Had a great experience at WP Phone Repair today. I was a little disappointed that I was going to have to pay $120+ to get my screen repaired at the Apple Store, so my sister recommended this shop. I called and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in, which took about 15 minutes (and my screen was A MESS). Eddies craftsmanship was perfect and the screen looked like I had just taken it out of the box. Its a no-nonsense, down to earth, cool shop with a friendly vibe. Worth the trip to Winter Park.

Was very helpful when I got my computer back from an internet repair service because I already had way too much in it. While he didn’t have the charger I needed due to stock running out the day before, he put to rest some of my concerns regarding the aftermarket charger I received. Very kind, thank you.

DO NOT GO HERE. 0 stars if I could. Dropped off my apple watch May 3rd, after engaging them for help 5 days prior. They messed up the first screen they ordered to replace it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because after all apple watches are more difficult than a phone. So they had to re-order a screen which for some reason took three times as long as the first one to get there. Then when they got this screen they had to take it to another store to have it put on which took an additional week. By the time they got it done they werent sure if it was just dead or if something was wrong... they had NO chargers there so I had to come bring them a charger for them to realize their was something wrong internally. (We are now at middle of June- theyve had my watch for 45 days). They tell me they have to order yet another part, which couldnt be tracked and took 2-3 weeks to get in. Finally, they tell me on Tuesday July 10th that the part is in and they will get with another guy to have it fixed. I give them the benefit of the doubt and call them Friday to see if it is done and I can come get it...sure enough they have not yet taken it to this guy to be finished and cant tell me when they can or will. I paid a deposit, and during the month of June after them telling me it should be done soon stopped in 4 to 5x after they wouldnt answer my calls and either they wouldnt answer the door or wouldnt have an answer. There was poor communication the ENTIRE time and the whole thing was shady. Needless to say, I am finally asking for a refund and my watch back. DO NOT GO HERE! This place shouldnt even be in business and their customer service is AWFUL.

Great service, to the point, no bs. The quality of the repair was way superior than the other place I had went to off Orange Ave. These guys finished the job promptly when they said they would. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Highly Recommend.
