They were absolutely amazing with my wedding dress! Very nice and professional with each of my fittings. My dress had very delicate straps, so she added a nude-colored material that blends in perfectly. She also altered an area of my dress that had intricate detailing without any trouble! She is very talented! I will definitely be going back :)

She did a great job of fixing a torn seam in my jeans. She was very quick and efficient. She did it within 2 minutes and I left immediately after with my repaired pants!

Tami does very good and professional work. I have been getting my alterations done at Thais Alterations for years. Whenever I pick up my clothes, they look just like they came directly from the factory. Tami completes all alterations on a timely basis. I brought two suits to Tammy, and I couldnt decide, so I had her assist me to pick a suit. She picked the one that she thought fit me better with her expertise, and she was willing to help me out right away. She even did same day service for me with NO rush fee. I went to so many different tailors and I have yet to find one who really cared about me and the quality of my clothing but Im so glad I found Tammy. She is the best, she genuinely cares for her customers and takes her work seriously. I would recommend her to anyone! If you dont go to her, its your loss. This is the best place I’ve found in Winter Park for alterations! I buy lots of designer clothing and they have done a superb job of doing alterations as well as advising on what looks best. They have a quick turn around time and friendly service. I’ve never had an issue. I’d highly recommend!

I love bringing my garments here! The service is fast and they always greet me with a smile. The best part is that she always gives me the option of same day service. I’m always running last minute so her fast services usually saves my life! She’s done everything for me from simple yoga pants to prom and wedding dresses and I’m always pleased!

I recently started going to Thais alterations and I have been very satisfied with the 7-8 pieces I got altered. Tammy goes the extra mile to make sure to the clothes look perfect even if she ends up having to take more time to make the clothes look like they were bought from the store and didnt get any alterations! The location is very convenient and there is plenty of parking by the Irish pub, very easy to get to! I will definitely be going back!

Tammy was amazing!!!! I brought my dress in two weeks before my wedding to be altered ( pushing it I know ) and I have a lot of dress . She and her staff were friendly and helpful. I thought I needed padding in the front and she gave me her opinion on how to make the dress pop without it and saved me money! My dress was done in NO TIME. I can’t say enough about their services . Quick service and great attention to detail. Had to get a rush job from them on a couple pairs of pants due to my normal tailor being ill. The fitting only took about 5 minutes, after that they told me it would be 3 days times. 3 days later I walked into their place and walked out with perfectly altered pants. Definitely my go to if my usual is unable to work!

I needed a pair of pants repaired for an interview. I was afraid to drop them off anywhere that I wouldnt have them back in time. She dropped what she was doing and handed them back to me good as new in 5 minutes. Great service at a reasonable price.

I have searched everywhere for good tailors and I finally found them. I go both to The Seamstress and to Thais Tailor off of Fairbanks Ave. These are the two best places that I have come across and Ive experienced many. I heard that unfortunately Judy from The Seamstress passed away... RIP. However, if you are looking for quality customer service, care, and good work, I recommend Tammy from Thais Alterations. Shes amazing too, youll love the results!
