Though the service is amazing with Valerie, the owner needs to fix the receipt machine. Many times it has been mentioned that the receipts are not legible and there has been no improvements

Very professional. Television that played was HGTV. Massage chairs were wonderful. Also no pressure for upgrades if you dont want them.

This place is amazing! I made a late appointment with Andy and his work is fantastic. I decided on something very simple and he came thru tenfold. Its a little expensive but definitely worth is. Its been 3 weeks and theyre still on!

I’ve been here once under “Bella Nails” and just a few days ago as “Kim’s Nails and Spa” - both times were amazing! The first was with Valerie who was so thorough and the dip nails lasted nearly 4 weeks. Wednesday, Linda and Teddy both helped me and made sure everything was done to perfection. I even got a neck massage! I’m definitely returning and bringing friends! Thank you SO much for the TQM. Total Quality Management!

Love this place. Being new to the area Since January 2017 this Salon is always inviting and welcoming. Techs are good especially Kevin and Julie. Their pedicures are phenomenal and youve got to try the sugar scrub. Pricing is reasonable and live up to the services youre receiving including acrylics and gel nails. Whatever the services you wont regret going. Ive recommended them to several folks and they love them also.

The salon itself is nice, good facilities, but my fingernails began chipping (regular polish) two days later. Also the skin on my fingertips has begun peeling from I guess what is an inaccurate dead skin clipping. My toes still look good after 5 days. The staff is very friendly and considerate, also timely without rushing. They were even consistently nice to a consistently rude customer. Maybe the polish I chose is old...

Valerie is the best!!! She always accommodates my early appointments. My nails look fabulous and healthy. I always make an appointment, its easier this way since they get so busy....

Sandy did an exceptional job. I received a gel pedicure with custom design and a gel manicure. As a nail biter, I never get manicures because Im embarrassed by my nails but she cleaned them up so nice. She made me feel so cared for. Loved my experience and will be back. Thank you, Sandy!

I have been a client here for several years as has my sister and friend. Val is my main person but if I walk in without an appointment and she is busy, she finds someone to accommodate me. I may have to wait but thats what happens when you call ahead. My nails always look great, get lots of compliments and have never had fungus. Of course, I make sure to take care of my hands and feet at home. Its not always the techs fault. If you are rough on your hands and feet, its on you! Kudos to my great service and Val.

My pedicure was great, unfortunately the guy who did my manicure cut me twice and tried blaming me then did a choppy job still with needing direction on what I wanted. The staff also had very poor customer service with minimal communication with me.** edit** I ended up returning to have my nails fixed seeing, how my wedding is this weekend. The owner Bella took excellent care of me redoing my nails. I will be returning to see her.

Ive been going to Valerie for over 7 years and have never been disappointed with her services. Shes friendly, efficient and she cares! She runs a very clean, upbeat and relaxing shop! And I love the compliments I receive on how nice my nails look!!

My experiences have been less than stellar. I moved a year ago and was looking for a new nail tech to do my gel manicures. I ended up with a lady by the name of Nookie. While everyone was very friendly there, the products must be outdated because within a few days of my gel polish manicure, my nails became brittle and started to break. I have had gel nails for years and never had a problem so I decided to see someone else the next time. Her name was Lee I believe. Well, normally when you have gel polish removed, they soak it off, this time however, she drilled it all off my nails which made the matter even worse. I left there feeling like I would never go back. I called the owner, Valerie and explained what happened and she said I needed gel powder nails and that maybe the other product was bad and that Lee was probably drilling to fix the broken nails. I thought, ok, maybe she is right. After all, she is the professional, right? So I proceed with the gel powder with the owner doing it. Upon completion, I was very pleased because I was told that gel powder is much safer and better for the nails than acrylic and you can grow them longer than with regular gel polish. I was smitten and paid my $60.00 with tip and left. Two weeks later, I went back for a refreshing since I had lots of growth. Valerie drilled down some of the older polish (I had a dark color which made seeing the nail bed impossible). Valerie applied the gel powder over the other polish with the dip technique and once again I was happy until about a week ago when one of my nail beds felt funny. I noticed a slight lift so I decided to pry it off to see what was going on. WOW.....fungus!!! A brown and black area on my nail and a ruined nail bed. I was appalled and decided to remove all the tops off my nails. Thankfully there was no other nails affected however, the gel powder is so hard to get off that it shreds your nail bed just like acrylic, which I was told would not happen. I was also surprised to see that there was a lot of lifting in areas so I am certain that if I had not caught this nail, I would have had all my nails affected because the gel polish is dark and they do not remove it all so you would never know what is growing underneath. In all my life, I have never had a fungus nor the kinds of problems I have had here so I caution anyone from using this facility!

I visited this salon for the first time 2 weeks ago. To start, i picked my color for a dip and after 10 minutes and 3 employees later they couldn’t find that color and talked me into a similar color. Although the lady that did my nails was very sweet (and her first day), took almost 2 hours to do my nails... I’ve been getting dip/SNS for over a year and it has never taken longer than an hour. Now.. 2 weeks later, the dip is chipped and has hairline cracks all over and the color has faded .. i have never, ever had dip/sns chip or crack. Was this product old? As i was getting my pedicure the employees were bickering and talking about one another... UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!! Pedicure was ok.. nothing to rave about. Today i went to the salon i normally go to and felt like i was home, i also know i won’t have to return in 2 weeks due to poor quality. Will not be returning.

Rated one star as this is the lowest option. Got a mani and pedi...it was good until the same day lthe polish was chipping off that evening. I called a few days later to say it had gotten worse and that the must have been lotion on my nails that caused so much chipping. The owner said come back we will fix it. I go back and a woman with a child in tow proceeds to tell me theres no warranty...Debates on helping me, asks who did my nails. ...takes off the polish reluctantly and then makes me feel terrible for asking for a redo and tries to convince me to put harmful gel polish on my nails and then pay again. After a ten minutes or so of this ... I decide to leave with no redo and she says, no problem Ill fix it. I refused and left because it was such an uncomfortable situation. This was my favorite salon. One person can ruin it in a moment.

Bella Nails & Spa seems decent at first glance and who could argue with its easily accessible location, but it’s what is unseen and unfortunately ever present, that will ultimately disappoint you or your loved ones. Some history first. The shop originally was run by a capable lady who ultimately sold the business to a less than desirable older woman who has put the spa into a downward spiral. Quality is very poor and this review was finally prompted by the fact that our daughter had her nails done just a few days ago and her gel nail polish literally departed her fingernails one by one in whole pieces, as if they weren’t put on correctly. The job originally looked like a great work of art, but as we said earlier, it’s the quality that is suppose to keep you coming back, right? When we visited again and waited 30 mins for a do over, we were then told that they were too busy to see us today and that we should call and make an appointment for a future date, What? Seriously, in this area there is plenty of other options and I’m saddened by their lack of courteousness afforded to my daughter. By all accounts this business has under delivered again and has lost our trust and unfortunately our business too. I hope this has been helpful for anyone that is considering putting their trust in this salon. Namaste!

Val and her team are all like family to me! Their my foot doctors and make me feel so at home when I enter the door. I never make an appointment and still they fit me in and I understand I have to wait at times! Thanks for your great service and giving my toes the VIP service they so need!

I have been going to Jasmine Nails for several years. I like pedicures best. The service is always prompt and friendly. Some techs are hard to understand as English is not their first language. They also do the typical--sell extra services push which I have learned to refuse as it really adds up and are often for extras I do not need/want. I wish they would stop asking to wax my eyebrows as I barely have any to begin with and it is obvious that it is a sales tactic to build the tab.

Im a guy who they always welcome and make me feel comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere and my nails (mani/pedi) look great when I leave. Ask for Valerie, tell her Al sent you (Lisas husband 😁)

These nails are the worst nails I have ever gotten, I got the only guy that works at the place doing my nails, he put the nails on and i said and showed to him how long I wanted my nails. He cute soooooo off, I’m talking baby size nails, I told him to take it off and he caught a attitude and started clipping my nails off aggressively. he charged me $10 for length... dude. That should be apart of the full set. When he was puttin the acrylic on my nails he put way to much and blamed all his mistakes on me. He didn’t put oil on my cuticle and now they are crusty. The nail painting process was so bad he didn’t try to make the polish line up and look neat, he got nail polish on my skin...not just a lil ALOT and he didn’t clean it. Other than that the other people were cool af.

Ive recently been getting SNS done here and it lasts at least a month. Kevin is super honest and does a great job! :)

This place is way too overpriced and the my nails came out bad. I am never coming here again. Worst nail place I have ever been too. I am extreamly disappointed. My acrylics came out bad!

Overpriced, I got a delux $35 pedicure, they then charged me $5 extra for French that chipped on one toe nail hours later, now chipped on another toe the next day. Very disappointed. $40 for a French pedicure that hasn’t lasted 24 hours

I got a fill (did not get my full set there) and I asked her to change the shape (price didnt matter) but she cut down one hand, and not the other. So there is a drastic difference between the length of nails on one hand from another.. Wont be going for another fill.
