I used to love them in the past, but the last two times Ive been there they did not treat me right.I came there yesterday to buy a used tire and the guy told me we had to buy a set of two. Mind you I asked for one used tire, but the guy insisted I had to buy two! That is ridiculous! Especially when dealing with used tires you should be able to buy as many or as few as you want. Ive gone there several times but I wont be back.

Rick and Alex are very honest and hard-working. I have been using them for at least 6 years now, and it feels like I always get better prices on their tires and services than Wal-Mart or anywhere else. I dont always need them, but when I do, they are right there to help and work with you.

This place is the real deal. I came in on a Saturday on a recommendation from another shop, no appointment. I had an air leak one of my tires and they were able to take care of me right away. Did the service super fast and they charged a super reasonably. Very honest people. Would highly recommend!

Got all new tires installed and did an alignment with them. Once they were finished and I drove off my car was pulling hard to the right and had never done that before. They blamed it on the tires and on my car instead of fixing the problem.

I came here years ago and got some used tires. I came back recently and boy what a difference. Horrible customer service. I drop by one day to get tire service and was told they couldn’t do it because they closed early then the hours listed online. On the next day, I called and requested for tire service which I was told if I can get there in 10 minutes they could do it and that it would take an hour. I arrived 3 minutes later and was now told a different story that they couldn’t start until 30 minutes later. He did not state that on the phone. He had no care about how his actions wasted my time. I do not recommend.

Really good customer service and everything is always upfront with no BS included. They will even reccomend for services that others may specialize in that they know will do a better job (i.e transmission rebuilds) They have made me a lifetime customer and I would recommend them to anyone that needs something done.

I came to Royal One to get two tires changed on Monday (03/02/20). Quality work! fast and efficient at a price you cannot beat! The Technician/mechanic inspected all my tires and informed me of an issue on another tire which was badly worn. I would definitely recommend coming to Royal One Tires & Auto Service!

Needed a wheel replaced and they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday morning. They filled all my tires with air as well! I will definitely be coming back.

Unprofessional customer service. Felt like I was bothering the guy that was working there. Left me in the waiting room for 30 mins. Needed new tires and alignment. Ended up walking out and taking my money to another place.

I ran over something on the 408, and after work my tire was flat. Used my portable air compressor, but my tire was was losing pressure fast. I came upon Royal One Tires and they just happened to be open until 6:00. My tire was repaired very quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the timely service. I highly recommend Royal One!

The rear caliper on the passenger side of my truck was grinding against the rotor, which caused the breaks to lock. I was on my way to Royal One Tires for service and was about 1 mile away. I called them and described what happened in order to explain why I was running behind. They sent a tech to my location who made a makeshift apparatus to handle the caliper, then followed me to the shop in order to ensure I got there safely. I didnt know the problem with my truck when I got there, which means they couldve charged me an obscene amount of money and made up any excuse for it. Instead, they charged me 50 bucks and showed me the problem. Thats the kind of classy, ethical service that promotes loyalty. I will definitely go back again!

I have been taking my car here for the past 4 years Rick and Alex are the owners and they are very professional,nice,and courteous. They have the best prices in town with tires which makes it very affordable and they provide quality service with fast speed they wont keep you waiting. I drive all the way from Lake Mary to come here for all my tire needs.

Very good place. Prices were amazing. For the same tire they were at least 20$ cheaper, each tire, than 99% of other places. And they got it done within a few hours of my call; having to order my tire special, where everyone else said “it would be days” before they get this particular tire. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was all in all a great experience!

All female car owners should go here for all car repairs, they are reapectful transparent and honest. My first visit over 2 years ago the owner spoke to me about the tires I needed on my Ford truck. He talked to me like an intelligent person not like most shops that say lady this is what you need instead of selling me the same expensive tires I had on the truck he sold me price point and quality appropriate tires. Also post visiting I noticed their ratings on google of 5 stars which match the quality of service they provide. Their momma raised two amazing human beings who also are great mechanics who also sell cars. You should feel more then comfortable buying any car or having service done by Royal One, oh by the way you cant beat their prices.

To be fully transparent, I did not have any service done here nor did I purchase any tires from Royal One. The situation: I went by there to see about replacing my front tire after the side wall had been cut by something I ran over. The damage was a half dollar size slice into the sidewalls that had me concerned that if the tire got hot while driving at interstate speeds, it would blow out. The tread on all the tires was still good and I didnt relish the idea of buying 4 new tires to balance out the handling. As such, I went there with the intent of purchasing a good used tire. I never got the gentlemans name, but from his actions, I presumed he was the owner. Before I could walk into the front door, he greeted me and asked how he could help. I showed him the tire and shared my concerns. After looking at it he said hed be happy to sell me a tire to replace this one but in all honesty all I needed to do was put some super glue underneath the tire slice flap and it would be fine. As a follow up, I did that and its been over a week now and the tire is fine, the super glue is holding the flap in place and Im no longer concerned about a tire failure. Additionally, I saved myself some money from an unnecessary tire purchase. So this review is about the honesty and integrity of whom I presumed was the owner of the shop. Two qualities I value, especially in the service industry. Two qualities that will have me going back there for future work.

Very bad place ! Terrible customer service! Didn’t want to work on my car! And when they did they did a terrible job ! They made me wait over 4 hours for a 30 minute job! didnt even find the issue with my flat tire ! Way to go ! Royal one ? More like peasant one! YES THIS IS THE RIGHT ROYAL ONE! why would my name be in the system if i just said you didnt find the issue with my flat tire. The worker didnt even attempt to take off the tire to soak it in water. waste of time!

Im always stressed and nervous about anything having to do with car repairs, but its a necessary evil, right? I was at one of those well known shops, and after being told one of my tires had a nail in it and could be patched for $30, and quoted an outrageous price for new ones, I decided to shop around. Glad I did, because I happened upon Royal One. I did plenty of research and called other shops in the area...there are many! Royal has great reviews, and after my experience there, I see why. Rick, Alex, and their staff are wonderful and professional. I spoke to Rick on the phone, he listened, offered advice, and worked with me to meet my budget. Once at the shop, the guys took the time to show me things about my car that I needed to know. They were very respectful, and I felt comfortable and grateful to be treated so well. I walked away having paid much less than that other place which didnt give me half the information that I got at Royal One. I know this is long, guys, but much needed. I even told a friend about my experience and shes so excited, shes going to spread the word, too! I would recommend these guys for all your car service needs. I know Ill go back again! ALIGNMENTS DONE HERE, for those who had to search a lot for one, like I did. Best shop Ive ever been to. The prices were extremely reasonable; no other place compared. I ended up paying half the amount of money, for (what I think) was higher quality work. Also, the staff was extremely helpful, honest, and friendly. They provided plenty of explanation, and even did more for me than what I paid for. Nothing like Ive ever seen from a shop. I will always come back to this location as long as i live in Orlando.Update: Still going here, never a let down.

After searching the web for a used tire shop, I finally decided on this one. I called, gave my tire size, and was given a basic quote over the phone. I went to the shop and was greeted by a very friendly man that was very courteous and very prompt. The price quoted over the phone was the same price quoted at the shop. I purchased used tires and the amount of tread left was great for the price. I really feel I got a great price and even greater service. I didnt wait very long and before I knew it, my car was already getting serviced. He pointed out some things on my car that should fixed eventually, but in no way was he trying to pressure me into anything extra today. My experience here was absolutely fantastic and I would certainly recommend this place to others. They had my tires on and ready to go in about 45 minutes. I will be back again.

As a young girl Im always nervous about mechanics taking advantage of me but this mechanic was very nice and explained what was wrong with my car in full detail. They were also very upfront about pricing and didnt try to up sell me on anything unless it was absolutely necessary. Purchased a used car from Royal One last week, had a great experience with both Rick and Alex. Great customer service, honest and up front. One of the best car buying experience Ive had. I will refer my friends and purchase all my vehicles from them.

Just got back from Royal One and couldnt have had a better experience. A commercial oil change place said I needed 4 new tires, totaling over $400. I brought my vehicle to Royal One...they put it on the lift and said I only needed to replace one. They gave me a used tire with very good tread, mounted and balanced it, all for $30. They could have sold me two tires and charged $50 each but the didnt even ATTEMPT to upsell me. The guy I dealt with was friendly and efficient. My belts need replacing and Ill be returning to Royal One for the work.

I needed an alignment for my moms car and had been getting ridiculous quotes from other service centers. I drove in with no appointment and was able to have the car serviced right way and with the best price thus far! I have taken all of my cars to these guys and have never had any issues with service, price or turn around time.

They took care of my bad tire situation. I went to a few major discount tire places, and Royal turned out to save me a little money and (more importantly) explained everything to me so I felt like I understood what all they were doing for the money.
