My floors are nicely, deep cleaned (that feels satisfying). He put a screen up to ensure our dog did not get out, provided a microfiber mop after doing the wood flooring. These guys are amazing and very reasonable prices!! Ive been in Real Estate and property management for 20 years & I have to say they do a better job than all of the other companies Ive used over the years. Its not your traditional steam cleaning process and I was very impressed with the high powered equipment as well as the attention to detail. I also own a mattress store and had really bad traffic stains which I believe was mostly from the blacktop parking lot. I was planning on replacing the carpet which would have been a huge expense as well as an inconvenience. They were confident the carpet could be cleaned so I gave them the opportunity to prove themselves. They were very accommodating and came in after hours. I could not believe the results and they saved me from having to replace the carpet. If you truly want clean carpet then Evolution Deep Clean is the way to go!

Amazing! My white sofa looks brand new and I have two dogs so it was very dirty! The tile was also cleaned and looks brand new! My area rug was also cleaned and the colors now pop like brand new! I will now clean my sofas, tiles and carpets every year with them!

I had everything ready for them so they were in and out within an hour. With ceiling fans on, it only took about an hour to completely dry. Now I am on the every 6 months program with 3 dry cleans and then a deep clean. Have used them for 6 years and never disappointed in professionalism.

From my initial phone call to job completion, I was treated courteously and professionally. I received a reasonable and accurate phone quote for their services, the work was scheduled for the day I requested and the cleaning crew arrived on time. Due to Hurricane Irma, our house had sustained water damage and required extensive mold remediation and reconstruction (which left layers of drywall dust). Don and his assistant did an excellent job of deep cleaning our carpet and upholstered furniture. There is no better option for cleaning your carpet. Hands down, the best service you can receive. If they cant get the stain out, youll need to get new carpets.Prices are reasonable. Dont think that paying less is better. There is an art to cleaning carpet and InstaDry are artists.

We needed a pet stain cleaned on our carpets just a day before we had company coming to stay with us. We called InstaDRY and Donny came out, did 3 of our rooms, and it was dry when he left. We have a dog, cat and 2 year old and this is great because we didnt have to worry about the kids or animals walking around on wet carpet. We would use them again.

I have used Insta Dry several times and each time has been an excellent experience. My carpet is older and has some wear and tear however after they work their magic I am amazed at how great the carpet looks again. I also love that you can walk on it right after the cleaning because its not wet! Over the past few years of using Insta Dry I have also had the same technician Andrew each time, I like that!

It was very easy to schedule a carpet cleaning service for our office. I was pleasantly surprised when Andrew showed up early! He walked around the entire office with me discussing trouble areas and how they could be fixed. Then he got to work. Let It Dry Let It Dry Let It Dry. You do not have to worry about this rhyme when you use InstaDry. My second experience with this company and again I was impressed and satisfied. Half of the crib (home) more traffic than the other a special process, however, less than 3 hours and able to be traffic access, and the other half accessible within 15 minutes of the cleaning. Oh BTW, the most important part, my 3 Siamese had no problem before and no problem this time either. Although Snowey (10yrs fell in love with Lady J) and the two younger ones, Sissy and Sparkie, like always never wants to do anything with any visitor. With two young kids and pet stains, our carpets were a challenge to keep clean so we decided to give InstaDRY a try.
