BMW is top notch they send you video of what they are doing to your car which is something Ive never seen before they sanitized my car as well and of course the courtesy wash and they offer free complimentary breakfast lunch and dinner ..yeah!! My entire process from my great salesman Tim Hana he never acted like a salesman and made my entire experience a dream! they make everything smooth sailing for you as a customer. Highly recommend BMW Winter Park.
It’s been one year on my 2020 X3M anniversary and with this comes an amazing experience along with this incredible review on the staff to include the service. If you are ever to be looking for a BMW no matter the series or class ask for Justin Rowe he has been by far the best sales rep in the building to make you feel one at home but two understanding of any situation in your life for making a choice of a vehicle that is safe, fast and sound. The last bit here is after you’ve purchased your BMW or a previous owner of one and just want a fantastic service advisor and someone that insures the quality is set every time, the individual to ask for in this scenario is Jay Barnett. A ton of experience, insane knowledge of the manufacturer and has an incredible relationship with his mechanics. I can’t stress this enough on how amazing BMW is, just know that all of their personnel are awesome and thank you to all of them for their continued service, advisement and experience.
I This is my second BMW and Ive been a loyal customer since 2007. You have now lost a customer. I will be taking all my BMW business elsewhere going forward. It makes me sad as we have been good customers, but we also have to be good business people. The new repair shop, who specializes in German vehicles, is doing all the exact same work that you quoted $10k for $2800. They also took the time to assure me that this was not critical and the vehicle was safe for me to drive. That assurance was certainly missing from the customer service we received from BMW. Grossly overcharging and extremely rude. In 100 miles I went from a minor oil leak to $10k in repairs. Everyone passed the buck about whom to blame for the “misdiagnosis”.Do not take you vehicle here unless it is under warranty. They are clearly behind in revenue due to COVID and their massive new building.
From the moment I brought my car in until the moment I left I was blown away with the amazing customer service I experienced this week. My car was beautifully taken care of, the fixes were carefully explained to me, communication was stellar, and I especially loved the nice car wash at the end. Overall, I am super happy with this dealership and Omid was awesome!
Great experience, went dropped my car. Josh was prompt to explain the process and since it was going to be a while I was going to call my husband to pick me up and he offered me a courtesy Huber ride, which was great. The car was ready by the promise time. I love how after the car was done they sent me a virtual video of everything that was done and then I got a written report sent to my phone. I also got the option to pay online which was very easy and secure and took less time when I went to pick up the car because everything was done. Definitely will do it again.
Overall, I would say their service is 4.5 stars. The team is friendly and they go out of their way to get the job done. They are dedicated to delivering for their customers. One thing that they need to figure out a system for is their car wash service. They need to develop an alternative plan for when the car wash is backed up.

I was so pleased with my maintenance experience yesterday at Fields BMW in Winter Park. I was expecting to wait for several hours to have several items done, however, my service advisor, Mike Abney, managed to have everything done very quickly and I was in and out in just over an hour. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, efficient and professional. Something I had really dreaded (sitting there for a long time) actually was actually a pleasant time. I also enjoyed the video of my car inspection which had excellent results. Thank you so much.
The dealership has been recently renovated/revamped and it is super nice, especially the show room. The staff were even nicer! I worked with Tim and bought a 2018 340I and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have gone through. Thanks for not judging me for being a 20 year old trying to buy an expensive car like several other dealerships did! When I am ready to get a new BMW, I wont even try to go to another dealership. These guys are top notch!

The experience at Fields BMW Winter Park was phenomenal. I received vehicle updates every step of the way with video links of what was done to the car. Marco communicated any important updates to us via phone call and text. The quality of service was exceptional.
Absolutely amazing experience.Car broke down three weeks ago. From the moment I pressed the SOS button everything was seamless. The tow truck came and Towed the vehicle at 11:30. Had a bit of a delay because of the hurricane. The next morning the dealership got me an Uber to get a loaner vehicle for three weeks because my part was back ordered.My friend’s husband works for a dealership and their car has been in the shop for three weeks as well. He is pretty high up with a dealership and was not able to get a loaner.I love that they send me videos of the vehicle inspection and completion. There were some scratches on the car. We were not sure if it was from the tow but but they buffed them all out.My advisor, Josh J, provides excellent communication through the service process and is always pleasant to work withFields (both the closed Fiat downtown location and BMW location) go above and beyond all my expectations every time.

We all know shopping for a car can be frustrating and stressful sometimes. I can only say from all my experiences with buying a car either new or used in a dealership, hands down fields BMW is the only way to go. The experience is refreshing and you can tell by their employee turnover rate that they are a great place. My salesman had been with the company for over 17 years, you don’t hear that often. You may found someone that has been selling cars for over 17 years but not necessarily at the same company. That alone boosted my confidence dealing with the dealership. In addition to that, I liked their pricing model, I hated going to dealership and having to pull teeth and nails to get to the out the door price of the vehicle. Also, I would like to add that I hate write review I usually just leave a star review and move on. If I take my time and write a review for a company, I guarantee you that my experience was not standard, they truly did went above and beyond. I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours! Not exaggerating. With test drive, finance and paperwork, I was out the door that quickly, could have been a lot sooner had my car insurance been a little faster at the phone. Love them and will always shop there.
I’d rate this dealership a 0 star if I could. I had an emergency issue where my gas flap got locked and I didn’t have any sort of emergency release for it in my car so I brought it in to this dealership with only 30 miles of gas left and they said well service isn’t open today. Okay I understand that but the manager didn’t do ANYTHING for me. He let me drive away without any resolution and basically no gas with no way to open my gas flap. 10 minutes later a nice gentleman, a sales guy came up and said the best option is to leave it over night drop and it would be the first car serviced in the morning 7:30am. He even paid for my Uber home because I did not have any way to get home if I left my car overnight. Cameron was the ONLY one here to help me so I’d give him a 5 star individually if I could. I get here this morning 8:30, an hour later than it should have started to get serviced on and they tell me they haven’t even started on my car yet and there’s “16 other cars in front of me.” EXCUSE ME?????? I was told by the manager it would be dealt with first. The service guy told me “that’s not how it works” I have work and school I have places to be and now my car is not able to be used for how long. This is ridiculous and I will never be owning or leasing another BMW again. ESPECIALLY from fields
I’ve owned a variety of luxury cars and Jay Barnett is hands down the best service advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Jay is a problem solver with great communication. Nobody likes taking their car in for service, but when Jay is calling the shots I have the peace of mind knowing the issue will be resolved.
Took my car in for annual service/oil/brake fluid checks and again was impressed by the folks at Fields. Quick service (less than 2 hrs) and free Uber transport home and back to the dealership when the car was ready. Always appreciate the extra care given to us. Why would I take the car anywhere else? Absolutely happy with my experience at Fields BMW!!! I am one of those that gets anxiety about the pressure and borderline sales harassment Ive experienced at other dealerships. I will be back for another car when I have to return my other non-BMW car in to the leasing company in a few months. My sales guy Garfield was honest, patient and super laid back. I cant speak highly enough about him. Im not one to post reviews often. Happy to be able to give great feedback on this one!

Nice waiting room, great choice of food and drink. Went in for oil/filter change and AC repair, didnt have a ride so I told them I would wait at the dealership. They were very nice and were able to get everything completed quickly, I was waiting only an hour or two which I was expecting. Thorough job and inspection which they will record and share as a video for you. They gave a great carwash before I picked it up. Car looks good, X5 50i
Very nice place for service with concierge services, made an appointment for an oil change but it was still over two hours to complete.
I called BMW roadside assistance when the tire went flat. I was on the Highway on the side of the road. They said that they would hurry to get the truck there because it was in a dangerous location with cars driving by on the highway. I was told it would be within the hour. It took over 4 hours for a tow truck to come! I had to leave the vehicle there. They towed the vehicle to Fields. The tire took a day to arrive and then they replaced it. They were unable to drop it off that day. I had to wait another day to get the vehicle and was told that it would be delivered by 9:30am. They did not drop the vehicle off until 10:15. Very poor experience and very poor time management by the dealer and BMW. I’ve had better service from my Genesis dealership.

BMW service advisor was very helpful in explaining the repair issues with diagnostic photos to show the exact problem why my tire pressure TPMS system control malfunctioned.I was also given the best cost of repair options to fix the damaged metal prongs inside the RDC module connector port.I like to thank Service Specialist Brandon for this precise diagnostic and repair report.
Vehicle experienced a severe coolant loss. Tow service appeared within 25 minutes. Omid provided timely updates on the technicians findings.. Vehicle was repaired quickly and near-future required annual maintenance was performed. Price was reasonable. All aspects of this engagement were handled perfectly.
Although my past experiences have been pleasant, lately I’m unable to get anyone to pick up the phone or give a call back. BMW has too much of a reputation to not have operable phone lines. This is my 2nd week calling back to back, leaving messages with no response. I’ve enjoyed my BMW, but can honestly say I’ve never had to experience the lack of customer service with other luxury dealerships and for that reason alone I want to switch back.
Brandon was great! We talked through my service options and he was very helpful, as always. The car is running great and the service was fairly quick for what was done. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle.
This dealership never disappoints. We have purchased many vehicles from this dealership in the passed and today we purchased another one. Tyler Coffman was our sales consultant and he was amazing!!! He was patient, kind, and knew a ton about vehicles. We also did our easy negotiating with the manager, Dave Bills, who is awesome. We closed out our deal with Rhonda in finance who was very personable and knowledgeable. Field BMW doesn’t compare to the other luxury car dealerships in the area which is why we keep coming back. I highly recommend them.
The service team at Fields made everything easy from start to finish. I was provided a loaner vehicle. While the team had my car I received video messages regarding the progress of the work they had completed.The best service visits are the uneventful ones. And the only events I experienced at Fields were positive ones.

I’m always disappointed in Fields. It doesn’t matter which one I goto. The one in Lakeland sold me a car with a cracked rim and a bent rim. They ignored it till the pre-owned warranty ran out.Every time I go back they seem to find more problems. Last time I came out with more issues than I came in. Their definitely looking to make money off of you. Now since I took it in the A/C blows not as cold. Avoid them at all costs.

Follow-up/change of review here: I took my BMW in for an oil change and warranty service about a week ago. When I got it back in was low/empty on coolant by that weekend. After topping it off, it was empty again after only a few hours. I tried to call my service rep (Omid), but was told he was busy. I left a detailed message with one of the other associates about the issue and was told he would give Omid the message and have him call me back as soon as possible. After not receiving a call back I left a poor review, feeling that I was ignored and not worth following up with. But, Omid and Richard (the service manager) followed up first thing in the morning to find out what was going on. Seems the message was not properly relayed to Omid, which while was frustrating was understandable. What was really amazing is that Richard and Omid crushed it when they found out what was going on. They had a tow truck to my place to pick up my car within an hour, they sent an Uber pick me up, and got me all set up with Hertz by the end of the day. Richard and Omid really did an outstanding job and completely proved me wrong in my initial assessment, wish more dealerships were this great, but glad I found this one and that they followed up. Future business outlook...100% certain.

Customer Service is not the same as I remember it being; when my wife and I arrived to pick up our car, we were not greeted by our Service Advisor with an interest in letting us know what service(s) had been done on our vehicle.We were told to go over to the cashier. When we arrived at the cashiers desk, there was no warm greeting, it was as if we were bothering her and on top of that she couldnt find our paperwork and didnt apologize for holding us up.After the cashier called Brandon over to ask if he had the paperwork, it was only then that Brandon said a pleasant remark to us. This isnt the first time we have had this experience. There is no friendliness anymore.
Fields charged me $189 for an alignment that was not performed. They wrote excuses on the invoice as to why they couldnt perform the alignment but still charged me full price. I told them Im a traveling bio medical tech who has to drive 703 miles to Huntsville Alabama to service medical equipment in the Huntsville Healthcare system and I need a proper alignment before I drive out of state. They assured me it would be done. The alignment was not performed and I was given excuses about tires that have been on the vehicle without issue for more than 5,000 miles till I hit a deep pothole which messed up the alignment. Tried the Old come down and let our service manager drive your car and he can give you his professional opinion. They just want to sell me new tires before they do the alignment. Shop here at your own risk. Btw its the same dealership I bought the car from, expected better and didnt get it.
Ive brought 3 different BMWs to Fields over the course of 15 years for various different types of service. Ive always had a great experience. Communication, speed of service and courtesy have been impeccable every single time.

White glove service as one expects from Fields. However the new multi-point inspection live video showing condition under the vehicle is pretty special. Very satisfied!
Dissatisfied with service advisor allowing a false statement to be entered into my service ticket: customer # 130858 unit CD55783. False Statement: “16774 upon inspection technician noticed there is a chip in the wheel right next to the BMW logo. It appears the previous shop where the vehicle was taken to for service damaged the wheel. Shop Foreman inspected and confirmed findings.” This is not true and when I mentioned it to the service advisor he stated “why should I doubt the shop foreman.” To me the service advisor is calling me a liar because I explained to him that there in an issue with the wheel corrosion and it was also observed by tire the shop service representative prior to touching my car with me as witness standing there inspecting my tires before service. Your service advisor didn’t just notice a chip as stated. As for the shop Foreman at BMW he did not speak to me about his findings prior to opting to write the statement that is not true. This is not a chip because its corroding from the inside out. My statement to them regarding being present with tire shop during inspection was disregarded and they make assumptions as to what happened. To me the shop Foreman did not do a complete inspection because he should have noticed the issue with the wheel is not a chip. Also from the very start of my visit it seems the service advisor was more focused on the vehicle recall then the issue I was having with my dashboard lights and lcd screen blacking out which was the reason why I made the service appointment.
The service that Chris and BMW provided was fast and efficient. The new lounge area is very comfortable and I was able to work remotely with no issues. The cafe staff was also very friendly and efficient.
It’s the little things for me that reminds me why I drive BMW and always will. My service advisor Glenn was excellent and made regular contact with me keeping me in the loop of the progress. They have the ultimate driving machines with their vehicles and the ultimate service experience with how they treat customers!
Unfortunately I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at the BMW Winter Park location. As soon as I entered the service center, no staff members thought it was necessary to direct me on where to go. When I was finally addressed by a representative, I was taken inside to talk to an advisor and was told there are two people in front of me, despite having an appointment and was told that “I can wait” . I patiently sat in the waiting area for my advisor to be ready to help me. Finally, my advisor was able to take me and proceeded to have commentary in regards to the services that I needed done that were not warranted or professional. After I dropped off my car, I called later on in the day to see the status of my vehicle and was told that my advisor would call me back. I never got a call back and had to call the facility again a half hour later. The only point and time that a staff was in a professional and polite demeanor was when I got the video of my inspection check (the gentleman was very thorough and kind) and when they were walking me to the cashier to pay. I have never had such a bad experience at any car dealership and definitely did not expect such a terrible experience from a well know and prestigious company. I do not see myself coming to this location again.
While my experience with this dealership was seamless and great from start to finish it was after the purchase and on my 2 hour drive home that I noticed the car was pulling heavily to the right and having vibrations at 75+ mph.I notified my Sales rep who advised me that alignments arent checked on off brand vehicles.If thats true why sell them at all on your lot?Honestly, I really chose this vehicle because it was coming off the BMW lot. I felt confident a complete inspection would be done.I had to pay $108 for an alignment. While Im enjoying my new to me vehicle this is something that should have been checked prior to selling the vehicle.If it wasnt for this... it would have been an easy 5 star rating...

Absolute highway robbery on parts and supplies. In a pinch, Fields charged $28/qt for BMW coolant, that goes for $8 from other sources. $58 for a part that lists for $38. All OEM BMW parts compared. One time. Never again. Great staff, however.

Marco service advisor was amazing!!!! Everyone was super friendly! The service department is beautiful with furnishing and refreshments! The valet service when my car was given to me is very attentive. When I was walking to my car one of the geniuses asked if I had any questions on the car and came right over and helped me with any questions I had. Everyone made me feel very luxurious just like my BMW. Only thing I might say is maybe have more availability for loaners. Other than that I am very satisfied!

Our service advisor Marco was great. Informed us every step of the way as to what was the issue and how it was being resolved. No loaner cars were avail but quickly got us into a rental. Rental company picked me up from dealership in no time we were on our way.
Love my car, but the customer experience in service is a big let down! Big beautiful showroom, but have people sitting on top of each other like this is Ford or Mitsubishi. Take a page from Lexus or Audi and give two thoughts to what your customers want in a waiting area. And dont let me get started on the 20 loaners a day policy. Once again, no concern for your customers.
My wife bought a car here in April 2018 and I’ve been bringing it in on her behalf for scheduled services since then. Normally I would avoid all dealerships and do any maintenance myself, but the car is still under factory warranty. I was setup with Michael Abney on my first service visit and have always been helped by Michael Abney since. This guy is honest, friendly, and genuinely wants to help in anyway he can. If his boss is reading this, he deserves a raise or a beer. I’ve had many unfortunate experiences at other BMW dealerships back west and avoid them when I can, but feel very comfortable knowing Mike is there to assist and always looking out for our best interests. Wife is planning on getting a newer model in the next year and will definitely be getting it from Fields Winter Park. THANKS MIKE!
The service is great! Omid is very professional and friendly. The place is nice and clean. My car finished earlier than expect.
If you want to be ripped off go to fields bmw. If all you need is an oil change you can be sure to walk out of there with a bill thats four times higher than what you authorized. Theyll give you a invoice to look at and approve thats at least half and in my case 60% less than what they will actually charge you. And if you read the fine print it says that your bill might vary a little compared to what theyve quoted you. I guarantee you 60% up charge is not a little. Bought several cars from them fired them last year for incompetence. Will never use their service again. Completely, utterly, disgusted, by this will never use them again.
Just leased a new M440 from Fields BMW in Winter Park. Absolutely fantastic experience from start of the process through delivery. Justin made the sales experience seamless and the sales and finance managers were great to work with as well.
I was traveling from New York and had a urgent tire issue. Although I didn’t get a chance to book an appointment, Garrison, an attendant, immediately took me in and personally ushered the paperwork through and made sure I was taken cared of. I am tremendously grateful for his quick-minded, extremely helpful assistance. He certainly saved the day.
Kevin my service provider, was a shining knight in terms of navigating me through with excellent advice regarding my BMW vehicles needs and all was done seamlessly which gratefully had me at ease through a modest and reasonable repair process.

Once again I had the pleasure of bringing our BMW 540i in for service at Fields in Winter Park. What a great experience. My Service Advisor, Jay, was professional and informative regarding everything from the service process to the amount of time I would be waiting. Everything worked out as planned and I even enjoyed some breakfast at the customer lounge cafe. What a very nice dealership!

Came in with 3 options of what I knew I wanted. Majed (Magic) didnt waste my time. He put me in the models I was interested in and walked me through their massive parking garage full of inventory. All I had to do was point out which model had the features I wanted and he would grab the key for a test drive. Quick and efficient.
Service representative was diligent and kept me informed. While unfortunate that parts were delayed that was not the fault of the dealership. They made sure car was tested for long trip home before releasing it to me.
Fields BMW is an absolutely fantastic organization that puts people first. From the detail department to the service and sales departments, I am always provided quality customer service. I recommend Josh Janz in the service department if you need to bring your car in. Josh takes care of his clients by consistently keeping them updated on the status of their vehicle while it’s being serviced. He’s also incredible personable and kind. If you are seeking to purchase a new vehicle, I recommend Steve Tolar. Mr. Tolar’s electric personality and awesome customer service will ensure you get in the BMW for you. Jacob was amazing to work with. This was my first experience purchasing the car from out of state, and Jacob provided me the confidence I needed that I was making a good decision with a great organization. Their was a lot of communication during the process and up to my arrival for pick-up. I defiantly would look at Fields BMW Winter Park for future vehicle purchases.
I have been a BMW owner for over 10 years and unfortunately a part of being a BMW owner is dealing with their horrible customer service. I will have to say that this BMW location has been by far the worse in customer service I have ever experienced. From parts to service to valets. I don’t know if this location is just very overwhelmed with customers or they just don’t care about customers once you own your car because basically what are you going to do. You have to service your car, right?! I have provided feedback about my experience with them directly to management only for their feedback to be excuses and the next experience to be worse than the previous one. It’s very disappointing because I want to continue leasing from BMW because I enjoy the cars but I just don’t know how to deal with such horrible service know nothing will be improved.
April Schwartz was an absolute pleasure to deal with on all levels. She was professional, courteous and took her time in all aspects of the transaction. She was very accommodating and once the deal was completed she took the time to show us all of the tiny details inside out new BMW. I would give her my absolute highest recommendation
Very dissatisfy with the way they proceed when I was angry. I do want to say that i was trying to get a rental and did not have the insurance information needed. I was my fault, but I was angry because I had the information of the insurance and the policy number my name was not in it but I had a separate email that had my name on it but it was last years coverage. I know that was not the information necessary and I understand they were not able to give me the car that was my fault and I apologized, but that was not the problem.The problem was that after me being mad that i was not able to get my car I asked to speak with the manager in the car loan department. The girls at the loaner desk did a great job and I was clearly mad. They handle it great. The problem was we I went to speak with the manager. He just stayed sited and barely said hi to me a paying customer. Then he immediately started telling we cant give you the car before even trying to have a conversation with me. He never offer me to have a sit never asked me for my name. I understand he is busy. I really busy as well but i will never treat one of my customers like that.FYI - Mary in the cafe is amazing!!!!!! Its great to talk to her always very happy
Very happy and pleased with the service today. Based on the amount of work that was done. They got everything done with in early afternoon. I am a satisfied customer!

My BMW was in for maintenance. I had an overall great experience. Michael Abney (service advisor) kept me I formed of my vehicle’s progress and it was returned extremely clean.
The staff here has always been very attentive courteous and accommodating. They make a routine task seem special highly recommend.
