Ive been working with a Staffing manager named Julie Oliviera from the Boston, MA/Woburn, MA office. Julie always gets back to me immediately via cell phone or email. She found me a job in 24 hours. I must admit I was surprised. Randstad has treated me well. Ms. Oliviera is ambitious and detailed-oriented. I am going for another mortgage and Julie sent me verification of wage statement the same day to prove additional income for the mortgage originator. My pay stubs and wages are always submitted on time by her and are accurate The pandemic has thrown a monkey wrench in my/our lives and I have 3 mortgages, Julie and others found me work so I wouldnt get behind in payments. I practice law for a living, and, Randstad has allowed me to be employed with them and continue working on cases, simultaneously. All they ask in return, is to show up for work on time and do a good job. Randstads support group, which appears to be nation & worldwide, always gives me answers regarding direct deposit and its always accurate. Even that customer support division is well trained. One of the worst recruiting firms that tried to help me before I landed myself a sales job. I was speaking with Hilena, who was one of the most unprofessional recruiters I’ve ever spoken to. She disregarded the salary I was anticipating to make, and basically said I probably won’t be making that. She constantly had an attitude with me, especially in the beginning when she wanted to do a “video call” and I didn’t have time at the moment, saying it “was only going to take 5 mins”. She repeatedly called and emailed after as well about a job opportunity I had little interest in. After responding that I didn’t want the job, she said she was no longer going to work with me. A month later, I landed a job making exactly what she told me I wouldn’t be making. I can’t speak on other recruiters here but I think Ranstad you need to re- evaluate your recruiters and how they speak to potential candidates.

Will not stop calling no matter how many times I tell then wrong number, I ask for a supervisor and they hang up, attempt to call back no one answered, getting really sick of them calling for over a year nowUpdate, got a phone call again today by Aaron Rothbard, when I told him that Henry (the guy they keep calling for) doesnt live here and that they keep calling me even though I have told them many times that he doesnt live here (they call at least once per month, I have had the same number for almost 2 years) he hung up on me, after several attempts to get him back on the phone to ask for his boss he finally answered, told me he would get his boss, then hung up on me again. If this happens again I will contact the fcc, bbb, and the local authorities.

This company literally charges u a fee to give u the money you work for all week. Thays all they do is cut your check. Then came payday..3 days before xmas. And they say sorry we made a mistake. So u arent getting paid this week. Sorry for your bounce fees from your bank..sorry its christmas on monday...sorry we lied to u 3 times this week when we said dont worry we processed everything your check will be there friday.. but there is nothing we can do because Most of the office left early to go be with their families......great. Thanks randstad. I hope at least you and your families have a great christmas since u dont care about ruining me and my 3 childrens christmas. Great job showing the world your employees matter. Smdh
