We checked in early morning and my husband suffered a stroke that evening at 8 30 pm. They were able to get EMS there in 15 minutes with an ambulance ten minutes later. Offered all kinds of help. Extended my stay without extra charges. Very helpful with anything I needed. Excellent place to stay. Clean comfortable and covid are. Thank you and God bless each of you.

Was woken the next morning by housekeeping assuming there was no one there so whoever checked us in the previous night didnt do it correctly. However front desk apologized which was nice. Theres a noise in the building that sounds like hissing that goes on non stop all night which is annoying. But location is good and the room itself was really cleaned.

Soooo quiet here! Birds chirping every morning I loved it.My favorite stay in the past few years out of all the hotels Ive visited. Front desk was extremely nice, hotel was spotless, beds were comfortable. Loved the shampoo and soap products were a good brand and in dispensers on the wall, so much easier. Will be back!

Like so many things in life worth what you pay.Room was just ok, not the suite we paid for.No room clearing service the first night, had to call down for towels which they reluctantly provided. Asked for a cork screw they said in no uncertain terms, no cork screws in the building We sent my sister out to get one. 2 minutes later the hotel came up with a cork screw. Thanks for wasting our time and money.3 more nights here, will update as we go.

As a solo female traveler I wouldnt stay here. There is zero parking in the front and all the parking in the back and on the sides is extremely dark. I felt very unsafe coming in at night. In addition the hotel is very dated and the wifi is also extremely slow. I wouldnt stay here again.

Positive: The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Negative: The room look as though it hadnt been vacuumed in a while and both beds appeared to not have been changed. On the duvet I found loose dirt and hairs. Under the bed I found a sock and what appeared to be the ball to either a piercing or a bead to jewelry.

A noisy little hotel (all day & night). There arent many measures taken to soundproof the building it seems and the bed was rather uncomfortable. I sort of felt like I was in a box surrounded by other noisy boxes has the rooms are rather small, so needless to say, I hardly slept. Heating/cooling unit smelled awful so I wasnt able to use it.

I booked two weeks 14 days at this hotel the first week I checked in had no issues the guy working was very helpful and even explained a little bit about the hotel to me including amenities and things like that. On the seven tonight I had another booking for another week where I went to re-check in and had to deal with a woman named Allison who seemed very miserable and hated her job. Nothing but attitude when I spoke with her. Then when I asked for a different room because originally I had a double bed and on my second booking for the second week I selected a king size room she gave me a huge problem about that And it took almost an hour for me to switch rooms after she made me go take everything out of my original room even though she said she had another room on the same floor so she made me run back-and-forth for no reason which I thought was very unprofessional because this is not the first time I’m staying at a hotel then I called this morning because I see that there’s a $75 fee charged to my account at three in the morning the day after I checked out. I called she tells me “it’s because of the dog I had in my room.” I then proceeded to tell her that my dog is a registered service animal in which I had explained to the other guy that was helping me check in the first week and on the second week and then she just told me to call back in five hours tried to make up a name when I asked for hers she gave me some guys name then she told me that her name was Allison and told me to call back in five hours when the manager is there so that she can discuss it with him to remove the fee. This is the most ridiculous hotel I’ve stayed at. I wouldn’t waste my money here again.

The hotel is right across the street less than a 1 minute walk from Dave and Busters. If you have kids or enjoy that sort of entertainment its very convenient. Hotel is updated and modern. Breakfast is not included similar to most other Courtyard hotels, but it is very good and convenient. Starbucks coffee is available.

The hotel was very nice and clean. One of the smallest rooms Ive seen at a Courtyard, but was okay since I was only sleeping there for one night. However, the food from the Bistro was terrible, but the staff handled in an appropriate manner. While waiting for my food another guest returned his food stating it was still frozen. Maybe they were just having a bad night. Overall very pleased with my stay.

Rooms are updated and as comfortable as a well-slept bed can be. The location is great for us. Food options are good but unnecessarily pricey. Service seems decent. Front desk is fine. Housekeeping gets most things right most of the time.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was exactly what I expected. The breakfast options in the lounge area were good and reasonably-priced for the area. It was about $10 for a breakfast plate. They also have a Starbucks lite Coffee area that offers Starbucks brand coffee. The pool does close for the winter since it is an outdoor pool.

Staff was friendly. Grabbed a quick dinner and no complaints. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept with no issues. Breakfast in the morning was also fine. Hotel I normally stay at in the area was full but Ill have no issue staying here again.

The staff was nice, but the hotel is old. The room was a bit small. The bed was hard. There was no closet, but they had a cabinet for storing hanging items. It has a very musty smell to it. The sheets and towels were scratchy. The location is convenient to eating and shopping options. Overall, I probably would choose somewhere else to stay if it is an option.

It was a nice hotel. There is a heat lamp in the bathroom above the sink which was very nice!

We used this hotel for a business meeting only, not for staying overnight.The room was fine, with a large conference table and chairs for 10 people. The projector screen (had to bring our own projector) was along the side of the table, so if you had 10 people, four of them would have a hard to seeing the screen. A number of things that were supposed to be set up for us were not, and the door keys didnt work. The staff was quick to fix all of these things, but it slowed us down. The only available restroom for the 3rd-floor meeting room was the lobby restroom, so that was a bit of a trip.They were flexible on scheduling and available at short notice, which was great.Parking is a little odd--you have to park around the back or off to the sides; there is no convenient parking in the front for day use.

Clean and beautiful!

It was directly across the street from our entertainment (Dave and Busters) and while we were on the third floor, the elevator was convenient in the building. Beds were comfy and the shower was nice. Heating / AC was either too much one way or the other, but it might just be because it was spring-like weather that day. Never had any issue with staff or other guests.

Fantastic place - great location for visiting the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable rooms, we had a king with sofa bed and the bed was in a completely separate room which was great for a family of 4. It lost a star because we were given 3 towels for 4 people, were promised 1 would be sent up and it wasnt 8 hours later, so I had to go down and ask again.

My wife stayed at the hotel 2 weeks ago and inadvertently left her credit card at the business center. She called the hotel and spoke to Arielle Buffett, Operations Supervisor, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. She took the time to go to the Business Center where she found the card. Two days later, we received it with a nice note! Arielle exemplifies what true customer service means so we wanted to commend her for a job well done! Always a great stay at this location. Rooms are clean, comfortable and usually peaceful for a decent nights rest. Standard Courtyard amenities with very friendly and helpful staff both behind the front desk and bistro.

Poor service, bed was not clean, they offered complimentary breakfast to make up for the dirty bed but when we got to the bistro the attendant said we had to pay for the breakfast. We ended up moving rooms after 1 night.

The rooms here are decently appointed and the hotel is located right off the highway, making it easy to get to the industrial area and to downtown Boston or the airport. The hotel has a small fitness center with some free weights, a couple of treadmills, and an elliptical machine - enough to get a quick workout in. The restaurant/bar is on the smaller side. Overall, this is a decent business hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. We did not need room service. The location was great, right off the interstate, and relatively close to Boston.

Clean and friendly service. I enjoy staying here as I often do with my boyfriend. There is no vans to downtown Boston except for weekdays for business. Weekends have no shuttles so we had to take Uber to nearest T station. Free breakfast is a plus.

The room is nice, has a fridge and a microwave. A 32 inch flatscreen faces the small couch and queen sized bed. There is no balcony, but plenty of lights and power plugs are present. Unfortunately it is too cold for the outdoor pool to be open which makes sense. Overall a decent facility.

Dissapointed in our room. Handicap bathroom was below par, no counter space at all for toiletries, soap dispenser in bathroom was out of reach if you cant stand. Was also dissapointed in no continental breakfast.

Great hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restrauant has wonderful food and staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

No inside pool. This is one of the first Courtyards in a northern state that does not have a indoor pool. If I wasnt traveling for business I wouldnt have stayed.

Stay was good, billing situation is reason for negative review. I stayed here for three nights, and knew I would be charged for incidentals. The gentleman at the front desk told me it would be $60.00. The next morning I woke up and there was a charge for $60.00 as well as another hold for $120.00. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk, and he said it was an error on their end. It has still not been taken care of, and I am waiting a call from the general manager. This is very inconvenient, and I am a long time Marriott customer. The charge dissappeared from my account on Saturday, and I just looked this morning and they are back on my account. Once I hear back from the management, I will update my review. The room was nice, and the location was in driving distance to both Salem and Boston. There is plenty to do nearby and numerous places to eat.

Very nice clean room. Great bed, good pillows, clean floor, good wifi, fridge and microwave: all the essentials and a little more. Only decrement was the made-to-order paid breakfast was not much better than buffet-quality, but maybe that was just me.

Great location North of Boston, close to good places to eat and far enough out for traffic to not be a bother unless you have to go back to downtown.Rooms were very clean, if a bit on the small side. Decent food in the cafe downstairs if you dont want to get out or need a quick bite.

Front office staff, GM included needs to improve their organization. Older building that has been renovated. Rooms are smaller than average CBM hotels. WiFi was very slow, unable to stream Netlfix. TVs arent set up to run streaming TV either. Nice hotel overall, clean. Wouldnt recommend for business travelers though.

Courtyard Boston Woburn was a very cozy place to stay. I felt like they were a little short staffed but there werent too many people so it wasnt a problem for us. Except for the part where I wanted a drink and it was only one woman in the front desk who manned both. But other than that I would definitely go back.

Went there on business and the room was quite good. The beds werent bad either. I slept well which usually doesnt happen very often. Bistro is so so, but they have a Dave n Buster across the street and there is a sports pub next to it as well.

For a chain that advertises that it caters to business travelers, the internet connectivity in this hotel is less than desirable. I stayed for three nights, and the first two, the connection was slow, and the third night was nonexistent.Something that the hotel cannot control, but the high number “odd” rooms face a road on which a lot of truck noise is generated.

The hotel staff is great and was able to accommodate a walk-in. But the rooms are old. The AC in my room was making noise and complaint to the front office was to no avail.

Everything was great no issues at all. Great service, great price wonderful stay. Would definitely come again.

The room decor and bathroom were somewhat dated, but the worst part was the odor. The room contains a microwave and unfortunately smelled of greasy food. The front desk staff was great and the lobby was fine, but I smelled that greasy food stench all night.

Adequate Café featuring Starbucks coffee.Friendly front desk staff and ease of online booking.I would suggest checking in first then parking around back as youll need your room key to get into the building.I would stay here again.

Beds are too soft with obvious dips from use. Wall so thin I could hear the television in the room above and to the side. Had to turn up my own tv to drown it out. WiFi is slow and the pillows were so bad I used a sweatshirt instead. Staff was friendly.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was under renovation of their front entryway, but other than not being able to enter there was no way to tell. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying on the outskirts of Boston.

My parents and aunt were staying there for our wedding weekend. I was just visiting the lobby to talk with them. The lobby look great, and the sitting area by the cafe is perfect for small group conversations or working with a laptop.

The hotel is nice and when we arrived we got a nice little room upgrade which was great. That was probably the only thing that was good. The toilet didnt work at first arrival. We also got put next to a staircase so we heard the door slamming all night. The walls are super thin and heard many conversations. I can deal with all that, the thing that got me most was that at 8am the cleaning crew started on my floor. They where very very loud, laughing talking extremely loud in the hallway. They woke me up many times. I had to be out late the night before and paid extra for a late check out so i could get some sleep, didnt work out too well. I did get a breakfast with my stay which was actually pretty good. Overall it was an okay stay and i may stay there again if im in the area but i would check other places first.

Be careful with your bill... Marriott reservation agent misrepresented the room rate and I got a hefty surprise on checkout with a rate double what I expected... Staff at the hotel was nice and tried to help...Also I got a rude awakening Wednesday morning with all the fire alarms going off... forced out on a broken sprinkler into the cold at 6am !!!Not a happy customer, wont be staying here again...

We were only there for a brief meeting, so I cant tell you how the rooms were, but the meeting space was decent and the front desk woman was very nice. She was accommodating to my rambunctious toddler.

Nice hotel, it was quiet, the room temp seem to fluctuate though. One night it was okay, the next night way too warm. But for the most part Id stay there again.

Convenient to the highway, very clean. But torn sheets that didnt fit the bed, which sagged in the middle, and too much furniture crammed in a tiny room so you couldnt walk on one side of the bed.
