Dont go here they messed up my phone and said they wont do anything Asian girl was very unprofessional

I came in yesterday and the manager told me the Samsung guy doesnt work there after I showed him my phone. I felt if I had showed him an iPhone he would of said the same.

Terrible. my ipad broke they fixed it and they used the worst glass. i didnt touch my ipad and now its broken AGAIN. i need my money back

Great experience with both a screen and battery replacement. They were really helpful in getting it done the same day even though we didnt get it to them until later in the afternoon. Great staff! Friendly, helpful, and did great work! Totally recommend going here.

My experience was great I had a battery change on my phone. Martin was helpful but when I got home my phone said SIM card not installed. I called Martin simple fix restarted my phone and it is good. It is great...I don’t have to charge my GalaxyS6 every 3 hours now it has been 7 hours and still have 46 % power.Thank you.

I could not believe how quickly these guys repaired my iphone screen! I called at 10am, scheduled an 11am appointment online and was done by noon. Amazing. The phone is like new. They were also very nice, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Ill definitely be back for other needs:)

Second time I’ve used them for iPhone battery replacement and very happy with the service. Very pleasant, fast, and reasonably priced.Setting up an appointment online saved time and led to a $10 coupon.

Fixed the screen. 👍🏻The new battery replacement is no better than the old...power went from 100% to 36% in 3 hours with little activity on the phone... I expected a better outcome.

I called Batteries plus in Woburn Ma in the mornin. They told me that to have my iPhone battery replaced, I should make an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. They took my phone and my password and told me it would be about an hour. I have to say I was very surprised by this and I wish they had told me this when I called earlier in the morning.I came back into the store after about 30 minutes.I sat with in the view of the front desk. One hour came and went. At an hour I went up to the front desk and asked how things are going with my phone battery replacement.A different person came out with a Phone that looked like mine and asked me if my name was Catherine, which it is not.Then that same employee asked what my name Is. I told him and he said oh this is yours.I said “you’re kidding me! I’ve re-scheduled another appointment after this three times and my phone was ready the whole time?!”Another employee who rang me up said he was giving me a discount because of the delay.I was very frustrated.I paid and left the store very quickly.When I plugged in my phone in the car, I noticed that my glass screen protector is nowWarbley.Not a good experience.

They replace my screen for iphone6 plus,but they dammaged my touch id no more working,i return to informe about that they said go to appel . This people is not proffesional be carefully,for i phone customer go to appel store .

I Phone battery not taking charge. We Fix it iPhone replaced battery and said phone repaired. Paid for repair but fortunately tried to charge IPhone on way home. No charge indicated. Returned to store and technicians agreed ph would not take charge. refunded $30.00 of $60.00 paid but even Tech could not explain why ph not tested for original complaint (not charging) before notifying me of successful repair.
