Dont buy eggs, milk and cigarette from kwik trip, they sell $1.50 extra per pack of cigarettes, a Marlboro pack you get from any other gas station for 8.24and Kwik trip sells em for 9.69, their milk doesnt last more then few days ..

It is very frustrating to wait in line, with a number of other guests, while ONE employee serves someone that needs to pick out individual lottery tickets, and two other employees sit behind the counter doing nothing to help expedite guests. While this can maybe be explained due to the other employees being punched out, or something else...which happened a few nights ago at this location, tonight went over the edge.After waiting in line, again, for 4 minutes, the employee that served me, was using hand signals with a guest behind me, and when I got to the counter, the employee COMPLETELY ignored me....the person AT the counter...to help the guest behind me instead, with something about an EFS or something. She handed that guest a booklet that looked like some money orders, or checks, and THEN finally came back to serving me. Do Kwik Trip guests need to have a special relationship with the employees at Kwik Trip to get proper service, or does Kwik Trip just need to do a better job at educating their particular employee?As someone who visits Kwik Trip two to three times a day, on weekdays, I would HOPE they would take better care of their guests.That being said, there is an employee at another Kwik Trip in town, named Cole, that does an absolutely amazing job, and is ALWAYS a pleasure to be served by. More of your employees need to take some tips from how HE serves your guests.

Pretty good service, standard Kwik Trip service except half or more of the employees don’t actually care about their jobs. 2-4 are friendly and worth talking to. The rest are duds. The night staff usually is in scrambles, and tonight especially they had three kitchen workers on staff and none of them knew how to run the register. Pitiful. Still a usually decent experience, but it’s Kwik Trip. I go to this one two or more times a day seeing as I live right behind it, and after a year those 2-4 finally stopped ID’ing me, the rest are still duds. Train all you’re fxcking employees to use the register properly.

The tall, heavyset female clerk has terrible customer service.. she was extremely rude to me this morning for no apparent reason. I will not be going back to this location. Ive never had an issue with anyone else at this store. Everyone always has a smile, and is quite pleasant. I have never had a pleasant interaction with this woman.

Like every Kwik Trip clean well stocked superfast checkout.

They have more than gas. We do a lot of our food there, but not good for every good need. Sandwiches are good at s reasonable cost. Very friendly staff in many locations.

Its a gas station and mini grocery store. I usually end up buying my milk here as its both cheaper and easier to get to. dont have to walk 4 miles to the back of the store.

I have always been met with quick and friendly service here. It is easily accessible and is near the entrance/exit of the town.

Gas prices here and other kwik trips in central Wisconsin are almost always 10 cents a gallon more than the rest of the state. Kwik Trip raises prices first and the rest follow. They are building a fourth in Wisconsin rapids right in back of a residential area. The houses there will be exposed to noise lights and pollution and Im sure their homes will be dropping in value dramatically. Not good nieghbors. The stores themselves are handy. But they are turning into a monopoly at any price.

Got a fresh sandwich and soda. It wasnt too bad and the price was ok.
