Had Scott come out the other day to service my boiler. He was on time, professional, and super informative. Good business is built on people like him.

We recently purchased a home and found Anderson Oils new customer offer too good to pass up. Everyone I have spoken with at the company is very polite and courteous. Their auto-fill has been great. Weve already had to use their emergency service line as well. Tony, the tech, called me back almost immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 15-20 minutes as well. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Anderson has been nothing short of amazing since we signed up with them about 4 years back. We have a older system and have had a couple breakdowns over the last few years. The heat went down at the end of last season and I called the emergency line and Tony was out within the hour. He found out that our oil tank (which is very old) was plugged and he unplugged it and had it going in about 20 minutes.This season, the heat went down after Midnight one night. (It was freezing out!) I called the line once again and this time Scott called me back and came right over and had it running in no time, after he fixed a old valve that was stuck closed.Its not really often you deal with a company that you can get a service tech right on the phone when you call for a emergency or call the office to pay a bill and the owner of the company answers the phone asking how you are doing.I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to never worry about oil in there tank and knows if they have a problem, one of the techs will be right over to fix it.Anderson cares and thats the differnce between them and other companies we have dealt with in the past. I called the after hours number due to a no-heat situation. Scott returned the call quickly and was at our house within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and made the the repair quickly. Very impressive customer service!!Peter McDonald

Weve been using Anderson Oil for three years now. During that time, weve had to have them out several times to fix various parts on our boiler, and they have always been incredibly prompt and weve never had to wait more than a day. Their techs are great and definitely know what they are doing. Their oil prices are on par with everyone else, if not a little lower, and their automatic delivery is always well timed--not too early and never too late. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an oil service provider.

Highly recommend! Have had their service for 2 years. On time delivery, courteous staff and knowledgable repair staff. Had a minor issue with hot water into furnace and he popped in the same day because he was in the neighborhood. Made a minor adjustment and did not charge:)

Was a customer of 8 years with auto re-fill. There was a miscommunication and we had an unpaid bill still due. They knowingly let our oil tank run empty in the middle of winter because of that unpaid bill. Went without heat for an entire weekend with two small children. They also refused to come come give us the emergency 10 gallon fill up they normally would do because they didn’t like my tone when I expressed my frustrations. It is unconscionable to cut the heat of a long term customer with one late bill. Terrible customer service, look elsewhere.

Ive been using Anderson since we moved into our new home. 10 years later the service and attention you get from them is still impeccable. Over time weve needed to use our service plan. There response time is great. I would highly recommend them.
