If you need your computer repaired this is the place to go, if you can find it ! These guys were great. Although they couldnt fix my laptop (It was 6 years old and heavily used) they explained what was wrong with it and what it would cost to fix it and suggested I just buy a new one. They were not making any money by telling me it wasnt worth fixing so I really appreciate their honestly. So refreshing to find a business that puts the customer first. Take my word for it, go here if you need your computer repaired. You will not be disappointed !

I was looking to get my personal laptop cleaned up because it had a virus and I was very impressed with the service and how fast they were able to fix it. The price was fair and the people were very nice and attentive. The location is a little bit weird and hard to find but overall a great experience and my laptop runs like new. Would recommend to everyone.

I recently purchased a new computer, and it had windows 8. It was completely foreign to me but Billy from Far Out Solutions walked me step by step on how to integrate myself to the new OS. Later down the road, it began doing odd things, so i called FOS again, and they were able to log into my computer from off site, and make the changes i needed. It was simple, flawless and quick! I never had to leave my house. They are always so professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing, even though Windows 8 was so new at the time. I hope that i never have any more IT problems, but if I do, Far Out Solutions is now in speed dial!

I first met Ben the owner back in 2012 to have my computer fixed, my son was with me. Ben was very patient with my son (he has Autism).On top on having stress about my laptop not being able to work, I had the stress of my son running around the office. Ben made my visit stress free and allowed my son to play on another computer while he was fixing mine.Not only was my laptop fixed but 2 years later we are still in contact. He will always send me a quick note asking about my son and making sure my computer is up to date and virus free.Great company I would love to work for one day! hint hint :)

I definitely recommend them. I started using their services when my first computer kept crashing. They fixed it in two days! When I decided to upgrade to something more portable they helped sell my old laptop and found a new one that was smaller and faster for about the same price! They also transferred all of my data to my new computer so I did not have to stress about a thing.

I was having troubles with getting all my emails on each device from home to work and cellulars. They came right out and fixed all the problems and got me up and running in no time!
