Really disappointed that I have to give 1-star because I had a great experience at a different uBreakiFix location in the past. I requested a repair on Apr19. I got an email a few hours later with the quote, asking if I want to move forward. I responded yes. I didnt get a reply/confirmation, so I called one or two days later, and the employee seemed bothered and said it is added to my account and that they will let me know when the parts arrive. 10 days later I call because still no response and Ive been waiting too long for a screen repair. The employee said there is no order history for me (except the past service at the other location). So basically it fell through the cracks, and I understand it happens, but that is poor customer service no matter what. The emails are attached just as proof.

I had heard great things about the customer service at that Winter Park location. I went in to fix a persistent problem with my wife’s phone and they didn’t disappoint. Liz was amazing and absolutely delightful to work with. And, the phone works great now!

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a retail store. I brought in my wife’s phone to be diagnosed after possible water damage and was blown away by the professional customer service and compassion displayed by Mitchell and Aaron. Mitchell warmly welcomed us, intently listened to our concern and provided thorough expectations given our unfortunate situation. After inspection and repair, Aaron willingly guided us through the process of backing up our important data to ensure we are protected from future incidents.Damaging an electronic device and potentially losing all your data can be scary for most, but Mitchell and Aaron were honest, empathetic and extremely helpful to each customer that walked into the store during our visit. My phone took a swim in the ocean yesterday and started acting strange. I took it today to be diagnosed. Liz at the front desk was awesome - kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The tech, Seth, kept me informed on the status of my phone - since its my only phone, we had to communicate via email and he was awesome!In the end, there was too much damage for it to be cost effective to fix my phone. I appreciate their honesty and effort. I will definitely be back in the future if I have need (and Im sure I will!!). Thanks for the great customer service!

Devin was awesome. The store was a little busy, but he was doing a great job letting people know that he knew they were waiting and he was going to get to them. I came in expecting to spend $100 getting my phone fixed, and he just cleaned out the USB port, and didnt even charge me. Highly recommended!

Best place to get your phone repaired. I was pushed into the pool during a party and my phone had some pretty bad water damaged. Liz was amazing and made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. My phone was fixed in a day with a new screen and works beautifully. I was legit about to buy a new phone cuz my old one was broke, then Devin fixed it in like two seconds, so fast I didnt even have to pay! Any other store would have told me to toss it, or charged me for some lengthy inspection nonsense, but theyre honest at this place! What more could you possibly want??????????

Usually pretty good service but not today. I have had good luck with cell phone screen repairs and battery replacement in an iPad but the service seems to depend on who is working. Had a laptop I needed to get the hard drive out of and they tried to tell me it was solider onto the board but I knew my model wasnt so they told me to bring it in. They said they could see hard drive from the gap in the screen and that I was wrong and they couldnt do it. I realized they didnt want to do the service and just made an excuse so I took it back and ended up buying the tool kit and doing it myself.

UBreakiFix provided excellent customer service from the very first call! They offered and explained their insurance plan in detail. My iPad was ready when promised with easy pickup. I would definitely recommend their service.

Went to uBreakiFix for an Asurion insurance repair for my cracked screen. They quoted me 2 hours for the repair, but I came back in 3 and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to finish. Outside of that small issue, the repair quality was top notch, the device was like factory after service. Staff was friendly and drop-off and pick-up of the device was prompt and hassle-free. Would definitely use again for any future device repairs.

Hands down one of the best and most professional repair places I have ever been to. Miguel helped explain to me how to further protect my phone by backing it up and Ricky was the tech that fixed my phone and did an amazing job! They were fast, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I was shocked by how quickly and perfectly they repaired my phone. It was like brand new again! If I ever have any problems ever again I will not hesitate to go anywhere else.

This company is a subsidiary to Asurion Home ( Electronic / Device) insurance company. So, you would think that one would have a seamless relationship with the other. After 8 days of trying to get a simple repair ( Apple watch)completed, I am back on the phone with customer service ( dont even attempt the chat feature). I have spoke to 8 different people at Asurion/ U Break and still have a watch that has a broken screen...at the store....and sitting on hold ...6 minutes+ and counting. How can you not be a Karen? OMG, Seriously.

I had and issue with my iPhone charging port not connecting properly.It turns out the port just need to be cleaned. The service was friendly and It was handled in about 10 minutes and when I asked how much they said there was no cost! How can you beat that? If I have any issues with my phones going forward this is where I am taking it! Wish I would have written down the names of the staff that assisted me because it was a week ago and now I cant remember the names.

So I brought my ps4 in on a Thursday and told them that it keeps resetting on its own . They tell me it will take about 5 days to fix . Calls me on Sunday and says we couldn’t find any major problems with it but it does seem like your hard drive will need to be replaced soon although We did restore and reset it and that seemed like that worked. I recently got an insured replacement iPhone and needed a screen protector. Typically we get these protectors immediately after getting a new phone. But this is a replacement phone, model 8s, so our local AT&T store (winter park village) did not have the right size. But they were so nice to send me across the street to u break I fix where Miguel quickly put the screen protector on. He is a wonderful representative for this business. Maybe he owns the business—if he doesn’t whoever does own it should be happy to have such a great employee. If he is the owner, he sets a great example for his team. Good experiences at AT&T and ubif! Both made me a happy customer.

My phone would not charge so I stopped in to drop it off for repair. The gentleman took the phone and said he will be right back. He was out in less than five minutes and my phone was repaired. He said it was just dust that had collected in the charge port and he removed it. He did not even charge me because it a quick simple fix. Obviously this place cares about customer service and it’s reputation.

Simply outstanding! I have a 4-year-old Pixel XL and somehow the TalkBack feature accidentally got turned on. Im sure its quite useful, but if youve never experienced it, you think your phone is broken. They replaced the battery in this phone a couple of weeks before and did such a fine job I took it back to them thinking I would be buying a new phone shortly. Within moments, they returned my phone back to normal operation, told me how to fix the problem should it ever occur again, did not charge me a dime and ask me only to write this review which I am quite happy to do!
