There is not enough we can begin to say about Paul Cervone. You feel like you have known him forever. His patience, attentiveness, kindness, and knowledge made our experience with a new build as smooth and easy as possible. He is always on top of what is happening and made sure our experience was fun, because he kept reminding us it’s supposed to be! They really, really were there for us. First in helping out with what to do on the house, then to having a professional photographer take the pictures, not letting us panic when we didnt get an offer quickly enough after the open house. Helping us choose when we did get offers. Paul himself was far and away the best help when the offer had been accepted and we had to go through the myriad of inspections and he out did himself when we failed the title-5 septic tank inspection and had to get the entire system replaced. At one point he was on the phone to the town, the engineers and the contractor to help get it done. Recommend him entirely without any reservation.

In all honestly, 5 stars still dont justify what Paul was able to accomplish for my fiance and I. He made our fist home buying experience as smooth and painless as possible. besides how available he made himself to fit our hectic schedule (including a final walk through on the 4th of July!) every house we went to he was pointing out the pros an cons and helping us not just find a place to live but a place to call home. We had a tight deadline to hit and Paul was non stop being provocative with everyone involved to make sure we closed on time. I firmly believe we wouldnt have found our home with out him. (he even even went to home-depot and bought us #s for our mailbox so we wouldnt fail the smoke inspection), on top of finding out what utility company we have and setting up our town water...just to name a few things.
