The guy up front didnt let me go inside because of my shoes. He said i needed normal shoes. What??? My shoes are closed shoes and normal. Ive been coming here for years and have used this shoes before and no one had ever said anything about my shoes. This is crazy.

Gave me a fair price for my car and they came and got it. Appreciate their service they even pick the car up a day earlier than they thought they would be able to.

Called over the phone to confirm they had the part I needed, drove from out of town to get there, not only did they not have the part, they don’t even have any model of my generation vehicle in their yard. Told the guy on the way out that there weren’t any vehicles of that type there and his only reply was “Alright”. Second time this has happened.

Made one phone call and the very next day, at the time they said they were coming, they Quickly scooped up a car I needed to junk. Dude was super nice too ! And, because I was just wanting it out of my garage, I didnt even care to get any cash for it but...totally suprised me with some cash too. So..quick, polite and honest!!! Right on!

Went in to look for multiple pieces and glad we didnt find them all because i would have gone broke. All i found was a windshield washer spray nozzle the size of a dime and they wanted $10 for it. As for their scrap prices even worse Over 800 lbs. I received $6 so my 800 lbs. of scrap wouldnt even pay for part. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

If a business is going to change their hours, they should change it on their website and communicate that to their customers instead of putting a piece of paper on your door so when people get there thinking the place is open till 5pm they have a note on the door new hours closed at 4pm! Their prices paid are not good compared to other locations also and most of the people there are not friendly.

What i needed was very limited. I found a vehicle that should have had one but someone beat me to it. I will keep a watch out for it

Stop accepting catalytic converters. Especially from people out of rapids.

I only come to this scrap yard and I live 150 miles away. Great prices and great selection. 10/10 would recommend.

I only go to Fox Valley for car and truck parts. I like being able to go out into a yard and pick my own parts. They have decent prices and I usually find what I was looking for

Employees not real friendly two cents pound for scap metal

Really low scrap prices, way lower then state average, feel cheated. 25% to 50% lower then other places.Update: After checking around, I found that Fox Valley Iron and Metal advertises a certain amount per pound for cans. I was given less then half this amount for mine. Definitely seems like they are stealing from customers. Becareful!

Terrible place thats ripps off there costomers. Brought in car and onother tme trailer. They have some floating scale scam. Was quoted a price wrote weight numbers and watched them change weight takin$40-80 off

Roy the guy that works up front is less than helpful. He likes the old trick of quoting you one price over the phone and telling you less in person. And he’s rude.

Can always find the parts I need. Prices are very reasonable. Its nice to be able to go into the yard and pull your own parts.

Ok prices, ok selection. Smaller yard but plenty to dig around. Nice rock to walk on, no mud.

I bought some metal in. It was very fast and efficient.

Not happy bought a motor for $200 found out it wouldnt work took it back then I was charged another $200 for one that I hope will work.

Took 340 pounds of aluminum in they tried giving me 10 cents a pound for clean aluminum when everybody else is at 39 cents a pound Almost a $100 different Thats good business

Went in to get a fender today and the price was awesome and the guy was very friendly. Deffinately going to be coming back again.

Staff was fantastic, but went for a battery and they were all dead and useless, had to wait 2 week to find that Ill have to buy yet another battery because they all dont retain a charge.
