I never seen a post office so slow the staff so lazy they came from a hour break and still acting like the break is not over bottom line is this post office need a whole new staff

Um...(Covid: Staff was wearing mask and guests are required to wear masks to enter. I dont see the guy disinfecting between customers...)What?I moved my PO BOX to this location and had to go on site to complete my registration. I can see how the other reviews can be frustrated by the staff working behind the counter... I had my box paid for online and my form filled, so I just needed to get the keys and the number. He was a nice gentleman that was moving just a little slow. I was able to get what I needed to get from him... I do have to admit it was VERY SLOWEnvironmentLocated in the heart of Downtown Winter Garden, this is a very small post office with hours that Im sure are not convenient to anyone! Seems like everyday is different hours and there is a lunch break and then closes at 2:30pm. They have the basic services available, but with the slow service, you may have luck doing a couple mins down to the next location.Niceness of the staffHe was a nice gentleman that I needed a lot of patience with. The line was just building and building... and he was just focused on me.DollarSame as all others. The additional price to pay is the time you will spend there... if you need to render services.Yes?I got my PO BOX there, hopefully I dont need to interact with anyone... I hope my mail gets into my box!

During the Holiday Season in December, the postal worker (David) closed the office and asked people who had been standing in line for 30-minutes to leave. Hes literally 5-10 times slower than any other postal worker I’ve ever encountered in my life and most of those in line would have already been served had another worker been tending the counter. Under no circumstances should he be working the front desk with customers. Unbelievable!!!!

Waiting in line and it hasnt moved in 15 minutes. The man at counter is so slow, and 2 postal workers loading boxes talking about how bad staff is and how someone was after her job instead of coming out to help. Ive never experienced such poor service here before...

I am very happy this post office is here. It is small and quaint. Jill is excellent at serving her people. Keep it up we need you.

Slower than slow!!!!! Literally a sloth could move faster!!!!

I am appalled with how rudely my wife, my daughter, and my 4-month old grandson were allegedly treated at this U.S. post office facility in downtown Winter Garden. My wife presented there to ship various items to our son in Birmingham, AL. She informed me how the postal worker at the counter was very vocal about being unhappy about the number of items to be shipped. She stated that her shift ended at 3:00 and had no interest in assisting in shipping these items. The time was 2:30 and my wife had already waited in line for several minutes (there were two ahead of her and 3 behind her when the postal worker spoke out). My wife said this lady verbally accosted her and insisted she use the post office down the street which was open until 5:00 (which my wife did). Since I have no reason to doubt my wife, the Postmaster General should be embarrassed with this workers unwelcoming service. This sadly seems to be the perfect example of customer no service.

Most laziest Post Office Ive ever seen in my life. Always closed, has longest lunch time, and dont want to deliver you mails. Im just shocked !!! Am asking myself Why do we pay taxes if this people dont want to work!? :((

I was so excited to get something in the mail 2 days ago was thanks giving and apparently yall were still working and there was a delivery attempt yesterday Friday November 24ths and at 8pm first of all nobody seen a delivery truck yesterday and if it did come yesterday at 8 why didnt yalla put it in my mail box or actually bring it too my apt its seriously down the road like 100 feet and u cant drive there and hand me it and it now says that yall are going to be closed tmmr so I have to wait till money untill u people open first class my ass guys suck since yall closed I cant even drive up there n pick it up

Seriously the worst post office. Closed for lunch from 10:30-11:30? And closed at 2? There’s only ever one person behind the counter so the lines are ridiculous.
