RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Called to make an appointment. After several tries someone finally answers. (They barely answer calls). Owner is extremely rude. Has zero customer service skills. Tried to make an appointment and she literally screams at me, then she hangs up on me.No wonder she runs so many Groupon specials. With this personality I would never visit this place.Try calling them and I guarantee you will have same results.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely unwelcoming. I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage here a year ago, I’ve been trying to get an appointment for a year after leaving messages with no call back and when actually getting through there’s nothing ever available. It’s mind boggling they have anyone going back. I’m not sure why they offer groupons if they are going to talk down to you and reprimand you for trying to get an appointment with one. I was told it was my fault I hadn’t used it even after explaining I didn’t feel safe for several months of the Groupon in the middle of a pandemic and was spoken to so incredibly unprofessionally. Don’t waste your time, energy or money.

I have been going there for over 20 years. Renee is wonderful and helpful in anyway she can. Her staff is great, she only hires the best!! Everyone has a different style and does different types of massage. She has been in business for over 20 years and keeps it going with great service and superb staff!!

Best place in Winter Park, great deals and monthly specials. They have many therapists and are open 6 days a week. Give them a try you will love it!!

The owner is very rude. We were running 15 minutes late due to an accident on I-4 that caught us up for 30 minutes. I kept calling to inform them as I know how important timeliness is. When I finally got through the owner Renee made me feel really bad about the delay, even though I had zero control. She said they had to think about their other clients - which I totally understand. I expected that out massage would be a little less to accommodate the lateness. What I didn’t expect was the rudeness and sarcasm with which I was spoken to. It put us in a place where we didn’t even want to stay because how could we relax. I guess she didn’t care because I had a groupon deal and she gets her money whether I stayed or not. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, EVEN WITH THE GROUPON DEAL!

8/2/20 called impromptu and was able to book a EXCELLENT Deep Tissue massage with Shayla. I’ll be back!!!

Ive never had a massage before and want to say that I recommend getting one to anybody. The atmosphere creates such a sense of relaxation and my masseuse was very calm and made me feel very comfortable. The prices seem very reasonable to me. Dont forget to tip 15% - 20%!

My wife and I received a gift certificate for a couples massage from my son for Christmas. We went on Valentines Day and it was great!! Both therapists were experienced, on time, professional and listened to the areas we wanted them to focus on. I wanted special attention to my legs and my wife wanted the upper shoulders and neck. We are going to buy a package of 3 massages each because not only was the service great but the prices are very reasonable and we want to support local businesses as well. Attempting to make an appointment is next to impossible with the front desk. They cut you off mid-sentance then proceed to over talk you as you try to understand the services. They don’t tell you up front that they need your card info or they won’t book the appointment so when you tell them you don’t want to do that then they hang up. I called back again to tell them I don’t feel comfortable giving that over the phone so they over talk you again and say to just make the payment online. It’s obviously their only concern is money and not customer loyalty. I advise to go else where to a company that will let you talk about your type of massage you are needing and try to get you in the door rather than closing it in your face.

I discovered Central Florida Massage Clinics through a Living Social deal and have been going there for a monthly massage for over a year now. The staff is very nice and the massages are really relaxing but the therapists do work out any knots you have to make you feel better. They keep checking on the pressure constantly and really want you to be comfortable. They have very affordable prices and making appointments over the phone is no longer an issue since they recently expanded their offices and hired a full time receptionist. I highly recommend them.

Bought my wife and mom a groupon...They loved the facility, said it was very cute and welcoming. The prices are awesome and we will be buying direct from the facility going forward! The staff is very inviting and pleasant. Seems much more educated than they typical spas. The massage was very relaxing and helped my wife with a old shoulder injury!! She will be back, very soon!!

Wow... one year later, I had the exact same experience as the other user who wrote a review. I bought the deal from LivingSocial. Have been trying to schedule an appointment for a week now. I called every single day multiple times a day Monday to Friday, sometimes there is a voice mail, sometimes no voice mail at all. I left multiple messages on different days WITH MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER and never got any calls back. Its a scam. Do not buy any deals from this business!!!!

One reason this place is getting three stars vs the one star I wanted to give it, and that’s because I got a refund. So my friend and I booked a couples massage on Groupon. We called to make our first appointment on March 4th. I called them the day of to confirm, and they said they didn’t have us on the schedule. I asked them to look for my appointment, and they found it on April 4th. I was pretty positive I didn’t mess up, because I’m normally good with that kind of thing..but I didn’t get upset because we all make mistakes and it really could have been me who misspoke. So...I rescheduled for March 10th. About three hours prior to our appointment, they called and cancelled saying that the massage therapist had an emergency. Okay....fine. We rescheduled again for April 7th. On the day of, I called to confirm and no one was answering. Over three hours, I called about 6x trying to reach someone; I didn’t want to waste my time going over there for no reason. I event left a voicemail with my contact info. Finally, my friend and I decided just to go shop in the area, and we stopped by to try to confirm our appointment during the shopping. The girl, “Ampi” told us we were not on the schedule. I asked her to look again, cus this time I was positive I had the right date and time. She said we weren’t in the books at all. To top it off, they redeem your Groupon over the phone, so if I had called Groupon to get a refund, to them it would have looked like services were already rendered. I asked Ampi for a refund, and she told me to call Groupon. I was upset, and she started to get extremely rude and unprofessional. She was fighting giving me her managers full name, and then when I asked for a business card, her managers full name was on it anyway. After twenty or so minutes of trying to get this girl to work with me, and her contradicting herself numerous times...I asked her to hand write me a note and sign it, confirming that she told me her manager would get me a full refund. I was sure it was going to be a horrible experience with the manager as well, but she did call me and get me the refund from Groupon within a few days. Either way, I will never do business with this company again. Ampi is their front desk worker who is extremely unprofessional and lacks knowledge about the company. I can’t confirm by name who I tried to schedule my appointments with, but if it was someone other than her, then they have multiple incompetent employees.

We used to live in Orlando so we bought a groupon deal a while back. You always have to call and leave a message and play phone tag back and forth. We came back for a vacation to visit family and friends and decided to finally use our deal. The locations seemed to be decent, receptionist wasnt all that nice. But that didnt matter to much for us, we were there for a massage. I would have to say that was the worst massage ever, I asked her to be firm with me and she barely touched me, her technique was not good at all. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. P.S. Just read the review that the owner responded, rub the meanness out of you really??? that is poor customer service especially for the owner.

Best Massage EVER! Went for a couples massage with my husband, the location was not close to us but WORTH THE DRIVE! Excellent service, nice staff. Bought a groupon for it, no problem redeeming it. Needless to say I will be a regular there. Prices are reasonable too. I would go without a groupon. We had a great time the frangrances in the oil were outstanding and they wrapped warm towels on your feet for an extra touch. SO GOOD!

Unfortunately, our experience was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had from a spa. From start to finish, it was simply baffling. We purchased a couples massage on Groupon and we scheduled our couples massage weeks in advance. 2 hours prior to our appointment time, they called and informed us that they had double booked and had to cancel our massage. When I asked to speak with a manager to see how this could have happened (as we were so excited to be getting massages that day), I was told a manager was not there and they would have her call me when she returned on Monday. A week passed and I never heard from that manager. We were offered free aromatherapy with our rescheduled massage for the inconvenience. We rescheduled our massage for the following week. When we arrived, we were brought to a large room where each of our beds were SO far away from each other, it didnt feel at all like the romantic couples massage we have been used to at other establishments. After the first 15 minutes, I began to realize that they had ONE song playing on a loop. The song had birds chirping in the background and after a while, it was all I could focus on. We had purchased a Swedish massage and my massage therapist was so rough on me it felt like a sports massage. Literally, the worst and most painful massage Ive ever had. I had just told him that I was looking for a massage for relaxation and I have never been so tense during a massage in my life (and I can take a lot of pressure). At one point I jumped and had to yell Too much!! to get him to realize he was practically crushing me. My wife had the exact opposite happening on her far FAR side of the room. Her massage therapist massaged her so lightly, it did nothing for her tension/knots. She whispered odd things in my wifes ear and while doing so, released a strong smell of cigarettes in my wifes face. She then proceeded to douse her hair with massage oil -- not because she was massaging her scalp. She literally rubbed massage oil in her hands and just ran it through her hair. The staff was friendly so there was no issue with them as people but the service was simply terrible. My wife and I use Groupon to explore places we may not have heard of and then continue services with them if we are satisfied. We did the same with our acupuncturist and Reiki Master who both turned out to be amazing and now were paying for full sessions with them after the Groupon sessions ran out. We bought two Groupon sessions for Central Florida Massage Clinics and we dont even want to use the second one. Its too bad this was our experience -- especially since so many seemed to have a great experience. It feels odd to be compelled to write this review today but that is how terrible the experience was for us. We will not be returning to nor recommending Central Florida Massage Clinics to anyone
