First time at this location today … everything went smoothly and the clerk was very helpful and efficient, I usually have bad experiences at post offices but Mr Santiago Sanchez was AMAZING … we need more workers like him 👍🏻

I just moved to the area and hadn’t fill out my vacancy card yet so my packages didn’t get delivered because the addressee was unknown. Everyone at this location was very helpful and nice regarding my situation and they helped me get my mail :) Very glad I’m moving to a location with such nice postal workers!

Twice in one month my medication which comes in the mail was not put in my Box in the Post Office! One guy who pretended to be a supervisor gave me a number to call when the package was sitting in the post office. Three weeks later somone put another medical package in the wrong box after it had been sitting there for 4 days according to tracking.This it absolutely total incompetence. We might as well do away with the PO and and let Amazon handle the mail.

How do you even get ahold of someone here?? No one ever answers the phone and when Ive been to this location they dont even know where anything is. So useless.

The downtown Winter Park branch is my favorite of all. They are always willing to help, whether I call or walk in, and very efficient. They have always looked up and answered my tracking questions even when the shipment did not originate from their branch, and even when a problem arose after it left their branch due to no fault of their own. My Go-To spot for sure.

This post office is the best!! James is fast and efficient and Fred helped me out when I had the wrong address for my express envelope. I called an hour later after returning home, and Fred found the envelope for me and changed the address! Total lifesaver!! Great team at this USPS!! Very Impressed!

I normally dont write reviews, but I have to say this Post Office is the greatest! I been their customer for manyyyyy years and I never had a problem with them, everything is just perfect! I always get my deliveries on time and its never delayed. Only place I trust, and the workers are amazing, and fast!~~Siera~~

I mailed a letter certified mail from Colorado. A very important letter and they tried to deliver on a sat. Said they woukd try again next business day. It was never delivered and tracking shows nothing other then one attempt. Nice job

Pleasant, professional staff run a clean, efficient operation. I have observed the people who work at this post office in just about every circumstance from the man or woman bringing in many, many business mailings to the average citizen mailing a lot of cards and packages of different weights to as many destinations in and out of the country. I have been here the last mailing day for Christmas delivery and the last tax day and many days in between. They are unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable, quick and thorough. And then there is the nice post office staff person who smiling asks if anyone is in line who has something that does not require handling. There isnt always a line by the way and then of course there is the self service machine in the lobby available 24 hours.

Worst customer service line ever. 15 minutes and still unable to speak to a live person. Good luck!

Ordered something from amazon prime and was expecting it two days from the day I ordered it. I checked two days later and it says that it was delivered at 12:49 p.m. that day. This was clearly not true because I was home and my mom had come home about 10 minutes after and didnt say there was a package. So where is my package? Well, I still dont know. Mainly because I called them today and the guy on the phone says it was delivered and that the delivery man is very reliable. I told him I wanted him to call the delivery man and ask him, then let me know. Because I honestly doubt my package was stolen in the middle of the day when I live on a busy street. The man told me he would call me back after he called the delivery guy, and never did. Worst service ever. 2 years ago USPS lost an card I was sending to a family member that contained cash and they didnt find it until almost a year later. Ill be speaking with a supervisor tomorrow.

What I do not like is that when I walk past my front door window and find a delivery notice when I am home. obviously USPS has not enforced requirement for their employees to ring the door bell or knock loudly on the door to alert the homeowner of a delivery. Please, please, please correct and enforce this.

This is the most uninformed branch of the USPS agreement with Poshmark. Contact Tamera Dryden at USPS Headquarters and get informed - stop turning away APPROVED Priority Flat Rate Boxes.

Mail is continuously delivered to wrong address. Social security card, replacement credit card, IRS content, everything. No regular mail carrier therefore multiple carriers making the same mistake. Missing packages, which are never recovered. Undependable service. Unable to reach live customer service representatives for carrier issues unless holding for 1.5-2 hours. Awful.

So Frustrating!!! They NEVER answer the phone!!! I have been trying for a couple weeks now to get them on the phone to answer a simple question. It either constantly rings busy for hours (as if they have taken it off the hook) or if it does ring through it rings continuously with no one EVER picking up! I guess if I want my question answered, I will have to drive over there and ask it in person! Horrible customer service. Very frustrating.

Iam very very upset my package keeps going back to this post office I called friday may 30 and they were supposed to call back with a new tracking number. Never did. I called this morning said to call back at 9 . Ive been calling ever since and its busy. What happened to package why hasnt it been delivered and why cant I talk to a person to get answersLisa Stone

This post office is big located next to the field where they have events on Morse. Same faces kinda friendly not rude your average post office and they answer questions to best of knowledge. The parking is horrible but which post office in Orlando isnt?

If I could give a zero star I would called at 4pm quoted a 20 minute hold and was ended up being put on hold for an hour an 15 minutes before giving up and realizing they are closed at 5 pm. Horrible need more employees or I don’t know but really horrible thanks for ruining day.

This post office is so terribly run, its unbelievable that the management still has their jobs. I recently moved to the area a month ago and have had to personally visit the post office 5 times now bc of screw ups by them and the fact that their phone just rings and rings. It took over two weeks to finally get a guy out here to change the locks on our box and that was only after constant nagging due to the fact that they apparently only have one guy that does it and he was on vacation or something. We still havent been receiving all our mail either which is strange considering we filled out the change of address forms when we moved in. And to top it all off, we still are getting past residents mail clogging up our mailbox even though they had forwarding on their mail and i changed the names in the box to our own!! All of this has been run past the manager of this branch Brian Jones multiple times with less then slow results which makes me wonder if he even knows how to do his job.....not a good start after having moved to whats supposed to be a very nice city.

This is unacceptable! How can this people get paid the rates that they get paid if they cant even answer the phone? It looks like they just disconnect the line, there is no way the phone can be busy for an entire day. When you go there the are just rude and lazy so I try to save myself the pain of having to go there in person but they cant even answer the phone because they are busy being lazy!

Worst usps I have ever experienced. Was having some hair dye shipped to my place for my gf. Didn’t come, rescheduled, didn’t come, rescheduled. Now tracking says no update about this last time it was supposed to show. Sent back to the sender because of your fault, not ours.

I was very concerned about going to this post office from the below reviews I read, but I must say this was the most pleasent experience I have ever had at ANY us postal office.. they helped me with no hassle even a few minutes before they were open, james was nothing but professional and friendly the post master even came out to say hi..it was quick, hassle free and overall made me have a great start to my day so thank you winter park post office.

Awfull service. Postman doesnt understand that apt a,b,& c ard diferent mailboxes, hes lazy, or both. Either way this needs to be fixed, but with a 40 min wait time to talk to someone on the phone. ? Not likely. This is ridiculous. No one cares anymore and its a shame.

I was in that post office buying a stamp and over heard a conversation from a postal worker to a customer. I cannot believe the way he talked to that man in a loud threatening manner with such fierce Disrespect . As if that man was a child. If that were me, id be in jail right now and not writing this. I could only hope that man gets fired. i dont care how many years of service you have.

This office is the worst. Santiago has no customer service. No wonder the post office is going out of business.

What is the point of having a phone number if it is ALWAYS BUSY?????? I called about ten times throughout the day and every call rang busy. If i could rate zero stars i would.

This USPS store is the worst Ive been calling the whole day they attempt to deliver a package that was coming internationally cost me $1,000 then one of them and then I reschedule another delivery for the next day never took the package out for 2 days how to call customer service which I could barely understand what the hell he was saying, try to call this UPS Store many times finally the answer and then let me wait 20 minutes with no answer calling and calling and call him back and no answer how the hell does day is stay in business this particular store
