My wife paid $79.99 for a 5qt Synthetic-Blend (not Full Synthetic) oil change. I can buy 5 qt of mobile 1 Full Synthetic oil for $24 and spend another $10 on a filter. You mean to tell me you’re charging about $50 in labor for a 30 min job?I called and asked how much a Full Synthetic oil change would be. The guy responded with $99.99 and laughed because he knows how ridiculous that is.Stay away and do it yourself. Lesson learned.Update in response to Jiffy Lube: instead of comparing yourselves to others, be better and offer competitive pricing. This job can be done for less then $35 for Full Synthetic.

Pricing on engine air filters is outrageous for an 2018 Ford F-250 ($86.99)Truck had its engine air filter changed only 10k miles previously at Valvoline right down the road from you for $49.99 and was quoted even lower elsewhere. Feel like our company was taken advantage of and will cut ties on services going forward. Not going to make an extra buck off of us anymore.

The staff was friendly and very professional. A Nice energy between the staff working together to move people in and out quick. They were Very friendly and clearly communicated when offering options available for my vehicle. I felt they enjoyed being there and that my business was wanted. Highly recommend and will return to this location specifically for all future oil changes.

Great service here. My battery died while getting an oil change and they worked hard to get it up and going and were patient while I called the dealership to check on a warranty status. They didnt have my air filter in stock but ordered one from AutoZone and had it brought over before finishing the rest of my service

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile now. Seen a lot of managers and employees come and go. My last 2 visits have been the best I’ve ever had, all by the gentleman named Sean and his team. He’s kept me well informed about my car, doesn’t pressure me, doesn’t trick me, doesn’t take advantage of me cause I don’t know anything about cars. He’s actually given me a lot of knowledge and things to look for. He’s made me laugh and feel very welcome to be there. I’ve had a few friends go see him as well ( He told me he was there every Sunday) They’ve also really enjoyed his professionalism! Truly one of a kind person you don’t get very often.

I should have asked how much for the service. I thought this was a inexpensive oil change quick in stay in your car out. Not cheap at all.

I’ve been to a lot of different places, going after the best deals or what I have a coupon for. This was my first time ever going to a Jiffy Lube. I was taken aback, between the speed of service, the honesty and care that you can feel from them, to the service rep, I forgot his name, he was tall, skinny and had a beard. I felt his care in his voice and the way he spoke to me. I didn’t feel like I was being lied to or trying to be sold something I didn’t need. I’ve never felt the way these guys made me feel today. I felt welcomed to be there. Appreciated from the whole that I chose them for my services. After today, I will never go to another place again. You guys have my loyalty all the way through. Thank you for having honest, trustworthy workers at this shop.

Quick and friendly service. They were proactive about making sure I was ready to be back on the road. Showed me my filters. Checked my lights. Filled my windshield washer fluid without me asking.

Went for an oil change, and ended up having to go back because the plastic cowling in the front right was not replaced correctly. Had to go back to have them try to fix it, to which they remembered that my car had an issue with this, but had never mentioned it to me. They tried fixing it with zip ties, which ultimately made my car make awful noises when turning left, and now the cowling is completely destroyed. Do not recommend going here if you value not having recurring car issues.

Pulled up to see only one of three employees with masks on. Man came right up to my window with no mask on, when asked to put one on he asked, “why?”, and said “I don’t have one”. I said Thanks but I’m going somewhere else, he rolled his eyes and said “whatever”. Do not recommend going to this place with ignorant employees. Went down the street to Take 5, everyone was masked, all employees were pleasant and they walked me through multiple options.

When my husband and I first pulled up, an older gentleman greeted us (later found out he was the manager) We mentioned we wanted normal oil, knowing our car takes the better stuff, we just couldn’t afford it at this time. When we told him what we wanted, he explained that our car needed synthetic and only that. My husband told him no we want the standard oil, he rolled his eyes and walked away. We almost left due to these actions and was going to write a bad review. Before we backed out, another employee came out and greeted us with a very welcoming manner. We don’t remember his name, but he had on a Chicago bears face-mask. He even made a joke to my husband about his team. In that instant, we chose to stay. We are so glad we did. This gentleman was very polite, mannered and respectful. Told us in a professional way about our car and the oil that was recommended. In no way did he make us feel any way for choosing a different oil. We just want to say thank you to this young man and his attitude. If it wasn’t for him we would have left and never came back due to the first guy that spoke to us.Thank you

He offered to get me something to drink, I asked if they had bottle of water. Unfortunately they didn’t. He took the liberty to go next door and buy me and my kids each a bottle of water. There is a reason these guys keep busy. They do a good job in a short amount of time. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star is that some of the guys need to pull that mask over the nose.

Everyone was very informative and quick to help. I knew I needed brakes before coming here, my car made a popping noise on my way home and I was worried. I Googled the closest brake service near me and drove there. Each employee was very friendly with keeping me informed on my vehicle plus keeping me company when another vehicle was not in service. Will definitely be coming back and suggest them anyone who needs help. Worth the money spent getting brakes changed.

One of THE best visits I’ve had in my years coming to this location. Don’t get me wrong, the last manager was ok. The tall skinny white guy that took care of me was phenomenal! Not only the best customer service I’ve had in a long time anywhere, he was also very genuine about the care for my vehicle. You can tell he enjoyed what he was doing. Not to mention it’s always nice when someone can make conversation with you, make you laugh, all while getting your car serviced. Thank you Jiffy lube for bringing this gentleman in. He was excellent all the way through the service. People like him are definitely hard to find! I will be back and make sure i tell a few fishing buddies

My last experience using a Groupon was very shady. Employees tried to sell me a higher value oil, which was never the case when I used Jiffy Lube before. After I left, I realized that the oil replaced was just for 3.000 miles, instead of the usual 5.000. Horrible experience, will not go back and tell everyone I know to be careful.

But below is my review on what I witnessed during my visit that made me very upset especially from what I hear are Managers on a higher level and should be ashamed of how they do things.Hello, Just to share a concern about my experience a week ago when I came by to get my oil change on Monday 2/3/2020. I brought In My wife’s vehicle for an oil change after researching a few places around Winter Garden.The vehicle is almost brand new it’s a 2019 it has 15,000 miles on its it’s 2nd oil change.The manager Joe was very kind, he greeted me with a smile along with another worker, I think his name was Jack (might be wrong),To get to what I witnessed “as this is only one thing that kind of frustrated me being a Manager at my place of work, and seeing that the 3 gentleman actually working on my vehicle there actually did a great job and even cleaned my car while I was standing outside watching my vehicle being serviced...There were two older guys (who seemed to be Managers ‘based on their demeanor towards the workers) standing around the garage on their cellphones most of the time, shouting demands (For example I literally heard one of the “higher ups” shout out “Transmission exchange recommended”A few moments later Joe brought me inside and went over my vehicles inspection (The inspection being one of the reason I found while I researched) asking about my transmission fluid (which he was told to recommend by ‘One of the Managers who were standing around’) only for us to go through the inspection and Joe telling me”Which I already knew” the car is practically brand new and that service is not even needed. Another thing I witnessed beyond the sad dishonesty from what I later found was actually a Higher up manager who runs several Jiffy lube locations; The workers who were clearly overwhelmed by the number of customers who were there at the time worked like a team throughout the unnecessary Stress I could see the two ‘Managers’... (I’m just guessing they were Higher managers but they were two bald guys if that helps any,) * no offenseI have been to this exact Jiffy lube with my car once before with my personal vehicle. My previous visit I recall putting in a review where I saw the team of guys laughing, smiling, talking to customers and the experience was enjoyable; they looked like they wanted to be there.Unfortunately last week my visit there made me disappointed to actually see these guys stressed, over worked and what seemed to be Micro-Managed by a few guys who care not about their Employees; literally told one of their employees to try or make a $100+ service on my wife’s brand new car.If I come back again, I can only hope this review changes something, and I also Hope the worker being Honest with me about what my vehicle needed and didn’t need gets some recognition along with the workers who did an awesome job that day.-David J .

Best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. They didnt take advantage of me being a female like other places have and try to sell you on everything. They test drove my car and walked me through issues and any possibile issues. Stanley was great and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for future services.

They acted like they didnt want to work on my car. They wouldnt listen to me. Prices for brakes are astronomically high. When I told them I had a GroupOn and they looked at me even more weird. If you dont like what you do then work somewhere else. $350 for brakes? They better be made of gold. I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

They were very nice and didn’t try to sell me 100 things I didn’t need. However, once again it’s another jiffy lube that claims to offer window washing and vacuuming as part of their oil change, yet that never happened. Then I notice that they didn’t properly log my mileage, therefore giving me a sticker to come back at 12,000 miles. My Kia has 93k miles! Wish they would pay more attention to detail and actually perform all services they advertise.

The management and staff here at this location always do a very professional job in making sure my car can make it there, safely and protected. Very timely, clean in the lobby and they always have coffee. My kind of place; I take both my cars there!

Second generation loyal customer to this location. They are always super friendly and ready to answer questions. Even went the extra mile by scraping out the crust and taking a vacuum to my oil system to clean the buildup from the missed oil changes. I can confidently change my owb oil but choose to get it done here. The service I receive here is always worth more than the money I could save

I went for an oil change that my wife had got a groupon for, $25, I also wanted my tires rotated and then they found my rear brake pads really low. I said I didnt really have the time/money for that and they knocked 10% off and only took 30 minutes. Great place to go for quality and quick service!

Great first impression to the last! These guys have taken care of my car for 3 years and they take pride in doing a good job and what you really need without upcharging you. The little things set them apart from other places.

Total sales pitch and the most expensive oil change. $50 for basic! Tried to sell me wipers, filter, and the big one was $469 for break pads. He saw I had 2 kids in the back but the sales pitch kept going.! Take 5 had a long line a mile away- I know why now. Jiffy was just me.

The service was good.. the people tried to hustle me by selling me stuff I didn’t need. That’s very expected though. When I went to pay, I received the bill, $65.. for an oil change! I’m used to paying $30 on the high end. Very very expensive. Drive 1 mile east to Gator Tire and get a $24 oil change!

Its a Jiffy Lube. Nice employees, look at your car before doing anything. They take pictures (smart) of anything that looks bad, have manager come and look, then report to you. As with most Jiffy Lubes, you watch the entire process. I would go again.

I am going to rate this at less then a star. Just moved here from illinois with my 97 diesel they had no idea of the engine the tech had no idea how to properly start a diesel I needed to explain about priming a filter. Tech had no idea when you check the trans oil the engine must be running. After they closed my hood I ask why did you not grease my truck they said we have not greased in years our gun is broken and we do not see older vehicles this is WRONG they are an oil and lube shop. While the manager did give me a discount I must now go elsewhere to get it lubed. Will never return.

They were quick but high price for oil change

Should have gone to Take 5 in Winter Garden for my oil change as usual but they got my attention with their $10 off before 10am sign. This is false advertising as they just increased the price to $48 for a 4 cylinder oil change so it comes out to $38 with the coupon but this is still more expensive than Take 5 which is $28. Jiffy also tried to sell me on a new battery at $168, new wipers, new air filters and a tire rotation. These guys are a rip off. Stay away and go to Take 5 instead which is a mile down as they are cheap, honest, quick and they give you drinks while you wait. By the way, its 930am and I’m still waiting for my vehicle 40 mins later.

Unprofessional, oil pan wasnt sealed properly. Mentioned leaks to Stanley he became irate and very disrespectful. Stood in a corner uttering racial slurs with his crew very disrespectful. I can go to Walmart for that kind of service.

I have always been pleased with this location, until this past week. I am very busy with work and my daughter took our vehicle to this location to get the oil changed. I was proud of her for taking care of this, but of course, the sales person talked her into getting a transmission fluid flush and fill. Of course they told her they would discount it for her to $89. She told them okay and got it done. I would not have had them do the trans fluid, but they took advantage of an 18 year old and made it seem like it had to be done. She also said the techs asked her to come outside and were talking to her about playing basketball. Sounds like they were flirting with her also. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I am very proud of her, but very disappointed in the staff.I did call and speak to the manager Kyle. He only tried to justify that they explained everything to her before she agreed to have it done. Like she really knew what he was talking about. Auto repair shops that take advantage of younger people and/or elderly people should be fined. I have seen it before and it is sad that you cant trust your local shops to be honest with everyone.Congrats on the up sale. I hope you hit quota this month. Although you did lose a good customer.

I would rate negative stars for this store. Worst experience ever, NEVER go here, or any jiffy lube for that matter. Went in for a simple oil change and as soon as I pull up Pedro tried to upsell me on a tire rotation without even looking at my tires. I said all I’m here for is an oil change. He came in telling me I needed a new air filter, so I called my boyfriend to make sure I didn’t really need one and put him on the phone with Pedro to confirm, and instead of putting my old filter back he put a new one in and charged me for it saying my boyfriend said it was ok. Went back to the store for a refund which they could not perform in store, which is ridiculous. Pedro tried to refund us out of pocket which is totally unprofessional. It took several hours and weeks of phone calls and talking to customer service just to get a refund for the air filter. The customer service for jiffy lube is horrible!!!! Also Pedro was fired soon after this incident because he was caught stealing from the store. I will never go to a jiffy lube again! Popular name with terrible service, even for something as simple as an oil change. I’m also not even 100% sure they did a premium oil change since they didn’t even send the video that was supposed to show proof.

I had such a hectic schedule and I was dreading the downtime of having to wait for my car...i worried for nothing, I was back to my crazy schedule in a jiff- completely satisfied customer:)

Took my daughter car in to get oil change before she moved across the country. after driving 3k and got another oil change she was told the last place (jiffy lube) broke her skid plate and used different screws to try and fix it. Beware of this place. And they replaced her cabin filter and it was completely shot after only a 3k drive across country. Was it really changed???

Good honest service with no needless up selling,

I do read reviews and do take them in consideration when making a decision rather or not to patronage a business. Some reviews are very harsh and written out of frustration. Some are accurate. But seldom do people write reviews to give a business credit where credit is due. Last week, I went to this location and the service was good. My oil was changed and I wasnt pressured with UP SALES. You know where they get you to buy something and it really isnt necessary in spending extra money. In addition, the cashier/technician was really professional. I asked about seeing my oil level because that is what I expect and it makes me feel better knowing I have the proper level insider my engine. They did show me my levels. In addition, I purchased their discount on Groupon. Anyway I would go here again and get my oil changed. On a side note, the seating inside the waiting area needs to be switched out with something more comfortable to the tush and back. It was hurting thoses areas of my body.

Stay away from this Jiffy Lube, they dont honor corporate coupons. Even after asking to speak with mike the manager he wouldnt budge. With a 20.00 coupon my oil change was suppose to be 19.99. They charged me 46.00. Be very aware of these guys!!!!!
