I wish I could give this hotel a higher rating because the staff definitely did the most they could with what they have. There is no restaurant or free breakfast at this facility. Theyre free breakfast consisted of grab and go food which was not always consistent. The 1st couple of days I was here they had bagels and at the end of the week all they had was prepackage muffins apples and yogurt. The coffee was free but besides that everything was a very poor spread. I was stuck here because I do not have a car that I can drive because I am a bus driver so the only thing I could do as far as food was ordered food delivery. The staff was alright. Is also the water fountain in the gym only only dispense tepid water which was kinda gross. I wish the water fountain was a bit colder in the Gym. Also the internet was slow and spotty at times.

Great experience so far, stayed 4 nights to see Boston. Main attractions are all about 15 mins away and the hotel has free parking since it isnt directly in the city. King bedroom has pull out sofa, nice size television, and pull out couch as well as a good size inside. Everything is clean, staff is friendly. Pool was clean, good temperature in the water and out.

Don’t book here unless ya have to, hotel is cheap. They charge you for a muffin in the morning and charge you for breakfast. For someone who was just up the road from this courtyard and the other one had amazing breakfast and services this one charges you for everything. It’s laziness on the hotels part putting those service charges on us. 2 dollars for a hotel muffin ✌🏻 told myCompany not to come back to this courtyard Marriott not good for working construction crews.

Standard Marriott was very good and 4 stars for the hotel and hotel staff. The bartender? - they could do a lot better. Grabbed a table? Nope, have to go to the bar to order or she will ignore you while only chatting with customers at bar and avoiding eye contact with you. Very bad attitude. All who were sitting at tables have to go up to see her to order drinks or get a check. Whats the point?

Monica, the concierge has at the Courtyard is the most professional and courteous person that has greeted me and my fiance. Its a person like her that will make your hotel very lucrative and popular if I have anything to say. Im a gold member with hotels.com and I have traveled the world. My job consists of rating people and their standards policies and procedures. If anyone in the Marriott is listening I would really recommend her standards and have her train all your employees the same way she handled me because she is what will take a company to the promise land. I must have been in the area and Google review popped up and must have accidentally hit one stars because I dont know how this happened. The owner reaching out to my 1 star review shows that they care. I have never been before but it looks nice on the photos and would definitely stay . This was the 2nd time for me at this particular Marriott. I come here for the room with the jacuzzi tub. The room was clean, incredibly comfortable bed as usual. Then I open the fridge, which wasnt cleaned out from prior guest, I was beside myself. This is NOT of Marriott standard. A business cannot afford to be lax in areas where people are literally being retrained to learn how to clean in the midst of this virus. I called front desk, someone came and cleaned along with an apology and that was that. I am a Marriott member and will not stay any where else by choice. Be safe! 😀

Besides the woman who operated the front desk on Saturday Morning, our stay went well. I elected to maintain the five stars as we later learned a bit more about the womans status. Otherwise, Sara was extremely accomodating as well as our male night attendant. Our room was as expected and the hotel overall was extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel for short stays in the area.

Solid choice off I-93 with a straight shot to downtown Boston.

Negative: charged $---- for no amenities opened technically just to sleep over no restaurant no microwave no pool was supposed to get a discount havent seen it back yet. And they said $--- doesnt cover a continental breakfast complete rip off

It was not marriott standard this time. I am attaching photo, the room wasn’t clean well from previous guests, still poster on the wall and towels on the shower curtain. The shower didn’t drain, same for the sink, tv didn’t work had to call for repair. I ask to have the room check for the second night, and when I came back they put back the poster that I had put down back on the wall. Room also had a bad odor.

Very clean place in great location with friendly staff. I even got my mother a room so she would be close to Boston to go to the hospital. I just wish theyd get FSN so I can watch my Celtics.😃

Still waiting on the deposit to be placed back on my card also was charged $42 for something but didnt get any kind of food or beverage from the front desk. I paid for room in advance then I was told by front desk guy I needed to swipe my card for the deposit but all in all I got charged $156.60 then got charged $42 then I just looked i got another charge for $15.25 and mind you I paid for this hotel 2 months ago. Was a nice place but id like to see all that money back

The experience I had at Courtyard was odd. I had a good time so I didnt rate too low, but there were pros and cons. Pros were that the staff was very friendly and the hotel was empty for the most part. The TV in the room was a good size, though we didnt use it much. The jacuzzi was nice but it was extremely loud and the water slowly drained. We still enjoyed it very much. The cons were that even though there was almost no one in the hotel with us, the one other couple that were, were put in the room above us. Anytime they ran water or flushed a toilet, at any time of the night, the water in the pipes was also extremely loud. The room itself was clean no doubt, but the stained carpet and peeling wallpaper from the early 90s was a little turn off. The TV in the room had the ability to sign into Netflix YouTube and what not but the streaming lagged so much that the words had a six second delay. One thing that should be mentioned before booking was how close rt. 93 our room was. I live in a quite town up north and the sound of traffic was extremely apparent. The phone in the room didnt work until I moved it around and plugged it into other phone line outlets. The grout between the tiles around the jacuzzi didnt appear to be clean. Also, the bed, although comfortable, slanted into the center from all sides. The closest ice machine was on the second floors but our room, spa room, was in the lower levels/basement. All in all we had a good time and the staff was awesome. The largest issues were cosmetic but definitely room for improvement.

Its my fourth night here and no housekeeping was done yet, after I requested 3 times. This is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed and this is certainly not acceptable.

I was the unfortunate casualty of the management here. When trying to book an additional night, I was arbitrarily asked to leave by the Assistant Manager, Kevin Wulff, who refused an explanation.I had nowhere else to go. This put me in a very uncomfortable position.The Manager (Jennifer Millerick) has been unwilling to provide me with a clear explanation or sufficient apology for what happened.I believe I was treated in the manner I was because I was alone.Marriot has always been a good brand to me. But at this location, there are problems. I believe they are long-standing, as I recall being somewhat uncomfortable with the staff here last year as well, during a shorter stay.

The bad: The tiles in the shower were a little in need of repair and grout refresh, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable (though definitely not the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on at a hotel.) Just might be time to replace the mattress.That being said, my room was SPOTLESS and affordable, had a gorgeous two person jacuzzi tub, and the room was spacious. I should note that every jacuzzi room I’ve ever stayed in has triggered allergies because of mold. I take Claritin and Benadryl with me because I KNOW this is always going to be an issue. This was the first time I haven’t had to use it, which says something about the cleanliness.I’m a Bonvoy traveler, and the check in and check out are always seamless because I use the app. I never heard any neighbors, never heard the traffic, and the blackout curtains did their job well- no sunlight peeking through. I had no issues at all finding it using Google maps. All in all, a nice COVID getaway at a great price.

Loved staying at the hotel, some of the members of the staff were really friendly, Marks attention was great! Everything was super clean and tidy. The pool was cool, it was the only thing that I didnt like. There was also a gym with pretty good equipment. There is a Starbucks at the hotel, with some nice meals. Would definitely stay again.

If youre looking for a decent hotel near the Salem area, I definitely recommend this hotel. Its a 10 minute drive on the interstate. The hotel is pretty well maintained and clean for the most part. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but are comfortable and cozy. The staff is great and they are good about keeping the doors locked to the entrance at night. Woburn is a safe area already, but the security makes me feel more comfortable. The rates arent too bad, but book in advance to get a better rate.

First time at this property. I like it.

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end! We stayed 3 nights. It’s was a reasonable price, Paul at the front desk was professional, friendly and a delight. Room was clean, bed even more comfortable than ours at home, our room was quiet (even though it was the first room by the elevator in the main lobby). Food at their restaurant was delicious! 15 minutes fromdowntown Boston. I only suggest to them that they should start providing complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby. That is my only suggestion as everything else was completely satisfactory. We will stay at this hotel again and I do highly recommend it.

We had a great stay here. The staff, especially Louise at the front desk were top-notch. Location and price were great. We were close to the highway and there were several dining options within a 10 minute car ride. The room was okay. The coffee machine was dirty and there was some mold on the bathroom wall but the bed was comfy and the room was pretty good.

Negative: ROOM HAD A LINGERING PET ODOR

This hotel is a very good choice in you are in the area. Hotel is right off the Interstate, access to Boston etc. is very easy. The hotel is modern with nice amenities such as coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. The bed was very comfortable and our room was very quiet. Overall cleanliness is excellent. The desk clerks were very helpful and efficient. We have stayed here on more than one occasions and would stay again if in the area.

The hotel looks new, a bit hidden and 20 minutes from the city. The staff is exceptional, Louis, Danielle and Mark all helped us out with restaurant needs and shopping transportation. The hotel does have a shuttle that drives you within a 3 mile radius, we were taken to a near by town with many quaint restaurant to choose from. It’s was about a $15 dollar ride with Uber to Cambridge or to the mall in Burlington so it was very reasonable to get around. We were very pleased with the relaxed and quiet location. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

From the moment you walk in the door the staff is interested in making your experience as stress free and comfortable as is possible. You can tell that it is not just an act on their part but they believe in making your experience the best. Just when I thought the concept of customer service is dead, the staff here has renewed my faith that it still exists!! The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and the room was great with one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in! Its location is close to Boston and it is easy to navigate all of eastern MA.

Had an amazing experience with my fiancée in this location everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was definitely inviting and clean. Our trip was made special by Jackie, Ashley, and Vanessa who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.. coming from Miami it’s a huge plus. Keep up the great work !

I finally got a chance to stay at Marriott at Woburn for 2 nights, was exited. Got a room with accessible bathroom by mistake, but overall had a pleasant experience.. besides no free breakfast, no body lotion in my room first day and no cream and sugar by the coffeemaker next day :( . Thanks for a good quality printer in a office area in a lobby I had to use for work also excellent food at Bistro and very inexpensive to compare to NYC New York where I travel from.

Our family travelled to the area for a visit with relatives. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and staffed with pleasant, efficient people. We felt it was a very good value. We did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. There is a Starbucks in the lobby at breakfast time and we bought coffee there. The Courtyard Woburn was a great location for us as it was near relatives. However it is a bit out of the way to travel into Boston daily. We could have taken the commuter rail but being closer to a T station would have been better. My daughter used Uber to travel in and out of Boston and that became quite pricey. On Friday she found it to be $37 as it was rush hour. Most after that we’re in the $15-20 range.

We booked the New England Aquarium package and were so happy we did. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, and the free breakfast that came with our package was great. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely recommend it (and will be back next time we come to Boston)!

We had a great stay, the staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We had a late check-in and the front desk team member took the liberty of checking us in so that we didn’t lose our reservation, our room was fabulous. The bed was super comfortable, very clean room, and the perfect size. The dining room and breakfast was the best I’ve experienced With a variety of selections and everything was delicious and fresh! It was a bistro vs. “lobby continental” breakfast. We were more than satisfied and pleasantly surprised. We travel to Boston every month and typically rent an Airbnb, going forward this will be our state of choice! I even joined Marriott rewards and opened their credit card. You have a customer for life! Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

I had a lovely solo adventure. I relaxed in a comfortable bed, I did some water aerobics in a pool warmly temperatured. I was able to watch internet tv, accessing my YouTube subscription of The Chosen. And ordered delivery. Ahhh! This place is a hidden gem. My not so secret oasis. 🥰

Very clean and professional hotel. The room was well maintained with quality channels and good wifi and TV. The shower was great. Staff always greeted coming in and out. The only thing would have liked is included breakfast otherwise great stay.

My stay was fine and always has been. We have been there multiple times and have always had a great experience. This time though my card has been charged $20 a week after my stay and nobody can explain to me why. They claim there is no record of the charge but it is clear as day on my bank account. Not good service at all. I dont think we will be back after this.

The hotel is located at the back of a very pretty (yes pretty!) business park. The lobby, rooms and amenities are lovely. Among other amenities, there is a pool and hot tub, fitness room and coin-operated laundry services for guests convenience. The free shuttle service is another matter. It only runs on the odd hour (9:00 am / 11:00 am /1:00 pm, etc.) and only within a three mile radius of the hotel, so if youre planning on using the T to get into downtown Boston from the hotel, be prepared to get up very early to drive yourself and park at the nearest T station at Oak Grove in Malden for $9.00 per day (if you can actually find a spot in the lot as it fills up by 7:30 am each day) as the shuttle will only take you to the Anderson Woburn Commuter Rail Station. We offered to pay for the shuttle to take us the extra half mile to the Oak Grove Station and were told, No, we dont do that. Not exactly what I would call customer service, but this is an issue only hotel management can fix. Other than that, the hotel/room was comfortable, very clean and quiet.

I enjoy staying at this property. The front desk staff is excellent. The property is well maintained and has a great fitness center and pool. The only downside is the Bistro/bar experience. Depending on staff, it can be difficult to get the servers attention and one server in particular is harried and does not possess good customer service skills.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend and we had such a nice time. The rooms were so clean and big. The whirlpool inside the room was the best, enough hot water and the bed was comfy. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice touch. So close to downtown Boston and the North end. (whcih is my favorite part of Boston, MA) We had dinner downtown and came to the hotel afterwards, used the pool and hot tub all night. The staff was great and very helpful. I cannot wait to book another night.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Perfect spot for anyone working at Raytheon. It is directly across the street. I just wish there was more food options. If you do not have a rental there is nothing close by to eat. You have to get an Uber or order food.

Actually more of a 4.5, not too many rooms with its own whirlpool. The rest of the hotel is nice, has its own restaurant and bar. Will have to try those in the next trip. Will be staying here again in the future.

Does NOT stand by their rates. Beware. I booked through AAA for one night. I asked for a double bed room, standard. I payed a $ 50 higher rate to get it. They put us in a king with a couch that was the discount rated room. I went to the front desk and asked for the room I asked for and they said they were booked, but that I would be charged the lower rate. So I acquiesced. When I got my card statement it showed I was charged the higher rate. I called them directly and I was told the small print at the bottom says you are not guaranteed the room you requested. I told them that was fine, just give me the charge for the room I was given. They said that was up to AAA. I called AAA and they said they charge me what the hotel charges them. Bit of a shell game. Ill stick with a hotel who keeps their word in future.

The staff was amazing during our stay. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for our 10th anniversary. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They answered our questions. The room was always cleaned immaculately. The bar staff was fun and accommodating. The food from the Bistro was delicious. It was close enough so that we could drive a few minutes and be in either Downtown Boston or Salem. Yet it was back out of the hustle and bustle so we could relax at night in a quiet and safe atmosphere.

I travel for business and am usually staying 30 days each time. This facility was not only convenient to my work assignment, but just the right place to go and site-see! The staff is welcoming, courteous and friendly. Gave me lots of ideas to go and do. Very helpful with tips and recommendations.

Extremely friendly staff, Taj was the one that helped me. I got to the hotel she recognized exactly who I was, I went up into my room it was beautiful. For a short trip especially, the price and ease of staying here is well worth it. It’s not so far from Boston that you have to hike, but it’s far enough that you can get away from traffic and noise pollution. And it’s a beautiful location - we saw swans! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and informative. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a while.

Conveniently right off the highway. The staff were all extremely pleasant. All areas were clean and up to date. There was one woman (I wish I had caught her name) who worked in the restaurant area who was there from Saturday morning through the late evening and then again Sunday morning. A smile never left her face and she was exceptionally pleasant in all of our encounters. This goes a long way for us. She was a rock star and we appreciate it! She certainly deserves recognition for her 5 star service!

We stayed in the Woburn area for our daughters interviews at a local university and this place was outstanding, well priced and the staff was friendly...the rooms were clean. I loved this place because it was just north of Boston and easy drive into the city but also close to many other amenities which was wonderful. Although close to the highway, this place was nestled in a business park so was very quiet but close to everything. Loved the night staff, Taj was really fun and so helpful...she definitely went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Even mapped out the quickest way for us to get to my daughters interviews. Loved it there and will stay there next time we come.

The location is within a business park. Hotel service was excellent. My king room was on the 3rd floor, exterior wall and the highway traffic was audible all night long. The room air conditioner runs with an ongoing motor sound that also was disruptive to my sleep. The rooms was clean, bed was comfortable. If you are a deep sleeper, you wont have a problem!Food options are limited in the Bistro and Breakfast area. Sundry shop is over priced for small items.

Nice property. One of the nicer Courtyards. Very clean and comfortable. Next to highway but the natural surroundings mask the sounds well. Very friendly front desk staff. Dining and drinks in the lobby.

My family loves this place. Kid friendly . Family friendly. An cant beat free breakfast an very comfortable beds. Wanna know the best part just look at my son in the pool. Plusbthe jacuzzi will have the whole family relaxed.
