I had a great experience working with Buddy’s Home Furnishings. Francis and Ronald were great! They both made me feel like I was the only customer they were dealing with at the time, even though I know they’re busy. Francis put up with all of my text messages and would respond in a matter of minutes! They send you get photos of what you’re going to get so there are no surprises and they explain all of the details about delivery, cost and the full process. So happy went went with Buddy’s for our furniture rental needs!!

Great customer service. I love that fact that they were able to meet my accommodations and work with me. I can’t wait to receive my items.

The sales workers at this store are beyond unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER shop at this trash furniture store again.

Horrible ExperiencePedro was awesome getting my furniture set up with the right package I wanted for my family all the way down to setting up the delivery. We were expecting delivery for today between 2-4PM. Mind you when delivery was set we were the only appointments scheduled for today.I get a call at 1:30 stating that they could not deliver my merchandise until this upcoming Friday because they are short staffed. How in the world is this my problem. My husband and I took vacation time off in order to be home when the furniture arrived. This is a day wasted money wasted on my end and a very unsatisfied customer who would not recommend this particular store to anyone.They could careless that I was missing work and money. I hope whatever. Corporate store manager reads this and fix the staffing issue at this location otherwise you are better off just letting the customer leave the store with what they paid for. HIRING MORE PERSONAL ASAP!!!!!

Frank, Mike and Christian at the winter park location by full sail. They have been very helpful. We have leased to own a t.v. and just got a new bed from them! They explain everything and work with you to get within your budget. Very knowledgeable and No pressure! Great customer service too!

The Best Customer Service- From the time I submitted my request online up until the time I received my purchase the staff has been kind, helpful, prompt, and considerate. The staff is awesome as well as the product I purchased, which was used. Communication there is the best Ive ever received anywhere. They make sure you are fully aware of what is expected, what is offered, what your options are, and any problems faced. Truly a great experience. Had a good experience from start to finish. Everyone from sales to delivery personnel were extremely friendly. The only downside was that delivery ran a little later than expected, but it happens so I’m not upset.

Awesome service, nice new furniture and good prices. Why pay full price out of pocket when you can pay a little more and make payments. The delivery service was great, the came when they said theyd be there. Furniture was set in place quicker than any moving service.

The young lady that works here is a hidden gem. She laughs and smiles. She even listens to you too lol. I feel like I made a friend.

Theres only one person who has been working with is Mike. But they are rude and ignorant bc all they want is their money. And everytimee they leave you a voicemail and you dont answer is probably bc you have to work and they call me at least 5 times a day. If I dont have a payment for them, they threatened to call the authorities. This has happened to me twice now. If you want a payment from me youre gonna have to wait til next week. I will never ever rent to own from these people again.

Beware Customers, dont buy anything from this titusville store. My wife worked there and she was sexually harrassed, and discriminated because she was a black hispanic, and unfairly treated even though she made more sales in that store. The store manager and account manager are both racist males. Making my black wife do all their dirty work. As soon as my wife complained about the incidents to hr she was fired and wrongfully terminated. An attorney was hired and soon all videos and witnesses in store will be sepoena by the court soon. People like that should not be employed. I will make sure the media knows about it and make sure these people are no longer employed. I also have recordings on my wife cellphone of how badly she was sexually harrassed and discriminated by race which is a crime in the state of florida.Racial discrimination refers to the practice of treating individuals differently because of their race or color. Federal law prohibits race discrimination in the workplace, when i am done with buddys i am going to own all their stores get ready! Update, i located a black male that got fired for his race for the same position as her who is willing to testify on the class action suit.

The people who gave 5 stars are retarded. Do the math people. A laptop cash price is $559.99 and they want you to make payments for 17 months at $63.99 which comes out to $1107. Really? Lol. Just save and pay the cash price. Dont get duped
