I always wait a period of time before rating a service business….and Complete Auto Care has my complete confidence. After spending way too much money for way to long at the Ford dealer to repair the AC in my Mustang, I asked for a referral from the local Mustang Club. When I brought my car in, the AC wasn’t blowing at all. I know that resolutions sometimes require a second visit as not all symptoms appear after one repair. They replaced the Evaporator and all seemed fine. They had no way of knowing there was another issue until I drove the car a bit. I returned a couple of weeks later with an issue that had been going on for years, the owner knew exactly what it was, ordered the part and my AC is super cold.It is apparent to me that the owner truly knows how to diagnose problems and is direct and honest with customers. While this garage is 45 minutes from my home and only open during the week, this is now my ONLY garage that I want to take my car to. Thank you Todd and team for your service!

Idc who says what. I went to this place out of a recommendation. I wanted to SHOW someone what I wanted them to look at. The guy was hesitant about coming out repeating that we wont know what it is until we get it up on the rack. All of that is fine, but come out and LOOK at it. I ordered the part as instructed and then I go to pick up the car because I figure it would be easy to pick up the car for both parties. I get there and there is some...thing looking to pick a fight about the weight of my keys (2.3lbs). Very unprofessional and extremely unwarranted information about things I didnt go to them for.The truth is that ignitions can BEST support weights under 3lbs and though it is best to have as least as possible on your key ring, that is not what I came there for.Id go elsewhere. For the record, this review is written even though these people were recommended through someone with a positive review. If they dont like you or cant talk to you how they want, they will not want to work on your car. Waste of time.Update: Again, as anyone can see: their response is how these things talk to people, but expect business because they rolled their eyes when I wanted to SHOW them what was wrong; and because they want to throw inaccurate bs information about ignitions and keys (which was not the issue and has never been in the last 8 years) at someone for free. I have never wanted anything for free and I have paid for everything I have since I was 12. I rather pay for respect and professionalism than bs advice from an unprofessional tore down broken lot like this. Class dismissed just like these things.

I have been going to complete for over 3yrs now and we have brought them 4 cars to fix and I have been satisfied with all of the fixtures and pricing. The gentleman there really knows what they are doing and they remember you! They have great costumer services. I go in with a problem they check it and fix and what I love best is they don’t call you to tell you how you need to fix the 1million problems they claim you car has. They focus only on what you come in there for. If you say I need an oil change they get the oil changed. If you say I have a weird sound they check and find out what’s wrong and give you options to fix the problem. I always leave there happy and I have not needed to go back for any bad fixtures.

This place is a hidden GEM. This place has got to be the most honest and knowledgeable car repair shop that I’ve gone to since moving to Florida over a year ago. I’ve been stiffed by at least three other repair shops in the area prior to taking a chance with this shop. The prices are always fair, and the job is always done right the first time around. Heck they’ve even repaired someone else’s botched job which resulted in me getting some of my money back. The staff is super friendly, and you quickly develop a connection with these guys as if you’ve known them for awhile. If you’re having thoughts on checking this shop out, stop thinking about it and just go there.

I had a great experience here. Although it cost me $1,100 to have my a/c fixed, it included a new compressor. Holler Honda had quoted me over $2,500 to have the same work done. They are AAA approved and gave me a small discount. I would come back here for oil changes or additional work on my Honda Fit. Thank you.

How often do you see an auto repair shop with extremely high reviews on multiple review sites and Facebook? Its practically unheard of in the world of automobile mechanics but the owner of this shop and his employees will impress you with their honesty and the quality of service they provide. To my understanding theyve been doing so in the ballpark of 25 years, making those stellar reviews and ratings even that much more impressive.Although Ive known good things about this place for years and have family, friends, and acquaintances who have sworn by them for ages, I only stepped foot in the shop for the first time about a month ago. Three weeks after my vehicle went out of warranty I was fed up with my dealerships service or lack there of and their lack of professionalism. A drive-ability issue surfaced and it prevented me from working. I use my car in my line of work not just exclusively for commuting purposes to and from. After the problem arose on a weekend, I called Complete Auto on a Monday morning. They sensed the urgency and my need to get back on the road immediately the next day. Without hesitation they squeezed me in. I had my car towed to the shop and by 6:00 that night I was picking it up. The problem was more minimal than I thought. Many mechanics and especially dealership service departments would have fleeced me but the owner and his staff were fair and moral and got me back on the road without hassle and with a bill that floored me because of how reasonable it was. They will be my go to mechanics for life!Im very grateful for the way you treated me and for the integrity with which you run your business!

This is by far the best mechanic shop we ever went to. I used this shop for 3 years, We had an issue once, fixing the issue was simple, I called in talked to Todd and he had us bring the vehicle back in and fixed it. I am a C-7 quadriplegic in a wheelchair. I have a handicap van that need a whole new engine. I thought I had a mechanic that knew how to put in a engine. I gave him $550 for the engine. He approve me wrong. He had my van for about two months and he didnt do his job. So, I took my van back and took it to Complete Auto Repair By Cold Air/Muffler Man to put on the machine to see whats wrong with it. When they look at it the engine they couldnt get it started, the engine is wrong for the van, wires everywhere and its backfiring. They didnt charge me for putting my van on the machine and they let my van stay at the shop for about two weeks till I find a place for it. Weve been going to this place since 2005 and were always happy with their service. We moved out of that area 6 years ago and when we recently needed repairs on our car for ball joints and have 3 window mechanisms repaired (and after searching elsewhere for competent and reasonable repair shops), we decided to go back to see Todd and sure enough, he got the job done again timely with the quality and service we were used to from them. Finally, an honest and trustworthy mechanic! I came here for second opinion after being told by a corporate auto repair shop I needed a new compressor for $1600. I didnt tell Todd what the other mechanic had said and within 30 minutes he told me the issue is I am low on freon. $85 later and I am all set with cold air. A compressor would have also fixed the problem but that wasnt the cause of my issue He explained it all so well.I listened to him talk to the other customers and it was clear he is truly in it to help people and not rip them off. I cant recommend him enough!

I have been going here for the last 11 years and would never take my car anywhere else! The staff is very friendly and they do not try to get over on you like most repair shops. They are honest and get things fixed quickly. They will only fix something if it truly needs to be fixed, they do not play the guessing game which I like and appreciate. I have referred not only family but also friends and now all of us use only them for all our repairs. Todd took over the business a few years ago when Joe retired and he has continued with the same great service since then. Great service, great price, and they really care about you and your vehicle. No trying to sell extra stuff you dont need. Theyll diag and maintenance your vehicle, if you ask for that service and will fix only what you need to have fixed. They warranty their work and their parts (parts you bring to use are your responsibility) and they have a living room style waiting area, which is pretty cool, with a couple booths with power, if you need to work, or even eat a snack.

We have used them twice for my sons car as he is going to school down in Florida. Todd the owner is upfront and honest and the prices are fair. He has gone out of his way to fix my sons car even though it wasnt in his wheel house of doing (minor front end mechanical damage). He got the car in working condition so it could be driven. Dont hesitate to take your car there.

WOW - this place rocks! I am new to the area and where I am from I have a family full of guys who can fix cars. But since I am over 1000 miles away now, I needed someone to fix my ONLY car. I had a power steering hose break on a Sunday (UGH) - called around and knew all of the chain places were WAY to high - I looked online (I am a big believer of reviews) found Complete Auto Repair and only being a couple of miles from my house, that was an added bonus! I called and spoke with Todd bright and early Monday Morning - he got me in right away and the price was almost $100 less than the Chain repair shops. He had the car down in about 4 hours and the service was impeccable! I know I will need some other repairs done and future oil changes - I am sure Todd will get sick of seeing me (LOL).I recommend this service shop with 1000% stamp of approval!

I had gone previously to another car repair where they needlessly charged me for a gas charge and then started running electrical diagnostics when that didnt work. I got tired of waiting and brought it here trusting the reviews. Todd himself met me as I came in, immediately asked me to pop the hood. In less then 3 minutes he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost me. Left it the following day. When I picked it up, he took me into the shop, showed me one by one the parts that he had replaced, changed the belt without charge and the AC has been working beautifully ever since. And the price was what he had quoted. Also, it was great talking with him. I am new to Orlando and now I have found myself my new mechanic shop.

Ive been here several times over the last year after being reccomended by a friend. Todd (the mechanic) is a VERY honest man and extremely capable to fix nearly everything I threw at him. More importantly, he took my problems seriously (even when the problem was intermittent) and has always provided timely service. His estimates are always right on, and sometimes the repair ends up being cheaper than what he quoted me. My car is always repaired in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this man and repair shop enough.

I brought my car in to get fixed & this piece of garbage intentionally sabotaged my car to make more money.I have contacted the better business bureau and plan on suing this company.Avoid this shop and pay the extra money to a competent mechanic.Buying cheap fire extinguishers, parachutes &car repairs Never turn out good !Have a nice day.

Perfect service and very respectable staff. Had an issue with my engine light and they took care of my car all in one day. Even fixed an issue with my brake light. This is now my go to auto mechanic!

These guys are great. I had a cat back installed by someone else and it was hitting everywhere. I took my car down to them and Even though it was towards the end of the day and they were slammed, they still found the time to look at my car and identify the problems. Two days later I took it back to them and they fixed my exhaust system and raised it up a little bit so I dont scrape on everything. I would definitely recommend this shop and i will be going back. I was a bit skeptical on going to some auto shop because i am used to just going to the dealership and its guranteed fixed but in a very high cost. Since my car is already disabled and i can nott drive further than a mile, this was the closest repair shop I could find. After further research and read the reviews, i decided to go here on a saturday morning and see what happens. The first mechanic i spoke to was Todd. He was very nice and cool and welcoming. I only waited at the office for at least 10 minutes and he called me to the service area where he explained to me in full detail (without any jargons) what went wrong, what could have happened, how it can be fixed and how can this be prevented. I truly appreciate the professionalism of explaining everything to me and my doubts immediately disappeared. The price is very reasonable (since i also did my research on price ranges). I got my car that afternoon and everything is up running again. So now i found an auto shop that i can rely on. I recommend this auto shop to everyone. Thanks again Todd.

Customer service is terrible, I was kept waiting in the waiting room without a bathroom for a while. They have cars stacked up all over the place and jammed up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here to get 2 old bungs on my exhaust removed and welded over. The owner or manager or whoever was in charge told me he wasnt gonna do it the way I wanted because he didnt want to. He incisted he had to do it the easy way, the way i can do myself at home. When I incised I wanted done the right way he became hostile and kept telling me i didnt know what I was talking about. After a couple minutes I realized he wasnt going to do the job I asked for so I told him i was going to go elsewhere. I didnt think it was possible, but his additude got even worse. He wouldnt even back the car off the lift. He made me do it myself. Worst costomer service Ive seen in a while...I wouldnt ho back here if it was the last mechanic shop on the face of the earth.

When i first started going to Complete Auto Repair and dealing with the Owner Todd things were great. Todd was friendly and helpful, but found out over time that he has a real Bad attitude and forgets a lot including to call you when he says. I had Todd do 3 jobs for me and was about to have him do a 4th job to repair my A/C compressor and condenser.When calling Todd to ask him what parts he told me that i needed again because i wanted to see if i could find some high end parts to replace them. Todd snapped at me telling me that i would not find ANYONE to repair my A/C cheaper than the $1,173 after taxes he quoted me. Telling me that if i bought parts from anyone else that he wouldnt install them and if he did than he would charge me more than full price on labor so it wouldnt be worth it.Little did Todd know while i was speaking to him that he was on speak so Drew the owner of DB Kustoms could hear which parts i was looking for. While speaking with Drew at DB Kustoms he told me that he would NEVER treat me that way and he gave me an offer to do the same repairs as Todd but for only $1,035 after Tax.I went with DB Kustoms a few days later and they are SO MUCH BETTER. I dropped my car off with Drew at 8am, was told that he would have it finished by 4pm. Drew even went the extra mile for me and took me home. Around 12:30pm he calls me telling me that the car is finished asking me if i had a ride to get it. I explained to him that i would have a ride by 4:30p instead of making me wait he dropped my car off at my front door.The A/C is running and COLD again, I also noticed that my car was cleaned both inside and outside without me even asking him to clean it. SAVE yourself Time and MONEY go with DB Kustoms

Thanks cold air muffler man, my cars back up and running thanks to Jesuswhen the water pump went bad it messed up the timing belt also, it was a fare price!!!.i called around just to check thats what i do, gracias Jesus por tu ayuda
