I dealt primarily with Gina Conti and Caylie Ascolillo and they were super professional, responsive to my many questions, and always attentive to my needs. From start to finish, they were always available and worked hard on my behalf to get me placed with an excellent organization within 2 weeks of initial contact - an amazing feat in and of itself considering the limitations resulting from COVID! In short, I can’t say enough good things about them! A company is only as good as its most valuable assets - its people! Gina and Caylie are two such people! I saw a job posting regarding this company that this position would be perfect for me. I decided to call the company and double check that the position is still available. I received nothing but attitude and rudeness from the front desk lady. My recommendation is better customer service and a new front desk lady! If this is the individual you would love to represent your company once they communicate with a customer, then I wish the company nothing but the best buy in reality you are losing costumer from just one conversation w/ the front desk individual.

I reached out to Liv Legendre after seeing one of her posts on my LinkedIn feed. I wasnt familiar with the titles she was posting, but she was more than happy to explain for me. After figuring out that those specific postings werent exactly what I was looking for, Liv went ahead and contacted her colleagues with my resume. Shortly after, I had an in person interview with a great company. During my interview, I experienced some less than professional behavior and comments from employees in another part of the company building. I was very anxious to talk about what had happened and worried it would interfere with an offer. Liv was extremely understanding and communicated with the company professionally. I ended up getting an offer from the company despite it all. Liv was great from start to finish - was always responsive, assisted in interview preparation, and genuinely cared! Its hard to find these qualities in recruiters sometimes, so all of her help was greatly appreciated. Aerotek should be grateful to have an employee like her representing them!

Be mindful of the wording of Aeroteks conversion document. They make no mention of guarantee for the employee to stay in their placement. As we understand there should be no long term guarantee, it would be nice if the placed employee remained until the conversion was paid in full. Lesson learned for future staffing needs. Hopefully Aerotek sees this posting!!!

Hands down, the best recruiting agency I have worked with. My recruiter James was extremely professional, friendly and worked extremely quickly to find me a terrific new job. After pushing to get me an interview, James was able to provide me valuable insight as to what the company was looking for. I went in for an interview for some warehouse associate job, I’m not super desperate for a job because I had quite a few of interviews lined up. I just wanted to see what my options were. I was going to fill out the onboarding paperwork the next day but I got a call from USPS offering me another job right after they had emailed it to me. I decided to take a day to weigh my options and see which worked better for me because the benefits here are terrible and USPS has way better benefits, but the set schedule for the warehouse position was nice. I just wanted to think it over. Aerotek called me about 4-5 times that day, then two more the next morning. About an hour after the last call, I got a TEXT MESSAGE from the worker Joe Tully saying “if I didn’t want to continue then to tell him and stop avoiding his calls”. I will not be “texting” this man back, as that’s extremly unprofessional and aggressive. I am all set with working with a company that would harass you this way. As a professional I will not lower myself to this behavior. United States postal service it is. Thanks for making my choice for me.

I have been contracting thru Aerotec for awhile. The office that serves this area is really good. Mat, Mark and Lauren have always been very responsive to any questions or issues that have come up.

Adam Tarsa is an awesome recruiter not only is he dedicated to his employees, but he has a great attitude towards problem solving and helping his employees feel comfortable at which ever company they work at. Working with Katherine McCarthy at Aerotek has been such a great experience! Katie reached out to me as soon as a position she felt I was qualified for crossed her desk. My experience with Aerotek far surpassed my expectations! After hearing mixed reviews about other agencies I did not know what to expect when I was initially contacted by Aerotek. I wasnt necessarily looking for a new job, however Matt Savard contacted me out of the blue regarding an amazing opportunity he had me in mind for back in March. I worked primarily with Neha and Becca and it was a great experience. They always kept in touch and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Neha called me the same day I applied for a job, through an online posting, and had an interview set up within a week. They both thoroughly prepped me for the interview and continuously encouraged and supported me. I got an offer the same day as the interview and now have a permanent position with the same company.

The last two of three, contract recruiting positions I have worked on have been under Aerotek as a payrollee. I have found my contacts Lauren Kenney and Jen Keefe to be incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Rarely does a problem arise, but when it does, they are right on top of it. I really appreciate their follow through as well as the level of customer service they provide.
