Don’t let them trick you into stealing your money. I’ve consistently had appointments scheduled only to wait and wait for no one to show up. I call customer service, I try to schedule, I’m told someone will call me back, no one calls, I call again, and the wheel goes around and around again.Scumbags plain and simple.UPDATE: Do not let the company reply fool you into thinking they will resolve anything. It’s an empty message to try and save face. You will continue to be ignored.

We paid the pest control 360 program for couple month already but they never came for any service. We called a couple times first and they say our experts will call back to schedule service but it never happened. We waited days and with our bills got charged. Then we try to schedule the service directly with the person answers the call, and they say we are all set for the appointment. Then still! nobody showed up. I have run out of patience with waiting and waiting. With my situation, they told me I cannot get any money back as I was covered for the past months. I was like ??? how come I was covered with no one come for any service??? I really dont want other people to be cheated by this company, as they will just charge you but never offer any service.

Excellence in customer service and above and beyond superior in the assigned service technician Jose.Jose always calls in advance of my appointment time with a courtesy reminder, is prompt in arrival, explains thoroughly of what he’s doing, is extremely knowledgeable and treats me with respect &! kindness as well as truly makes the customer more at ease as if I were a family member. In the days we live direct customer contact I find to be marginal at best BUT IT IS NOT THE. CASE WITH JOSE, HE ROCKS. .Ehrlich Pest Control if cloning was an option I would tell you to clone Jose.A+++++++++++ 5 STARS ++++++++++

Justin has been my technician since I have been here at Auburn Court and he has been great with the service he provides and always communicates with the office staff to let us know whats going on and what needs to be done. During Covid he has follow our protocol for not coming in the office but still communicating with the office staff. As soon as he is done he always send over his detailed reports which is very helpful for us! He does an outstanding job!

Up until last winter I had been receiving excellent service from this company. Then something happened in the spring to change their business proposition which seemed more designed to please their internal accounting and operations people and NOT their external customers. First, my regularly scheduled technician of many years was suddenly no longer with the company. The way I found out was by a robot call saying my next appointment wasnt the one to which my technician and I had agreed. When I called back was informed he left the company. I was given the name of a replacement and date that wasnt convenient so we rescheduled. That person came on that date and was in and out of my house in about 15 minutes leaving me with the impression he wasnt as thorough as had been the custom. Then he left without any indication of a future appointment.I heard nothing for a month. Usually I am away on Saturday mornings, but to my amazement one Saturday an Erhlic truck comes rolling up my driveway. Someone gets out and it isnt even the replacement person I met before. Asking what he was doing here, he told me I was scheduled for an appointment. I told him, No Im not. Who told you I scheduled an appointment today? He said his boss, whoever that was. I told him that his boss made no such confirmation with me and that it was pure luck that I was home not being able to make my regularly scheduled Saturday event elsewhere. However, I made it clear I would never be available for a Saturday in the future and that all visits HAD TO BE preceded by a mutually confirmed appointment time. He said he would tell his office.Not leaving things to chance, I called Erhlics contact number, told them about this mishap, told them that all appointments had to be confirmed with me in the future.About 2 weeks went by and I hadnt heard a thing so called again, but the customer rep had no record of our prior conversation and my requirements. So I told her to suspend all service from now on until they had heard from me. She was a bit surprised at my reaction, but I have little patience for an organization that places their operational process flow ahead of the customer and has no recourse to improvise outside of a centralized IT departments rigid controls. Today, around 10:30 am, I finished my normally scheduled Saturday event, got to my smartphone and checked my email. What do you think I found? Right, a message from the same new, new, technician I told not to come without a mutually agreed on appointment. He came anyway, or was sent by a faceless scheduler that has no regard for customer demands. It said, I performed the following service today:inspected and treated exterior perimeter for ants spiders and stinging insects. When I got home I had a voice message from him that since he couldnt get into the house he sprayed the exterior. I find this complete disconnect between the technician and those that control him, plus the total lack of regard for the customers personal needs and regular communication with him or her a complete breakdown in marketplace competence.I was a business executive for 40 years, and when still active this was the sort of class case we would be given in executive training on HOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS. When will corporations learn the old saw, Business goes where it is welcomed. I called them today telling them their services are no longer required, and in true English tradition of belts and braces sent them an online message as well. Since I dont trust the competence of their customer cares process flow, I will also send them a registered snail mail so that an Erhlic truck apparition doesnt mysteriously appear in another month...along with another spurious invoice for services not requested.

My termite control account transferred from Cambridge Chemical Co. to Ehlrich. I have renewed contracts with Ehlrich few times and recently realized that they were not performing any services all these years. Cambridge Chemical performed yearly inspection and provided annual reports and we expected similar service from Ehlrich.Last year I asked Ehlrich to provide me report on termite activity at my home and they never delivered it. In fact during last 4 + years they have never inspected my home. So all the money paid to them was for nothing. They will probably take money and not perform services.Finally, in January this year, we got a service persons come in for inspection, but he did not deliver report yet and we are already in May. He was going to come back and change termite receptacles in March, but did not show up. If you call service reps, they say someone will return call. However, in my case I have never received any return call from Ehlrich. I plan to close my account and ask for refund on my 3-yr contract. Let’s see how this goes. Past experience does not suggest a smooth ride here as well.Try requesting pest reports from them on your home and see how they respond, or if anyone ever returns your calls

Scheduled for annual inspection between 1 and 3 today.....no show, called at 315 and told that the technician would call me to give his ETA.... 425 still no call .... called to reschedule and was told that someone would have to call me back to reschedule.....no explanation as to why I stayed home waiting for someone and no one showed. We have used this company since they were Cambridge Chemical and the smaller Cambridge Chemical had amazing customer service .... the larger this company gets, the worse the customer service gets.

They never show up, never give you a courtesy call! Since I hire them, it took several appointments for the to come the first time, never called to say they werent coming. Again they were suppose to come today between the hours of 1 and 5, at 4:45 I called to see where they were and if they were still coming. Angela told me she would text the manager to get in touch with me. I got nothing, called again at 5:15 and again I was told she would send him another text, again nothing and here it is 5:55p.m. They take your money, dont show up, no calls, cant trust them. Jose Rosario has been responsive and understanding of my issues. He has answered my questions and has gone out of his way to see that I should not have problems when I start some new construction. He is very personable explaining what he is doing and is overall a great tech. He was also very diligent with Covid-19 precautions which I appreciated.

I called. They returned my call and left a garbled message. I filled out the online form. I called again. Somebody returned my call left voicemail with the wrong extension. I called a third time and even though it says they take care of pigeons on their website, they do not. Waste of my time.

Nothing! Had termites, came quickly to give estimate and sign contract for installation of baiting stations and continuous baiting & monitoring service. Called twice after that to have baiting stations installed. Technician came back only once in a whole year to check the baiting stations, even though I was sending a payment of $26 a month for this service. I feel this was a rip-off as I had used Bain Pest Control in the past & their tech. came once a month and left a slip in my mailbox as to which stations were compromised. They were doing their job. (I switched to Ehrlich because their warehouse is close to where I live.)I will never use Ehrlich again. I also called customer service twice to complain about this service--no response!!

He explained every step of the process, showed us what was causing our issue, and taught us how to be diligent and proactive to fix it. Highly recommend!

I don’t know what has happened to Erhlich recently. In the past they provided conscientious inspectors who provided informed service. My last two appointments were no-shows with no explaining calls meaning I wasted time waiting at home during the service call windows. Calls to their customer service returned - we are looking into it - but no resolution. Still waiting.

I had an appointment for an inspection between 8-10 am. At 9:45 I called the company to find out where the inspector was and when he’d be arriving. All I could get was that a “recovery work order” would be written, I couldn’t even get a new time. I should not have had to call Ehrlich, they should have reached out to me to let me know the appointment would need to be rescheduled.

We chose Ehrlich Pest control to service our needs for bug control this summer. We were seeing a lot of ants in and outside our house. They came when they said they would and we discussed our concerns. Demetrius examined our property and set about a course of action spraying were he saw the concentration of ants. We chose the service policy that secures that no matter how many times we need service Ehrlich will come out with no further charges. We also had them spray our property for mosquitoes and ticks. We have a dog so we had concerns about what they were spraying. We were assured that the chemicals were pet safe once dried. Demetrius always calls when he is coming and also follows up with email to make sure we know what treatment was performed and to make sure we are satisfied with the treatment.I definitely recommend them.

I cant say the service was bad because that would give them too much credit. Service was terrible! Called 10/7 to schedule a technician because I had bees yellow jackets in my house. Appt. was set for 10/9 between 8 and 12:00 noon. Technician showed up at 1:30 p.m. and couldnt find the nest. He told me he would need to come back with a ladder and another technician. Nobody followed up. I called the 800 number again and tried every day to schedule 2 technicians with a ladder and nobody followed up for a week. They gave excuses like the ladder is locked in the warehouse and we dont have a key. Finally, after more than 10 calls, they were scheduled to come on 10/17. On the morning of the service they called to cancel and wanted me to call to schedule another date. I was waiting for 10 days with 100s of bees in my house and they couldnt keep an appointment?Luckily I felt this would happen and had scheduled a backup. Assurance Pest Solutions. Assurance was professional, arrived at the appointment on time. Within 5 minutes of their arrival, they were able to locate the bees nest and treat it.Ehrlich is definitely the worst service of any pest control company I have ever used. Feel free to call them and find out for yourself, but youd be better off calling someone else.

The information given at the free inspection bore no relationship to what the technician did when he later got to my home. The traps that we were told would provide multiple times the strength as the ones we could buy on the open market were useless. In fact, their traps caught ZERO insects. The trap that we bought at out local hardware store caught many. I called Ehrlich and spoke to a manager, who said he would follow up. There has been no follow up other than an email requesting that I post this rating. To add insult to injury, they sent me a bill!

Horrible from the word go. We inherited a termite prevention program from the former owners of our house. It was called Cambridge Chemical and was bought by Ehrlich a few years ago. When we recently discovered that we had a yellow jacket nest in the walls of our house they were the first company I called because I figured that since we were already in their system theyd respond quickly. Big mistake. They charged us $575.00 to come out with a 30 day warrantee. The technician came and sprayed - he was here and gone in less than half an hour and said that they would call us back in 2 days to see if the bees were gone. The next day we still had swarms of yellow jackets and they were coming into the house, so I asked them to come again. Each time I called they had no record of having been here, my phone calls, didnt even know who I was! We never received an invoice or any paperwork. Long story short, after two treatments with no results, I called another company who, for half the price, came out and took their time and found the nest. I called them and asked for a refund, and also to cancel a program they signed us up for that I never agreed to. (Again, nothing on paper). I was on the phone for one hour with an agent waiting for her to figure out how to cancel the service and put in the dispute. And then... I get this email asking us to rate our experience! Do not use this company!

When my Tech Rob L had asked me to write a review and make sure to mention his name earlier in the week i was not going to because we have had some scheduling problems that week. The more i thought about it the more i realized the problems were only that week and on occasion but normally fixed right away and when my tech is out on vacation. When he is there service is always within the window i have and he does a very well job. The techs that i get when hes on vacation dont even carry foam guns and tell us to do the exclusion that Rob normally does. If the other techs did the same level job as Rob and the People that make appointments made few less mistakes i would give them 5 stars. I am very happy with the service i have been getting.

Garbage company with an inside sales team that lies through their teeth, they claim to have bought out a company when I know the owner and he didnt even sell out. Unbelievable saying that they are transferring the trucks over so they will still say such and such pest control but we are really the owners now what a lier.
