Absolutely best experience I have had from a furniture/retail store. Top notch service from Terrence, Todd and Curtis! Bought a couch and one of the lights to the console went out unexpectedly. Mentioned it to Todd who then sent videos and pictures to help troubleshoot. When that didn’t work, he sent Curtis out to my home to help and found there was something wrong with the electrical wire/box that came with the couch. He offered to ship that part of the sectional at no extra cost! Super nice gentlemen at this place! I couldn’t recommend coming here enough to purchase your home furnishings! There was a great selection of new and used furniture and they lease out furniture too. I got a set of 4 chairs in excellent condition for a good deal to go with a table I already had. Curtis was wonderful and was able to answer all my questions. CORT made furniture shopping easy and pleasant! It will be the first place I go to when I need furniture again.

It was a pleasant experience to buy there. I found very helpful staff that understood what I was looking for and helped to find it to my statisfaction. They did not try to sell it to convince me to by thing that I did not ask for.

Over the past year I continue to have this item show up. I have dismissed it and stated that I havent been there. Apparently the only way that I can get rid of it is by posting this message. There are at least a hundred additional items that keep coming up too.

They have really good prices and the condition of the furniture is reassuring. The staff is very helpful as they spent a good twenty minutes looking for barstools the computer said were in stock but generalised the CPU to all available chairs. They apologized for the error, but it wasnt a big deal. I would shop with CORT any day for furniture.

Terrible customer service and horrible store structure. They most certainly racially profile... As I walked in I noticed two associates currently entertaining customers. However there was no acknowledgment or greetings towards me or a simple, please sit here and ill be right with you. So i figured they really were busy and proceeded to view the selections. About 15 minutes later a white couple walked in, they were greeted and a third associate ran out the back and offered assistance. Also, All the sales and clearance items are in the back and your not allowed in there without an associate, so you can see how some are privledge in this establishment. So i left and went to another store with better service. I was hoping to furnish my new apartment and i work in IT and boy do i have money to spend.

Hit and miss. Cleatance center os only olace where you can get a very good valur. Every week different merchandise. Good for quick furniture for a new place. You do need to negotiate. Typical is 20 percent off unless it is already a specially promoted item
