They made me an offer of 41 to 43 thousand on a duplex that was purchased for almost 60 thousand almost 20 years ago, today probably worth around 80 or more depending on upgrades. Take it from a Realtor, you are almost definitely throwing away tons of cash if you deal with them. Just ask yourself, if they pay a fair value for homes, why do they not stick to homes already listed for sale? I think the answer is because they are probably looking for someone who has no idea what their home is worth to take advantage of. If you still dont believe it, listen to their offer then call a Realtor and ask what your home is worth, even after fees and see how much more it is likely to be than the offer you got from this company. And dont worry, it is free to get an estimated value with from a Realtor with no obligation of using them.

Scam...Ive been buying/selling houses for years -- Youre better off selling your home half price than to waste your time talking to these scammers. dont pay closing fees and agent fees is a lie first of all because deduct 9% off the value for that anyways. I posted pictures online for them, they didnt even bother to look then called me back and kept me on the phone 45minutes asking me bs questions about it, and finally looked at the pics, what I think the house would be worth, what repairs are needed, etc then did some bs low ball comparisons, then they deducted the 9% (real estate agent/closing fees) and then low balled by another $30,000! Repairs were only $10,000 according to them. If I dont pay closing fees and agent fees, why the hell are you deducting 9% off the top? I dont think the person that was talking to me even knew the market, any costs, or anything about real estate. Seemed like she had a guideline or a script. Didnt make much sense what she was saying.
