I was in FL to visit family and was in desperate need for a beard trim. I somehow made an appointment for the wrong day but Brent was available and able to accomodate me despite my mistake. The vibe of the shop was definitely chill and welcoming.This was definitely an amazing, luxurious experience. Brent did an amazing job on trimming and shaping the beard but didnt stop there. He gave me a hot towel to open up the pores followed by a straight razor shave to clean up the edges. The experience was better than a massage as I left completely relaxed. Brents work also garnered many compliments on the beard which Ive never gotten beforehand. Definitely recommend working with Brent if you have a beard.

Such an awesome place to get a cut. Their no-cellphone policy really encourages a more personal experience. Katie was my barber and she completely understood the look I was going for and how we could get there in the weeks to come. Looking forward to the next visit!

The only place I trust my hair with. All the employees here so so down to earth and create a welcoming environment. They have a “no cell phone” rule which really encourages interactions. Jordan is my go-to barber and amazes me every time! Great music, sweet aesthetic!

I stumbled upon this gem over a year ago, and although my job and home are now out of the way, I still prefer driving to Atomic Barbershop over any other place to get my haircut.Everything from the music selection, the vibes, the decor, and most importantly all the talented barbers is on point! It’s important to feel happy, relaxed, and comfortable while in their chair. I am FOREVER grateful for Katie, she has never failed me! I’ve had my fair share of bad haircuts, but at Atomic I have never worried about that. I’m able to sit back and enjoy my beer while Katie works her magic and fangirls over how nicely my fade is coming out(lol)! Seriously, it doesn’t get any better than this place, I love it here and will forever be a client.

Let me start with the good. Its a really nice place with an awesome location. However, when I called to make an appointment they failed to tell me they had scheduled my haircut with their apprentice. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. Things started going south quickly when he came in with the clippers and shaved my head to the scalp from ear to ear, leaving me half bald. After an hour and a half, I had the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life! I looked like a mangy dog at best. I understand that he is an apprentice, and he was a really nice guy, but I should have been notified of this before he started cutting my hair. I paid and left, but the more I saw my hair, the more upset I got! I drove to a different barber and $65 and 3 hours later (total) I have a great haircut! The second place I went to thought I had cut my hair myself...it was that bad! I decided to call them back (Atomic Barbers) and tell them what happened hoping I could at least get an apology or my money back. Drew answered the phone and I got a half-hearted apology and he never offered to give me my money back. I had to bring it up and he refused, giving me like an, “oh well, too bad for you” attitude. If you come here, make sure you know what you’re getting before you sit on the chair!

I recently moved to Orlando and couldnt find the right barber for the last few months and then decided to go into Atomic and I booked Brent, he shows as an apprentice on the booking website but he gave me a haircut like a PRO. Thank you for the amazing haircut.

Not your average barber shop. The vintage-eclectic space has tons of personality with unique finishes, decor, and artwork. Everything says “we care about the details,” and it shows in their cuts. Katie has been my barber for the past several months. She brings great care to her craft and a creative intuition that makes the process fun and relaxing. I’m glad to have found a place I can come back to over and over knowing I’m always going to get a quality haircut.

So I have started to limit 4 and 5 star reviews to places that offer services and an experience above regular expectations. Atomic barber shop definitely deserves 5 stars. Great location in Winter Park that allows for a great experience both before and after your appointment. Appointments are definitely the way to go but walk-ins are welcome. I highly recommend using their website to check availability. The interior has a steampunk meets voodoo vibe which is unique, welcoming, andexceptionally clean. There is a great vibe here and customers are encouraged to interact - socially responsible of course.Drew was professional, interactive, and very talented. This is not your commercialized in and out factory barber shop. The barbers are highly trained and you can tell by the way they handle themselves. Great care and attention to detail. Decided to treat myself to a head shave and beard sculpting to shake off the covid cobwebs. THIS IS THE PLACE to do that. Unparalleled vibes with great mix of music, funky decor, and full of interesting people. Got that single blade razor with a series of hot towels and face rubs. Came out looking amazing and feeling unstoppable. Recommend Trevor, but all other customers looked beyond satisfied too.

This place is the best barbershop I’ve ever been to and I sincerely mean that. Trevor’s no phone policy is really enlightening by establishing the barber and client connection and bond. Engage and be present with the guys taking care of your desired grooming standards.I struggle with thick course Asian hair, and Patrick was amazing and paid every attention and detail to taking care of my hair. My man did not fail and he did an excellent job to the point that I’ve labeled Atomic Barber “my barber.”

Went here for a fresh cut before my wedding. Was immediately offered a whiskey for my special day. My barber was great. Had great conversation with him. As a woman, who has very rarely trimmed my ends. It takes a lot to decide to trust someone to cut my hair successfully! I am experiencing alopecia on the sides of my head, which requires a highly skilled barber to give me a phenomenal undercut fade to look my best and feel amazing! Trevor (Chili Sauce) is that barber! Great price for a great haircut! Totally worth it!! Beats going to anyone for a quick and cheap haircut!Everyone who works there is AMAZING! Great energy! Great conversation! Unfortunately, I did not see the same results that I see in all these other reviews. The three guys that were in the shop were nice. Good atmosphere and conversation BUT I was shocked when I saw that the design in my undercut was ok at best. Crooked and not crisp. I had called ahead to see if anyone in the shop was up to basic, straight line designs. They told me maybe, that I could bring a pic, and they would let me know if they could handle it. The guy I was assigned said no prob. The other two even complimented him while has was working on me so I was feeling confident. The result was frustratingly uneven and untidy. Fine, not my first let down, Ill live. But when I went to pay and realized that it was $40 for just an undercut I almost fell over. The kid told me it was the same price as the full haircut which, for a man would have involved a shampoo and style, so why am I being charged that much for 1/4 of my head with no product used or time spent styling? especially when the result was not ideal. I though about going back to see if they could/would attempt to fix it but its shaved, what can they do? I was having my hair done to show off at a wedding but I cant show this. I dont see myself going back, not worth the money or frustration

Not for kids and maybe that’s the point.I’ll be the first to say this place has a very cool vibe and both my 10 year old son and myself get great haircuts.Jordan cuts my son’s Hair and Patrick cuts mine. The place oozes testosterone, again no issues there whatsoever ever.But I don’t think it’s appropriate for the owner (who also cuts hair) to repeatedly to drop the F bomb in front on my 10 year old kid. I have even mentioned it got a look that might as well been another F bomb.After our last haircut my son said that the owner said it 3 times during his haircut. I didn’t hear it due to distance and hair dryers etc.When I called to inquire as to whether he would be willing to watch his language. I spoke to Patrick. He said someone would call me back, which never happened. The owner has no obligation to change his language but has lost me as a customer. Wish it would have woked out.Guess the customer isn’t always right at Atomic

My favorite part other than the haircut Drew the man gave me was the NO CELL PHONE policy. Great place, environment, haircut and people. Atomic Barber Co. is an amazing place for a cut and/or shave. Ive been coming for the past 6 months or so, and have had a fantastic cut and experience every single time. The owner Trevor and his staff are top notch people, and very skilled barbers. Personally, I use Jordan, who is a tremendous individual and one of the best barbers Ive used to date. My haircuts last between 1 and 2 hours usually, which shows their attention to detail and how enjoyable the conversation is. Bonus points for the incredible shop decor, hair wash station, hot towels, and beer or water offerings. This will be the last time you have to search for a barber shop in Central FL!

I came to the Shop to get a morning shave and beard trim before my wedding. Everyone was so excited to be a part of my day, and I was pleased to have a great group of guys around to chat with easing my nerves. I sat with Jordan, and the entire process was so pleasing. I had never had a facial before, but it was relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Everyone complimented me on my beard during the wedding, and the pictures turned out amazing. Im very impressed with the Shop.

Walked in. Place was empty. Asked for a quick trim. They told me they were booked solid until Tuesday. 3-4 guys standing around. Empty. No one there. Befuddled! Im a normal guy. Felt a little descriminated. Im older, grey hair....thats all. Not impressed.

Getting a haircut probably doesnt rank very highly on the things guys like to do list. Thats because the overwhelming majority of barber shops just run some clippers across the back & sides and spends maybe 5 minutes tops cutting the rest of the customers hair before dumping them out of the chair & sending them on their way hoping that the customer will boomerang back in another 5-6 weeks... But thats now Atomic Barber Co works. Every haircut (or shave) lasts a full 45-50 minutes. You know what comes with that extra time? Attention to detail. A complimentary beer. And some good conversation. And youll leave with the best haircut youve ever had. Theres only one thing that isnt welcome: cell phones. THEY ARE NOT KIDDING ABOUT THEIR NO CELL PHONE POLICY. Either turn it off or better yet, leave it in the car. Dont be THAT guy. Now schedule an appointment (because theyre busy barbers), then show up on time, sit down in the chair when told, be in the moment, & walk out with the best haircut (and/or shave) youve ever had.

Had a fantastic experience at this barbershop. I was there with a group of friends for a bachelor party and the overall attitude was enthusiasm, really great way to head into a wedding. Anthony took great care of me when I was there. I love the atmosphere and the strict no cell phone policy. Only wish they were in Philadelphia!

Ive been coming here for a while now and have never had a bad experience. Drew does a fantastic job every single time. Ive had a few others as well, and everyone has been awesome, but the last few times Drew has been my go-to guy. Everyone is super personable, and the atmosphere is always jovial. The music selection is also always on point and eclectic.Unlike another reviewer that thinks the no cellphone policy is absurd, I think its great because people are more likely to converse and be aware of their surroundings instead of worrying about whats happening on Facebook. If someone tries calling or something, no one is stopping you from stepping outside and answering the phone, so honestly that criticism in itself is absurd. And if youre in the chair...I mean...how are you going to use a cellphone in the first place? Plus Im sure if you give them a heads-up like Hey, Im expecting a really important call/text, do you mind if I pull out my phone just to check when I get one? that they would be accommodating.Complaining about price? Go to Supercuts. Youre in Downtown Winter Park at the best barbershop in the area, there is going to be a bit of a premium. Plus the treatment you get is second-to-none. Hot towel, shampoo, straight-razor finish, etc.The only real issue I could see someone possibly having is finding parking, but honestly there is parking all over and unless there is an event going on its pretty easy to find. You might have to walk up the road, but unless youre physically disabled just look at it as a bit of exercise and an opportunity to take in the sights.I honestly look forward to making my appointments to come here.They also offer you a beer or water when youre checking in for your appointment. I mean, how cool is that?

I visited this place for the first time while I was in town for a wedding. We had about eight guys rent the place out for a few hours. As soon as you walk in the door youre given a beer and told about their no cell phone policy. This was the best haircut experience of my life. The place was very clean and about as manly as you can get. It looks like a place where Ron Swanson would be proud to hang out. Jordan gave me an incredible haircut, and even better straight razor shave, and about four hot towel treatments. The price may scare you, but when you see what you get its well worth it! I wish I could move to Orlando just to have my haircut here every month.

This is my favorite barber shop hands down! I used to go to Floyds and a few other decent places but nothing compares to Atomic. The atmosphere is super chill, they offer you a beer or water as you walk in the door and the haircuts are top notch!

Booked for both my wife & myself. Both have big events this weekend. I had Macmillan & she had Jordan. Both of our cuts came out banging, and my bears trim is on point. My new place for life. I just had my first hair cut @Atomic and holy hell. This place is bad-of-ass. Its the man cave of your dreams. As soon as you walk in you know youve arrived in a special place. The walls are covered with cool stuff everywhere. The place is filled with music that actually really good. You can tell the playlist was made by someone who loves music. Great vibe.The hair cut itself was on point. They start you off with a hot towel on your face while they wash your and then take you over to the retro barber chair. The people there were just a blast to hang out with. It was fun. Everyone was talking and just having a good time. My hair came out prefect and the staff were super friendly. I was surprised that the prices arent higher. I highly recommend this place as your new spot to get away from the wife and get a great hair cut.

I never write reviews but after getting my hair cut at Atomic i feel inclined to. without a doubt, the best haircut experience ive had. Evan cut my hair and did an excellent job. all the guys in the shop were super cool and made my time there really chill and enjoyable. i will definitely be back and recommend everyone to check these guys out.

I got my haircut done by Macmillian and he did a great job! I left my old barbershop for atomic after this epic haircut and will never go back. I referred a friend and he got a haircut by Jordan who also crushed it. Id recommend this place hands down. The interior design in the shop is really cool too. You could spend your entire haircut time just looking around at everything inside. Oh ya, and you can get free beer during your haircut... Need I say more?

I found Atomic Barber Co. out of frustration with the usual barbershops around the UCF area who did not cut my hair exactly how I wanted it or lacked the experience. I could not have been happier when I stumbled upon this place. When you first enter Atomic Barber Co. and look around, you immediately know this place is different than the traditional barbershops you encounter. Youll be greeted and offered a complimentary beer or water if you prefer. Once its your turn to get a cut, youll first get a hair wash with a hot towel put around your face. I ended up booking an appointment with Jordan. I am extremely (and I mean, extremely) picky with my hair and he did not disappoint. He knew how to do a proper low skin fade on the sides and back and knows how to deal with longer hair length on top. He is also a great conversationalist. Simply put, this place is badass and a breath of fresh air. Ill come here as long as I live in Orlando.

The barber spent a lot of time bad mouthing other barber shops and said that CFS would be better if there were nicer things to look at referring to the female staff. I was pretty uncomfortable sitting there. Haircut was fine not really worth the money.

Horrible haircut. I had to fix it myself when I got home before I went to my brothers wedding. This guy seriously butchered my hair and I had to end up shaving It Off. The worst Barber Shop I have ever been to. Extremely overpriced and rude on top of that. They even told me I wasnt allowed to be on my phone if I was getting a haircut there. Ridiculous and horrible experience. I will never go back

I think that all these reviews are fake, I googled this place and stopped by for a cut, upon walking in I was told they have a NO CELL PHONE policy which is absurd, I figured the policy was for the person getting a hair cut, my wife was with me as I was getting a cut and as she waited she sat on the couch and held her phone when one of the barbers possibly the owner Shouted in absurd tone yelling at my wife about their policy. Once the barber finished my cut it seriously looked incomplete and I was charged $35.00 for a haircut! I went home and literally shaved and trimmed a few areas to complete the cut. I will not be going back to this horrendous barber! No cell phones? What if my wife gets a call or text from her doctor? What if anyone has an emergency? I guess they’ll have to step outside but first must get publicly humiliated. A men’s barber shop should be a comfort zone, this place was far from that. Good luck on anyone else’s experience at this place lol let me know how that goes😉

The best barber shop Ive been . Both times Ive been there Trevor has done a fantastic job and I couldnt have asked for a better haircut . It is a little pricey compared to other haircut spots but the quality is well worth the price. Ill always use this place for future haircuts !
