Great store, friendly employees, but never seems to open on time!

This one had one dollar ladies t shirt in major colors.Pretty awesome although back to school items for $ 1 is expensive considering u get less in walmart and staples

Probably would have given 5 stars. But at closing we didnt notice any cleaning during this time of the pandemic. Store cashier, a Male older g gentleman is Phenomenal as is the younger girl whom works days in Woburn. Everyone is very nice.

A lot of empty shelves

The store is clean and the staffs are very friendly. They have good collections of stuffs, I would prefer to go here as they got more variety than what they have in Boston downtown.

I went to this Dollar tree to pick a couple things up and let me say I will go again they have everything I needed for a dollar, the employee at the register was very nice as well

Google says they close at 8, I go there, the sign says they close at 6. Waste of my time trying to get a quick present during these tight times when COVID-19 affects my time and wallet, and they cant communicate the proper store hours to the public. Very misleading.

I love dollar tree. For every thingI buy every card I need. I buy leave in condioners. I buy foot stones and nail cutters all the way to plastic wear and flip flops. I love the section with the tools and cell phone stuff. This place is perfect for gift bags and stationary. They even have name brand stuff in every once in a while.You can buy dishes, glasses and silverware along with cleaning supplies, rags and mops for a really cheap way to buy everything you need for moving into a new apartment. It all matches so it looks nicer then everything mismatched. I love the dollar store. I swear by it.

Its a mess, waited in line forever. One guy checking people out while 2 employees stood by and watched filling balloons and throwing stuff from one cart to another in a sea of products that appeared to be sitting around for an extremely long time. Maybe pick up the pace sorting out that sea of junk or help the poor man with the line all the way down an entire isle. It was disturbing watching how much these girls could care less. Im sure someone else needs that job that would actually perform there and not stand around like a useless waste of a paycheck.

This has to be the worst dollar tree. Always a mess. Only 1 register open . While the manager walk around a lit of times she has her young son with her. The libe all the way to the back of the store. I asked her why she dont open a register she said she wouldnt be able to watch her son if she is on a register. Shelves are never stocked store is a huge mess. Also there is an Indian cashier her job is to ring in the product not look the item over completely before ringing the item in. Slows check out up so bad

They carry a wide variety of products and are generally neat and clean and the shelves are well stocked. Employees are a toss up. Sometimes you get nice helpful people at the register and other times you get employees that barely say two words to you at the check out. All and all a decent location.

I got to say the services good but they dont have anything in there I dont know if its just the location

Huge, huge dollar tree with great selection. However, the employees are consistently rude and unwelcoming. The store as a whole seems extremely mismanaged.

Appears to be going out of business, although employees said nope. They had greeting cards but thats about it!

Slightly smaller dollar tree. Typical dissorganized, dirty store. Workers seem hardworking though ..usually a wait at register. Great parking . If you need balloons for any occasion this is the place to go. You may have to wait a bit to get help but its certainly worth the wait. Opens at 8am. Also a great place to get cards for any occasion.

Its great for storage containers. Not so much office stuff though, but overall lots of options. Staff is a little cranky, not one smiled back when I did (I always smile to staff because I know they are usually tired, so I figure a little smile might help) anyways, its good!

All of the Dollar Tree stores are excellent. I always find something i need for a dollar. It is one of those stores where you just look around and there is always a bargain to be found!

They have taken good precautions considering current COVID-19 situation. People have to do their part.

Lots of good deals for bargain hunters. Most items are $1. Its hard to predict exactly what theyll have, but there are always plenty of household things to consider.

Poor service

Be sure to call to check hours, they are not correct online and twice Ive gone and they were not open. (I tried to update on google, now the hours are 10 - 6, but that could change again as the pandemic moves through.)

I called about 15 minutes ago to ask if they had pitchers and they clearly put me on hold anticipating that I would hang up and they wouldn’t have to do their jobs. Finally I hung up and called back to a busy signal.Thanks for wasting 15 minute of my life.

This place was a mess! There were boxes everywhere it was hard to maneuver around the store, and it was set up completely different than most dollar trees I’ve been to.

Good selection of Easter things. SANDY is ALWAYS very helpful.

Hardly ever open on time or within the first hour. Typically messy and staff lacks enough customer service to even greet you with a hello or thank you when at the register.

Selection is alright...the store could be a bit more organized and bigger. The line is always long, you can never just grab something quickly...theres always a wait.

Google maps and the sign on the door said it closes at 10pm but at 9 04 there was no one there and the doors were locked.

Good place to stock up on small stuff, just wish the ice cream selection was like other dollar tree stores

Everything is $1.00. The shelves are often not well stocked regarding regular merchandise (especially health/beauty)
