John && Darin are absolutely AMAZING! I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now! I would never make the mistake of going anywhere else!! They’re so friendly && actually explain what they’re are going to do or what you need done. They don’t try to scam you! They also offer you beverages && snacks! Super great team! I heard of this business through a friend and checked them out. They were great! I went right in for my car to be serviced. They greeted me with a cold bottled water 👍 and went over my choices for oil change. They were fast and professional. They checked all my fluids and set my tires to the correct air also! They informed me that I can also go to them in the future if I need washer fluid or my tires needing air. It was a great experience! And the fact of not having to leave my car and how quickly it was finished was worth it! The price was decent for what I received.-Thanks guys and girl! You were awesome!

When I pulled in I got a business call.. Angel is the gentleman who was servicing my vehicle. He was extremely polite and was patient while I was on the phone. He explained all the services that were available and and did not pressure me to make any any selections that I did not want to make. In addition to the oil change, they checked my windshield wipers the which was something that I had on my list but I did not mention. They quickly replaced those at my request as well. Everyone there was professional and courteous. Would definitely use this service again.

This place is amazing. I have been to several different places to get my oil changed and they have always let me down so I decided to go to take 5. This is by far the best place to go. The employees are very friendly and very informative. They don’t push you to buy anything you don’t need like other places. They even offer you a cold beverage while you wait your turn. I waited maybe 10 mins. They worked very quickly and checked other things on my car and made sure it was all working properly and liquids filled. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The price can be a little higher than what one is used to but they have such great customer service and professionalism. They are honest and are willing to help you. They also offer free top offs and tire pressure checks in between oil changes which can be beneficial if you have an older vehicle. They best part is you dont even have to get off your car and wait times can vary however Ive never had to wait long

Stop what youre doing and go get your oil changed here ! They were so nice, and friendly as ever .. gave me a cold water and my daughter some fruit snacks and Capri sun also nice and cold. No wait time and it literally took them less than 15 minuets. My car didnt even need a oil change they were completely honest with me and topped up all my liquids. Changed my cabin filter as well. I will definitely go there time and time again! Okay and let me not forget to mention there was a gorgeous lady there who changed my filter and topped my liquids off POWER TO THE WOMAN 💁‍♀️

I had such a great experience here!!! I was helped by Dave, Noel, Angel and Kyle and each of them were just absolutely amazing! While remaining in the comfort of my car the entire time, these guys offered me a cold bottle of water, changed my oil, filled my tires with air, replaced my wiper blades and both my cabin and air filters in minutes (maybe 15 minutes max for all of this!!). Although this was the quickest my car has ever been serviced, they still took their time and definitely didn’t rush through it. I was so surprised by how quickly they were able to get me in and out, but their admirable teamwork is certainly what made the dream work! They were all extremely helpful and kind, they explained everything they were doing, they were honest about what was necessary during my visit and the prices are unbeatable for the quality of product and service that they provide. These guys seriously delivered such great, friendly and speedy service, I will never go anywhere else again!!!! They’ve earned a repeat customer in me for sure.

Since I pulled up, they were very professional and detailed. Brian explained everything to me. They didn’t make me feel like they were just trying to get my money. They showed me the oil after they changed it. Brian even showed me that my air filter was filthy and needed to be change. He also brought a snack and juice for my son in the car. Everything was great and a good value compared to other places. The wait was typical for the amount of business they had. However the crew onboarding during my service was really bad about covid precautions. There was only one guy wearing his mask properly and he was not the one directly interfacing with customers. Their main service rep was completely taking his mask off and scanning customers in and others were improperly wearing theirs. I suggest you politely ask them to pull it up if you are higher risk as they did not take offense when asked to do so.

Really needed an oil change, but Honda had no available appts. that I would be able to go. Took the chance with Take 5 from reading all the good reviews and I’m forever coming here. It was so much quicker than being at Honda for an HOUR. Didn’t need to make an appt. and I was assisted by Noel, Matthew and a third guy whose name that wasn’t mentioned. The woman was not a people person. She wasnt polite. She scanned the car and asked what oil to use and she responded this car has never been here. I told her that incorrect. I always do my oil change here because its across the street from my husbands shop. She said well its not showing here. If shes there I will not go in for my next oil change. I spent over 60 for a simple oil change and only because of the warranty cuz it usually just cost 20. They didnt show me the oil that was put in and immediately jumped to the other car like we didnt matter.

I have now gotten my oil change at this location now three times and everytime was great. The staff was always nice and gave great customer service. The pricing is also very good and your usually always in and out in under 30 minutes.

I usually hate these instant oil change places because let’s be honest, most are a ripoff or very unprofessional and I only used this one because I couldn’t change my oil myself but this place is a good one! They done everything right, they were friendly, they didn’t push any sale garbage on me and they were nice to talk to. They did leave a screw in my splash shield lose but I don’t blame them, ford has the worst splash shield design that begs to be stripped when taking out the bolts.

Great place. Quick & easy!! Many locations, we went to the University Blvd. location. Unfortunately, our particular oil filter, was out of stock, but Kyle ordered it & it arrived, same day. Excellent customer service. They are running a 25% discount, now until the end of month. They also checked some of our fluids, cleaned Windows, filled air, in tires, & checked air filter. These people are always super nice, and fast. Never had any issues, they top off fluids for free. They are sometimes out of the oil filter but they will give you a discount for what you pay for one if you want to go get it.

My one star is worth it enough to say this, they Messed up my pick up truck my mechanic confirmed it. They deny all fault and refused to refund me. My truck was running in excellent conditions as soon as they finished working on it, the car wouldnt shift. They got us out to the another customer and left us there to wait for a tow truck for 4hrs. Never again!Maybe you guys have a contract with near by mechanics who knows...

Mariann and Kyle were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable!I was given a bottle of water and pulled in within 30 seconds of arrival. Staff was polite with everything they did and said. I came in for an oil change and they inspected and filled all fluids and tire pressures. It was also discovered that my AC filter was pretty moldy and they were able to take care of that as well. Marianne noticed I was a veteran and provided me a veteran discount voluntarily. She let me know that all fluids and tires can be refilled in between visits for no charge. AMAZING, HONEST SERVICE!!! Visiting Orlando from Chicago, so I needed to get the minivan checked for the long trip back. Saw Take 5 on the way to Costco and pulled in. This team (and they are a team) reminded me of what auto service used to be: courteous, thorough, prompt, friendly. I only wish I could take them back home.

Just got done getting my oil changed, brought my own filter and oil, extremely reasonable price compared to anyone else that I called for just changing the filter and oil. This place is awesome. They were quick, helpful, and honest. I love that you can stay in your car. They do not aggressively up-sell like some other oil change places. I worked with Angel and Anthony who were very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. They went above and beyond cleaning my window, telling me things that they dont even do to keep an eye out for with my car, just as a courtesy. I will only go back here for an oil change and hopefully Angel and Anthony will be there!

Went in for an oil change today. I was greeted by a gentleman who gave me a cold bottle of water and gave juice & fruit snacks to my son. We pulled in, selected our service (was NOT pushed to pick a more premium option), chit-chatted with some other gentlemen who topped off our fluids and we paid. They were all incredibly friendly and we were literally in there for about 5 minutes. Very pleasant experience. Ill absolutely return!

For a $42 oil change I was very underwhelmed. Just go to Midas for a $20 oil change. They are also much nicer at Midas.

I had a lovely experience at Take 5 yesterday. I was overdue for an oil change and decided on a whim to stop by, based on the numerous positive reviews. As others have stated, I was promptly greeted by a friendly technician and offered cold water. The bays were full when I arrived however I waited no more than 10 minutes for my turn. Another friendly staff member thoroughly explained the oil options available for my vehicle while also offering me additional services without any pressure. It genuinely felt like it only took 5 minutes for the oil change; the environment was cheerful and professional throughout. While perhaps the prices are a bit higher than other shops, you are paying for the convenience of quick, professional service while you stay in your vehicle. I find the price, therefore, perfectly appropriate for the services recieved. I am still rather new to the area however this will for sure be where I go to get my oil changed in the future.

To whomever it may concern,My name is Jorge Soares. On Saturday 4/4/20 I took my 2015 Nissan Altima for an oil change at your Winter Park, FL location. I was charged a total of $85.18. Tuesday 6/8/20 the car started to release a grey smoke through the exhaust every time the engine turned on. When I took it for an inspection on Thursday 6/10/20 the mechanic showed me pictures and videos of a thick substance coming from the engine. I was told either the wrong oil or product was introduced In my last oil change and it could had cost me my engine. I have photos and videos of the issue. My concern is that I had over 2k miles left before my following oil change according to the sticker provided by your establishment. I needed an oil change and wanted to avoid the 3hour fiasco at the dealer this place is close to my house so i gave it a try. What an awesome team they have i was in and out in about 12minutes got the same service the dealer gives and probably better cause i could see what they were doing, did full synthetic oil saved about $10 vs dealer price definitely will be my go to spot

Never heard of Take 5 until I received a postcard. I normally use Firestone to service my Infiniti, but I was in a rush and didnt want to make an appointment. So I drove over to Take 5. Greeted by friendly employee offering me a cold bottle of water. Nice touch. Then they directed me in (you stay in your car), explained their service options and got started. In addition to oil change, they checked all fluids, topping off my power steering and washer, and air filter, and tire pressure. Place was clean, all staff friendly and professional, and most of all, very fast but with attention to detail. I felt confident they did a great job. If youre looking for a fast, convenient oil change at a fair price (check their website for coupons) with excellent service, Take 5 is the place.

I went to Valvoline and was told they couldn’t do my oil change that I needed a new part turned me away to see there full maintenance location. I came to Take 5 instead and had NO issue, the staff was super helpful, efficient, and courteous! I did not need a new part and instead got new window wipers.
