I cannot say enough good things about The Complete Deal Flow Program. In my opinion The Complete Deal Flow Program is a blue print on how to run and manage a successful business. Since starting the program my portfolio went from 30 doors to 44 doors in less than one year. My companies business systems, branding and marketing all have seen 100 percent improvement. I wish I had purchased this program a long time ago because my portfolio would be bigger than it is now. I believe this program can help any new and seasoned investor.

The Complete Deal Flow System is what YOU need to begin your path into real estate investing. Even if you are an intermediate or advanced investor there is info in it for everyone.The system is written by someone that is also a real estate investor.You will then gain access to a wealth of information, support and accountability that you simply cant put a value on.

I have enjoyed using the materials and learning from the Complete Dealeflow System but perhaps my biggest takeaway is that the materials are succinct, detailed but not overwhelming. Informative! Helpful! Before I met the author, Nick Aalerud, of the Complete Deal Flow, I had spent like many others a lot of money on gurus promising it all! I quickly learned after a couple of seminars and buying various courses the majority were in the business of only selling a product not investing in property much less their customer.After attending a one-day course by Nick Aalerud, I decided to work at his real estate brokerage firm. It was a great decision. With a thirst for more knowledge to service my investor clients, I took the Complete Deal Flow and I credit it to my success that followed as a real estate agent.I am not an investor or wholesaler but Deal Flow jump started my stagnant career as a real estate agent. I was on fire after completing the program! One day I recall looking up from desk and counting the MLS Listing Sheets taped to my wall. There were 16! These were not closed deals, all in active or pending status. As I closed one out, it was always replaced with another. After having to take almost 13 months off from marketing due to a personal responsibility, it was getting difficult for me to get back in the saddle...I had not lost my motivation but I had forgotten how important having all my systems in place AND doing them! Shut Up and Do It is Nicks mantra and I have adopted it. Out of all the real estate books I have, I took out the Complete Deal Flow along with a massive binder of my own notes and began to implement once again. If the course was being offered today, I would take it again as a refresher which says a lot as I worked for a large real estate franchise that offers a lot of training but I found myself reaching for Deal Flow when I needed a reminder of where and how to get back in the game.
