if you have junk and you dont care about quality go with them I will give them 0 star if I could, besides doing a terrible job they wont deliver on time, I took my new truck after an accident and I can tell you all Im not a professional in the field but I can see now with time all the little details like not using OM parts as the insurance pay for and we agree on, they even painted my front bumper a different color now my 70k truck looks like an old car and as they said ( we provide a life time warranty!!!!) There not point on taking it back if they didnt do a good job the first time now it my be even worse, I highly recommend you all to stay away from this place if you love you car as I do.

Bar none, Id recommend Rams flexibility, honesty, and friendliness to any family member, friend, co-worker, or other cared-about individual. In last Sundays torrential tropical-storm downpour, poor visibility and stopping distance were main factors in a minor, but really unfortunate rear-end bump which left me with a basketball-sized dent in my front fender (not seen in its full glory til clear daylight the next AM, despite being checked out at the scene the night before, and the recipient of my bump making it out without a scratch, and going her merry way). Rams competitors wanted $850 for a new bumper and paint work (more expensive due to triple-layer pearl paint), and Rams told me theyd try their best to remove the dent. And how, they did, with full success, and were frank and honest to boot when I asked about re-painting costs (if I wanted to do that in the future), *including* information that I was *NOT* in need of a new bumper. These guys have found a new customer/referral source for life should I ever need body work again!

Our car was returned to us washed and detailed inside and out. They arranged for a rental car to cover the time we were without our own vehicle. Awesome shop. Dropped my car off on a Monday and it was promised back in a week, but only too a little over two day to complete.

They repaired the passenger door of my 2012 Colorado. It had several fairly deep scratches/gouges & when they were done it looked as good as new.
