Peak Event Services was amazing to work with for my baby shower. I met with Barbara over the weekend with some ideas in mind, but Barbara was kind to show me all our options. She clearly outlined the payment / contracting process. Delivery /Pickup went very smoothly. The venue I used had a very specific drop off location, so the delivery lead actually FaceTimed me to ensure the rental was going to the right place. I will definitely use them again for my next big event.Thank you, Peak!

When wedding plan B started, I felt like anyone I asked thought I was crazy for wanting to set up a 9x27, heated tent up on the deck of my fathers home, but PEAK made it happen for us and then some!It was amazing to be able to utilize that deck space for our guests- it had all the bells and whistles we needed to make guests comfortable and the black turf was a great call by Dave to put down in there as well!It was a pleasure working with PEAK and I appreciated how much help throughout the process they were- from the site visit to consistent correspondence! We’ll never forget how vendors treated us clients while planning pandemic weddings!

Christina at PEAK was a dream to work with! Unfortunately, she is no longer with the company, but I will still use PEAK for future rentals.Christina helped my fiance and I select various linens from their show room to set up mock tables until we found the perfect combination. The linens we rented completely changed our venue and made it fit our vision perfectly!

Great place to help with a party or tent rental!

PEAK is great for rentals, but not as strong for tents. We used them both for our wedding and had the following issues with the tent side: they either measured improperly or they did not communicate their concern about the space clearly enough during the walk through, so there were problems fitting the tent onto the lawn-- problem solving this added an extra day to the set up (which makes a huge difference 48 hours before a wedding); several of the roof panels didnt make it onto the delivery truck so they left the tent unfinished overnight and had to come back the following day (luckily we had clear weather but had there been rain the floor would have been drenched); one of the strands of string lighting was missing around the perimeter; and after set up, the tent was a MESS, with loose staples all over the floor from securing the turf and tons of leaves which had fallen in overnight without the missing panels. Im sure cleaning isnt the crews job so I dont fault the set up crew for this, but the tent shouldnt have been left open all night in the first place; it took several hours to clear the leaves. If youre using a professional planner who has the bandwidth and expertise to trouble shoot or prevent these kinds of issues, theyre a good company to work with, but if youre DIYing it, Id find a different route. All of the rentals were great.

Great experience with Peak Event Services for my wedding! And definitely the best option in the area. Our caterer was really excited that we were renting from Peak. We got tables, chairs, napkins, dinnerware, linens for 200. Great flexibility (I changed my order weekly in the last few months before the wedding). They forgot some chairs on the first delivery but it got sorted out before the wedding. Also they were INCREDIBLE with breakdown. We partied in to the night and I promised my parents (wedding was in their backyard) that I would help clean up the day after. By the time I got to my parents (maybe 11am?) Peak had come and fished out all of the tables and chairs and nicely placed the flowers to the side. It was a great post-wedding day surprise (honestly it kind of made my day that I didnt have to stack tables and chairs!). Would highly recommend.

We rented all of our rental items from Peak including linens, dinnerware, and extra items. Our of all the rental companies we looked into around Boston, Peak seemed to have the best selection our of everyone. The Woburn office was so accommodating and helpful when it came to what we actually needed and quantities. The pricing is a bit higher then other places but their products seem to be better quality and you have a bigger selection. I highly recommend going through Peak for rentals and using the Woburn Office.

I have used them for a small yard party to rent some chairs and tables. Very professional and courteous and treated me no different than some customer with a big wedding party order. Was able to do the whole rental thing done in and out less than 30 minutes.
