I made a reservation three months in advance. FDS aggressively pursued my business upon issuing an open search. With two months to go, I confirmed the pick-up date and MUST ARRIVE BY date as we were attempting to surprise our nephew with a car to drive to college.I should have switched companies when I called and the normal representative with whom I worked was out of the office. No one there could answer what seemed to be a simple question: “Will you transfer a vehicle without plates?” The rep returned two days later and ultimately answered but the warning light was flashing... I should not have disregarded it.On July 2, I reached out to confirm the July 7 pick-up date. I was told that it would be confirmed after the July 4 holiday. At this point, I had not received any instructions or requirements for prepping the car (e.g. gas at ¼ tank, car must be empty, etc.). After expressing concern and asking about any requirements, I was told “there are none” and “do not worry” we will get your car there on time. So, against my better judgement, I let it go. I called again on July 5 (now two days before pick-up) and was told the drivers were just returning and they would confirm on Friday. Additionally, they only need 2 days to get the car from our location to our destination.Long story short, FDS DID NOT deliver. The rep strung me along until three days prior to the must arrive date; too late to arrange with another company and guarantee on time arrive. I will NEVER work with FDS again. They cost us a lot more than our $50 deposit (which they are refunding) trying to clean up the damage done by their amateurish, unreliable service.

Beware of this company they quote you one price and make you pay another price when they deliver the vehicle. They will also ask you for a deposit and tell you they will refund it and NEVER do. Please BEAWRE of this company. It took me two months before anyone called me back.
