Camille the dog trainer is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond for her students and truly loves her job. I have people tell me all the time how well behaved my dog is and I always tell them is all because of our trainer Camille! We had a scary moment today when our dog was let out of our yard unknowingly. I ran to the front of my house and screamed my dogs name and told him to COME. He immediately ran back to me and thats all because our trainer taught us how to implement that command! THANK YOU!!!!

RUN FROM HERE IF YOU ARE HERE FOR GROOMING. Let me start by saying they used to be great and every grooming just seemed to go a little downhill. I’ve been bringing my dog here since she was 10 weeks old and everything was great until about 3 months ago. I brought my 13 year old in only to find out his whole paw pad was cut open and glued back together without taking him to the vet. Today I took my 1 year old in when I came to pick her up she looked awful not one spot on her body was even. I took her back and the groomer Melissa who has cut her multiple times before tried to tell me she was just too hard to groom then grabbed her out of my arms in the rudest manner. First of all if it’s your fault my dog doesn’t look good and you just gave up on her because she’s too hard to groom why would you grab her in the manner you did. Let me add that she also proceeded to ask multiple people if she was hard to groom and not one person answered. My dog has also not once had feedback claiming she is hard to groom it’s always the opposite and she’s super easy and lovable. After she grabbed her and made a big deal about blending her in I told her forget it I’ll fix it myself. I walked out to the car to finish looking at her only to find her neck having 3 cuts on it. I took her inside spoke to the manager and she was taken back to Banfield. The outcome was a round of antibiotics and cream. At the end of the day Banfield and the store it’s self are amazing but stay away from grooming if you want a nice and peaceful visit because it doesn’t happen. I won’t be returning especially not to Melissa.

Training with Camile has been great! I recommend her to everyone looking to train their dog.

I love browsing this location. The store is always clean and inviting. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My favorite area is fish and aquarium. I would give them a 5 star if they had a larger selection of fish. Otherwise, a relaxing place to walk around.

The grooming salon is disappointing for a cat owner. Today was the last time Ill take my cat there. As you can see in the pictures, I picked him up still soaking wet and not brushed. I was called and told he was ready for pick up, but he wasnt. Also, the cat groomer called out the day before, so I had to reschedule. This was, overall, an awful experience.

Love the grooming department here. Pets were so happy with their new dos. You can find every style of food.

Amber in the pet grooming salon was very professional. She was able to give educated information and advice. I will definitely suggest this Petsmart to everyone.

What a great bunch of people. The staff were all pleasant and happy. Also, when I asked the trainer a question, I received a very thorough and thoughtful response. It was also evident how much he cared for animals and understood them.

I made an appointment for my dog with the grooming salon. If you know the salon is packed on Saturdays, common sense would be to let customers know that before they leave. I brought my dog up here and he was there for 2 hours. Nothing was done. He looks the same. What’s the point of having an appointment if he’s not being groomed at that exact time. It’s always an issue and the only reason I keep coming back is because they don’t have dog restrictions.

Great place to take your pet or to just shop for them. My kid loves looking at all the pets that are there to look at and wish to take everyone of them home.

Great service, all the cashiers were very polite. I would definitely recommend coming here to buy feeder insects and other pet necessities.

Usually clean (remember, they do allow dogs and cats in store and they do make messes). Staff has always been very friendly, greets you as you come in. They also hold adoption events with local rescues on the weekends. They sell a variety of pocket pets and birds. They also have cats in the store that are available for adoption.

Its ok, hit or miss with the fish selection but looks like they redid the whole thing so hopefully better days ahead. the tanks now look sparkling clean and healthy. prices a bit high but i guess that is to be expected. for equipment id probably get it from amazon unless you need it badly.

A good place to please your pets. Customer service is very good. I came here looking for some snacks and other ways to entertain my dog ​​and I found what I was looking for.

We get our pup groomed here. They do an excellent job everytime!

Just went to pick up a curbside order for 1 bag of cat food. Logged into the app to let them know that I was there and sat in the curb side spot for 15 minutes and no one came out. I then called the phone number and it rang for over 3 minutes with no answer. I thought they must be busy so I decided to walk in and get it so they don’t have to come out. 4 employees were standing by the cash register talking to each other with no customers in sight. I chose curbside for convenience and time efficiency, but won’t be back to this Petsmart because of their incompetence.

Always neat and full of adorable animals. The staff here is always abundant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The groomers are so sweet and absolutely amazing with our furry family member and treats them all like they are theirs. Making an appointment online is fast and easy. No hidden fees and there are so many different products for all types of animals.

I like shopping here lots of great stuff but have found that you need to check the online price before you go to checkout. Several times online was cheaper which the store always matched but I hate that I have to check everytime.

The shop had wonderfully helpful staff. Helped us find everything we needed and to find an equivalent when we couldnt.

Its a treat being able to take our dog Eeyore into PetSmart. The dog enjoys it and they have everything you need. We mainly use the Banfield inside this PetSmart and have the wellness plan which is worth it if you are using Banfield as your vet. The vet staff is always very pleasant and nice to work with. They all seem like pet lover too so its comforting knowing your pet is in good hands. Our dog doesnt even dread coming to the vet here. As for Pets art, theyve had everything we need while we are there, only complaint is they are not as cheap as Chewy for a lot of things

Today was my first time visiting this PetSmart because I scheduled for my puppy to have her first grooming. Shaina, her groomer, was AWESOMEEEEEEE!! She was great with my puppy Sasha and Sasha liked her too 🐕! Shaina even went the extra mile to decorate Sashas hair with two pink bows 😍😍!! Sasha and I will definitely be back again for Sashas next grooming!! Thank you so much Shaina 🌞🌞🌞 The other members of staff were also very friendly and helpful during my shopping experience.

We took our 2 dogs to get groomed and the groomer sliced one of our dogs under his belly with a ten blade. The groomer proceeded to withhold information from us refusing to tell us it was her fault and what was wrong with him. They took him to the vet to get skin glue and antibiotics. The groomer was very unprofessional in the time of crisis and insisted the cut was there before. Will not be returning for future services.

I’ve brought my cat to the cat groomer on several occasions and they’ve always done a wonderful job. I’m understanding that cats naturally do not like the blow dryer therefore it’s unrealistic to expect them to be completely dry, but I highly recommend the grooming salon.

Worst PetSmart Ive ever been to. Nobody wants to help with anything and respond with a sigh. Cant even provide a bowl with water for my dog thats panting lol. Close it down

Grooming service is quite disorganized in terms of line handling. When picking up your pet you have to wait in line, then you get an order, bring it to checkout at the opposite end of the store, then go back, maybe wait in line again, then wait inside for someone decides to bring you your animal. I dont know what they optimizer, but its definitely not customers time and experience.Also they returned our kitty wet and still with some fur clots.

I truly only come to this store because of Hannah. She always knows what will be best for my dog. She is super friendly and bubbly. My family and I love her!

Trina is absolutely amazing, she really knows her stuff about about animal care. She helped us get everything we needed for our fish tank. The cashier was fabulous as well. Super kind and helpful.

Since I didnt wear a mask they treated me like I was a Karen. Never went over my pets visit with me, an when they told me mask up or curb side pick up I choose curb side which they didnt like. I signed up with Banfield because it was suppose to be 30$ a month. Got my second bill from them at $58.43? Yall work for the customers, we pay the company for a service which in then pays you. Do your job right or go flip burgers.

I brought my Lab in for a skin rash and was given antibiotics for two weeks. The rash cleared up but has come back a month later. I called Petsmart to ask for another prescription of antibiotics and was told I would have to make another appointment and pay for a visit again. In the past, Vets would simply write a new prescription for you but now they want to recharge you for a whole new visit when they didnt fix the issue the first time. They just want to price gouge you. I will take my dogs to Affordable Vet care in Winter Garden for better care at a better price.

Great store, staff, and variety of products

Not a good place to get cat grooming done. When making an online appointment. Website will give time slots that this petsmart wont do. There reason is high volume so they only do appointment, i guess in the morning. So why have time slot til 6pm that is listed online but not have this service on the weekend for people that work during the week. Also there other answer for not taking cats that late was it would stress them out. Sure but why have the service for super small dogs then, cause i have seen multiple time they get just as nervous.

There are a few very good dog groomers here which is why I go out of my way to frequent the store but the overall store operation is lackluster. Prepare to look around for help and wait in line awhile. They could do with a self checkout line, especially when there’s only one cashier and a long line.

Don’t take your pet here to get groomed. I took my golden here for just a bath as her usual groomer was booked all month so I thought why not try petsmart?? This will definitely be my first and last time here. After her bath, she came home wet and she had a cut on the top of her head.When I reached out to the manager regarding this issue she said I my dog probably did this to herself and that she would look over the footage back to the date of the visit. Yet, never received a call back for her after she reviewed the footage. Very shady. Definitely lost my business.

The isles are not clearly marked had to go up and down to find the items I needed. Staff was pleasant.

They carry speciality pet foods and have a big variety to chose from. They usually have pet adoptions on Saturdays, which is fun to go and see the fur babies!

NEVER AGAIN!!! I took our collie in to get a coconut bath, brush and trim. I asked the groomer to trim out knots but do not cut his hair. I arrived 4 1/2 hours after I dropped him off and looked in the trimming area and that is about when I had to do everything I could do to not get too angry. What was supposed to be a brushing turned in to a poodle cut. Then I quickly noticed that he was hung up so tightly on the grooming table he could barely breath and was in complete pain and fear. This pup is not aggressive at all and has been to two other petsmart groomers whom he loves and they adore him just as much so they had no reason nor any explanation for this action on him.Overall, avoid this grooming location if you have any love or respect for you pup!!!

I went into petsmart looking for food that would help my dog gain weight. As soon I walked in there John the manager was there to help me. He helped me find great deals and answered all my questions. By that I mean he actually took the time to help me and didn’t rush to get it over with even though he was busy. Thank you John! There was also a young lady who was working the front register. I didn’t get her name but she’s so sweet. I hope you know who I’m talking about lol. Thank you so much!

I used to go here when I was younger to get food for my old dog, and it had everything he needed. Nice store honestly. I dont know if they have kittens for adoption or not, since I havent had time to drive there to see if they do.

My favorite place to buy food and toys for our 4-legged best friend .... Kind people willing to give their best advice and recommendations. The Bantfield Clinic and Grooming place are also at our disposal.

There are two Petsmart in my location, this is the only location that is overly friendly like during my interaction they all go above and beyond of what you expect from a pet store. I like going her and its well stocked and you get to see beautiful pets.

I had been to three different pet stores none as helpful as pet smart. Was able to tell me what the fish needed and how to add new fish and what was safe for my other fish. The guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though its out of my way I will definitely go back.

Can always find a great deal on Scooby snacks. The grooming services are always a blessing. Covid safe precautions a definite plus!

This PetSmart is awesome! Every time I come in, the employees are super friendly and helpful. I had an experience recently where they had run out of the food that I usually buy for my cat and a manager was more than happy to go into the inventory system to check if there were any other stores nearby that had it.In addition, PetSmart price-matches everything in store with other major stores such as Chewy.com or Petco. All you have to do is show them at checkout and they adjust it right there without them having to call a manager over or anything. It’s great!

This place is horrible and its full of liars.The groomers cut my 5lb Maltese severely and I had to pay well over $200 to get him stitched up.Aside from the fact that they gave my dog an ear infection and I had to pay for that.Then the manager told me theyd pay me back for all the vet visits that they cost me A YEAR AGO.Dont EVER take your pet even remotely near this place.Youve been warned.

BEWARE! They butchered my parents dog! He has cuts on multiple spots on his back. They didn’t even have the decency to say anything to us! The wounds got infected and we had to take him to the vet. The poor thing is still suffering. If you don’t have the skills to perform such services, then DON’T. We will no longer be going to PetSmart for grooming EVER again!

Went in the buy some milkbones for my puppy and decided it be best to price match to Walmart. The older man working the cash register was extremely unprofessional and judgemental on our price match, saying sarcastic comments such as “yeah since we have it at such an exuberant price” and “I need a phone number before doing anything for you”. I wish I had taken down his name but I just wanted to leave. Horrible customer service and a bad experience.
