Be extremely careful in any dealings with this company. It does not matter if you are buying selling, or even looking at a property these people have listed.They will not disclose any possible problem, and will string you along till the last minute. If problem arise they will come to you if you are a buyer and ask you to come up with money to resolve a problem.We went all the way to just before closing, getting ready to close and all of a sudden the truth come out. We were ready to move, set everything up insurance, electricity and were ready to move then whammy the truth came out about the property

We are slow in sending our review of Dawn Tinder, Realtor. She was recommended by a friend to sell our condo in Winter Park last summer. We had a contract in less than 2 weeks.
