I often don’t like what I hear that I have to repair but the Hogan employees are always honest and accurate and allow me to make the proper decision. I also recently left my wallet there and it was held for me safe and secure until I could come retrieve it. I am not sure I would encounter that integrity elsewhere. Hogan gave me a good price on the tire I wanted. They were also able to do the work (4 tires, 4 wheel alignment) immediately, which was great. They also took care of an issue with my windshield wiper arm! Great job! I always go to Hogan for tires and other things and they never disappoint!

Recently I had a set of Continental tires installed on my Acura at Hogan tire in Woburn MA.. My tires had to be ordered and when they came in I was called and an appointment was set up. When I took my car inThe entire experience was handled quickly and professionally. Hogan’s prices were comparable to other tire stores selling the same brand tires. I highly recommend Hogan tires and will buy from them the next time I need tires.

After calling 3 other tire places to help me with a tire repair. Hogan tire was the only one able to accommodate me for same day service. The were efficient and had great customer service. They have free wifi and two customer lounge areas. One area was for business and the other looked like more of a family waiting area. I would go to them again in the future for my tire needs.

I have been a town fair customer for a long time but this time around I went with hogan tires. I recently had a flat tire and they repaired it quickly for me. They were very professional . Had a tire repair last Friday. Made a convenient appointment. They were timely, very easy to work with and price was reasonable.

The service at this place is top notch. You can tell the difference a family owned business makes. Service was quick and thorough! I have always bought my tires at Hogan Tire. It started almost 30 years ago when I was young and stranded with a flat tire. I limped into Hogan after they were closed and the tech pluggedy tire anyway. The cost was cheap. Since then, I have been a loyal customer for tires, alignments, quality and service.It seems that other mechanic services are excessively over priced so I use another mechanic if I can’t so it myself.

Wicked smooth tire purchase experience. Found, the tires I wanted on Hogans website (best total installed price for these Good Year Tires). Made the draft appointment, received a call in 10 minutes to confirm the time and availability of the tires. Dropped off night before and car was done by 11am. Great support, great price, great customer service/communication.

Had to bring my daughters car in for a last minute purchase of 4 tires and an alignment before our road trip. They were able to fit us in even though there was only less than an hour left in their workday. We have to do the alignment the following morning but were already grateful for Tay and the other staff for making our road trip less stressful!

Very very happy with Hogan tire. Went a year or so ago after having to replace my very flat tire. When the service department at my dealership told me that I needed 3 new tires, I knew immediately where I wanted to go. I called during the week to inquire about an appointment and pricing. I was greeted by a very pleasant and polite Corey on the other end. I scheduled an appointment with ease. It’s unnerving to be on my own regarding all of this . I was taken immediately Saturday morning and waited as my tires were replaced. And when they told me that I needed a battery too, I didn’t hesitate. I feel confident that they treated me fairly and professionally. Friendly staff, speedy service. I have been coming here for the last 3 year and always have a good experience. I have a leisure car and a work van, I’m always switching tires for snow and back to regular, good prices for that and oil change. Clean place and nice lounge for waiting. I always like to go to Chick fil a across the street while they’re working on my car.

I frequent this place when I need tires. Fairly good work and cost. A bit out of the way for me, so I have to schedule the work when I have time to wait with my car. Free coffee and tea from a vending machine. Large window in the waiting room, so you can watch the work on your car.

I have been going to Hogan Tire & Auto for years and had went this week for tires. They once again they gave me Great service as well as a quality product and at a Great price. I went in and told them what I wanted and they made a suggestion that saved me money and gave me a better product for less. Had a flat, and was sorely due to replace the rest of my tires anyway. Replacement was as pleasant as having to shell out a bunch of $ for a necessity that you don’t notice until it’s broken can be. Guys at the shop were friendly and helpful. I also liked that they can communicate via text if you choose that option - it worked really well during my busy work day

Omg! Coming from Boston i always heard you have to leave the city to get quality service, but never understood into today! Woke up with a flat and went to two different places no luck! Called hogans and they said they had them.... when i arrived they took my car in and they had nice place for me sit right in the shade into the work was done! Customer service was cool. Ive been a Hogan Tire customer for over 20 years, and Ive always preferred them to other tire/wheel shops. I done business with all five of their Metro Boston locations.They have very good selection, reasonable prices, and one of the few extended tire warranties (optional) worth paying extra for (I do).My latest service adventure with Hogan started with a flat tire on my 2014 Mazda3, which turned in a new set of four tires (all worn out), which became a week-long quest to replace a broken rear spring.The new spring was hopelessly backordered with Mazda, so the folks at Hogan worked with me to find one (I did), pick it up in NH (they did), and finish it all the next day. None of the delay was their fault, but they kept me up to date, worked fast, and fixed everything as promised. Job well done, thanks!!!

Excellent, quick and reasonably priced service. They have helped my family a few times. This time, they didn’t waste my time. They ordered the right tire and told me I could come back later, car and all, to have it installed. When I came back, it was placed on the car within about 15 minutes. Easy experience.

I have been very pleased with Hogan. I go to them for all my car maintenence on both my Infiniti and my husbands mini van. They are helpful, honest, quick and have great communication including appointment reminders and status of the diagnosis and repair. All repairs have been reasonably priced and high quality, most recently brakes on one and exhaust on the other.

The process of getting new tires was quick and easy! I only waited for about an hour and my new tires are great! The staff was also super friendly and helpful!

I have been getting all my tires and auto service at Hogan Tire for years now. Without getting into exact situations there have been several opportunities for them to charge me more and they never have. This is true across multiple locations. They do good work with good parts at a good price. Plus they line item their estimates and bills unlike other places that try to take you for a ride by only quoting the bottom line. I trust them.

They always do a good job and are efficient. Good communication also. My only minor complaint is the car interior smelled a little like oil, maybe transfer from the mechanic’s clothes or boots. I appreciate the free tire rotation and balancing service!

I hit a pot hole and got a flat tire and brought my car to hogan. My experience in the past for last-minute work has been waiting for hours at other places. By the time I could arrange a ride my car was getting worked on and quickly repair. The customer service from the techs were great. I would highly recommend Hogan to a friend.

I recently had a nail in one of my tires and called scheduled a time to bring it by.I arrived, and was greeted by a young gentlemen, who listened to my problem. He then directed me to have a seat in the waiting area, coming in once to explain what they had found.Shortly after the repair had been made. Customer was great but they do not fix German cars.

I went to get a simple tire rotation should’ve taken 30-45 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour and a half and when I asked what was taking so long they said they just finished and would bring me my keys. I sat down waited another 5 minutes and went back out in the lobby. They saw me came over and I when I asked for my keys they said they were “trying to locate them”. I watched them search the entire lobby and even go into the back room. I overheard someone say that the service was done, car was outside, but no keys. As I started to look for them myself they miraculously appeared from behind the counter right where I handed them in. All together I was there for 2 hours just to get my tires rotated. I will not be returning here.

I always get great service here! They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and always get your car back to you when they say they will!

UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE! They will try and use fear tactics to sell you tires (especially women). I contacted management regarding this illegal sales tactic and they have dodged the issue - even the owner provided a weak response and did not own up to the issue. BUYER BEWARE.And as noted in the response by the owner. She was told that her tires were completely bald and that she would be sliding all over the road/the car wouldnt be drivable by the summer. AGAIN, the response by the owner is weak, and inherently false. The tires were measured by Hogan Tires. They did not tell her this doomsday story by looking at the mileage on the car. The tires have at least 5,000 - 10,000 miles left on them.

I’ve worked with Hogan Tire multiple times now for several of my cars and my kids cars as well. I always find them to be upfront, straightforward and competitively priced. Recently brought a Genesis in for tires, alignment and tire pressure sensor issues. Corey and team did some great work. Work was done in a few hours time. Just what I needed. Hogan is a great option. Will continue to use.

I took a flat tire and a flat donut to Hogan. Friendly staff. They told me my donut was just out of air and filled it up. No charge. So that was great. They also said the hole in the regular tire was too big to repair and quoted a new one. I took the tire to Callahans auto down the street and they repaired it. That was over a week ago and the repair works great. So Im giving a three star review here - part good part bad.

I worked with Jim on getting 2 punctured tires repaired. He was quick on getting it fixed and really made the entire process easy. They also fixed a recall on my car that I didn’t even know about! I’ve worked with a lot of shops in the past that try to up sell me on things I don’t need because I’m a young female. Everyone that I interacted with at Hogan had the customer’s interest in mind and I really enjoyed working with them.

The workers are great, very patient and informative. I went there for a new tire and they saw a problem with my tie rod. He explained and showed me in detail what the issue was and how much it would cost. My car drives better than it did before. (They also found another issue with my car, but not an major issue, plus my car is an older car 2007). Thanks again Hogan Tire

Returning customer of Hogan Tire. Had Goodyear tires that didnt last as long as they should. Went in for a warranty adjustment but didnt want the same tires. The manager, Corey, offered me a 15% discount on any other tires in lieu of a warranty adjustment. That along with a $100 rebate from Firestone was enough to make an easy decision. Had 2 great service experiences within 3 days at the Woburn Mass location. First 2 slow leak rear tires that were repaired and one tire replaced. That was a last minute repair which they were able to fit me in. 3 day’s later for my original appointment for rear brakes. Both service experiences were exceptional. I needed to have my rear tires on my 2014 Sienna AWD replaced due to nail in side wall. Since these are running flats, they are not cheap and not always in stock. Hogan Tire Woburn was great because they had tires in stock and got me in and out in less than an hour without an appointment. Plus the price was competitive with any online tire companies out there. I highly recommend these guys for future services.

Fantastic!Walked in to get tires for my truck. No one ever seems to have 20” tires in stock.Hogan did! With an hour and 30 mins I have 4 new tires, balanced, 4 wheel alignment and an oil change!It drives like a dream!Definitely would recommend anyone to come here.I’d also like to mention I called town fair tire at 3 different locations and was told the soonest appointment avail last late next week! I have gone to Hogan Tire ever since I got my first car years ago, and have always had incredible experiences. I recently popped my tire, and my Jeep was towed to Hogan by closing time. Corey was incredibly patient with me on the phone during a stressful and aggravating situation. Hogan did not have the tire directly in stock, but Corey ordered what was need and had my car ready by noon the following day. The staff over at Hogan is always incredible, and expedient with their work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing work done

Probably my own fault.. but I left over $100 in my console and it was gone after I got my car back in less than 45 minutes. The worst part about this was the sales guy and the manager IMMEDIATELY started getting defensive about how none of their guys would do that.. so I guess I should take their word for it seeing how they know where all the camera are angled in the shop. Seriously... Ive spent over $1200 on four tires with these guys, wont be getting any more business from me but Im sure theyll survive stealing from other customers. Hopefully the guy bought himself a nice present for Christmas with the cash! :)

This is my first time at Hogan Tire & Auto. An i will tell you, this will not be my last time at Hogan Tire & Auto. Needed new tires for the truck an they were absolutely awesome to deal with. No B.S. just told them what I was looking for an the type of driving/ miles I do. An they had the perfect Tire for me in stock. All four tires, front end alignment, all done in a 1 1/2 an at a good price.
