Something suspicious with their pricing. It is always a lot more than ebay calculates. Not sure what the service options Im being charged for. $50 to ship 2 packages, $15 of which are service fees. I dont know if its justified or not because my receipt isnt itemized. But when I put all the info into ebays shipping calculator it was less than $20
Every time I go to ups for any type of service, I always leave Satisfied. They are very helpful, friendly, patient, and well knowledgeable at the things required. The price’s are responsible. And they are noW being extra Cautious and very safe. Being a customer for year’s I say to you, ups in winter garden is more than just sending packages. Go Visit and get the great service you deserve.
I’ve used this place for all UPS drop offs - amazing customer service, there’s always someone to help you figure things out. It seems like a family group working together to provide the best service. Every time I come here it’s terrible. There’s regularly a dozen or more people lined up outside the store. There’s no such thing as dropping something off quickly on your lunch break. You won’t make it back to work in time. Not enough staff and every transaction is super slow. Efficiency is not a word they recognize here.
The store was well kept and I inquired about tape to ship my package, the lady was awesome and offered to tape it up for me. Bravo!

This UPS store is well equipped, Ive seen customer bring in bare items to ship, they do it all, its courteous employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Its location on a main road and plenty of parking is a plus. They provide a variety of services, I stop by once a week to ship items on my way home. Quality service withconsistency is whats very important that leads to great satisfaction, a team that works together with efficiency is what I see here. Thanks for your great service.

My experience at the UPS Store (Near the Publix on West Colonial, Winter Garden) is always pleasant. The employees are polite and prompt and they keep the line moving.
Very irresponsible. I have been there a couple of times, and I have found the place closed, like today. If you are thinking of getting up early and do your errands soon, my best advice is coming to this place as last in your list to do or not going there at all.I called to verified if there are open, and Mr. David answered (owner) the phone, I went there, but it was closed. He answered was, Well, its open now. Very unprofessional.I will never go back in there ever again.
Nate and his Team at the Winter Garden UPS Store are fantastic!!! I have been dealing with Nate for over 11 years and have always been received in a friendly professional manner!! All packages have been handled timely and correctly!! As a small business, it is so imperative that each delivery and each package be handled correctly, it is vital to the success we experience!!! UPS store I Publix plaza on 50 (13750 West colonial Dr). I paid $78.17 for overnight delivery of my brother’s phone, due yesterday at 10:30 am. When I tracked the package, it was not delivered and due today at 10:30 instead. I call the store to get a refund and was told no, that UPS had to mail a refund. I went to the store in person, where I was treated horribly and spoke to in a most condescending manner. When I got UPS on the line, they informed me that the store indeed was to return my money. He refused again, saying he would not do that until after the package was delivered today. UPS said he had that right. Imagine my surprise when I returned home and UPS corporate called to inform me that the store owner had refused to refund my money after all and that I would have to wait 10 days for a check. This morning I go to track the package to find out that the package was now flagged as a HAZMAT danger and would be returned to me..information that UPS says came from the store yesterday evening. So to recap..my package wasn’t delivered, store refused to refund the money, even after being instructed to do so, then called UPS to prevent the package from being delivered at all.
Customers are only charged for the taping of boxes when it is a large box or a box in need of significant damage repair. We charge people in 90% + of these situations 50 cents to $2.00. WE DO NOT CHARGE WHEN A COUPLE OF STRIPS ARE NEEDED. Post office will tape nothing, they require ALL customers to purchase a roll of tape. $5.00 has been the maximum taping charge and in this type of situation the box is in such bad condition there is no way it will survive the trip. As for the prices charged for Post Office mailings and shipping yes we charge more than what you will pay if you go directly to the post office yourself and WAIT IN LINE, costing you productive time and money. We are charged by the post office the same price you are, and The UPS Store or any other pack and ship store is going to make a profit, so that we can stay in business. Most anything you can buy is marked-up 2 (like furniture) to 7 times ( clothing or jewelry) its cost. You will pay a Wawa a 7-11 or movie theater $1.25 to $3.00 for a bottle water they paid 20 to 75 cents for. We provide a quality service and a convenience to the public, serving 200 to 300 people a day highly satisfying the vast majority of them. We think of them as our family as they do us! You can select or not select our location based on a few malicious malcontents or the masses that review us by the repeat patronage. GOD Bless to all of you!

So why in the WORLD wouldnt the older guy tell me there is a fee (no signs anywhere indicating there is a fee, but you have 3 copy machines to make one) and that they are full!!! Ive used the services of this particular UPS store on several occasions: from returning Amazon packages, to using their notary service. The staff and owner have always been pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and speedy.I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others.
This store is hit and miss! Sometime they smile at you and sometimes they scowl at you. The owner seems to be like an alright guy. He’s very chatty so, nothing against that. His people seem to be straight from the Walking Dead.Be warned, they will charge you for EVERYTHING! I mean, I asked to use a piece of tape and was told their was a charge for that. I just “licked” the box and hoped that the contents stayed in. Yuck! I know, but the alternative was like $5. No way in HE double hockey sticks was I paying that for a piece of tape! I get that if everyone asked for a piece of tape you’d be looking at a big expense. What with the prices they charge, I’m sure the tape and much more is included. My advise, go in there with whatever your shipping boxed, sealed taped and ready to ship. That way, your just paying shipping cost and now some ridiculously made up cost for materials.I’ve relegated to just returning stuff from Amazon that I don’t have to pay for. Any other time, I always leave with my pockets $25 or more lighter with little justification.
I went into this store in August of 2016 with a fairly expensive piece of equipment to ship back to my corporate HQ and some accessories. After a brief conversation with the store manager, he was able to advise a much more cost effective way of shipping by simply collapsing some of my materials into a different packaging. It took less than 5 minutes to re-organize and saved my company almost $150. The packages arrived on time and more cost effectively than had I just dropped it off and sent it on my way.
Went to the store to ship a package. Used an old box that did have an old UPS label on it to my address. As we turned the still open box in we started to peel off the old label and were told by the person at the register that she would just place the new label over the old for us after she trimmed down the box for size, so we left. An hour later UPS delivers the package back to me with the new label inside the box. And of course they close at 3pm, so I have to wait 2 days to correct the problem.
We were fortunate to come across The UPS Store. My father had just passed away unexpectedly so my siblings and I were busy organizing his funeral. We needed pictures and posters, we needed things copied and faxed and we needed things scanned then emailed. Just a crazy time for us all. Each time we visited the store, we were greeted warmly and asked what we came in for. Thank you for all your help!

If you have to post a sign inside your store, saying Discount if you bring in a *Satisfied* Google Maps/Yelp review, something sketchy is really going on.A- why the heck is there a baby crib inside, behind the counter, of a UPS Store? Theres gotta be something to be investigated there, Ive heard of family runs businesses, but thats ridiculous, every day cant be bring your kid to work day.B- why do you have to bribe people for good reviews? Maybe just stop being a crappy location, hire smiling people who can desperate work and home life. Maybe lower your prices, because you charge alot, and stop complaining about how UPS charges you too much to run a franchise and Thats why you charge more than most other stores in the area, as well as dont stock up on the free labels UPS makes you eat the cost for keeping in stock?C- maybe just sell your franchise to someone who cares? Maria was very helpful! We had to return cable boxes to our old cable company in New Mexico. She made it painless and the cable company covered the costs as they dont do business on the west side of Orlando.
The absolute worst service. First they have an infant crawling around so everyone has to watch their step. Stay at home and take care of your child. Second, when you ask a question you usually get the incorrect answer because they understand little English.
A package I sent got lost and the representatives at this store were very helpful and efficient in helping me file a claim and get a refund for my shipping and lost items.

OMG...if only I had read these reviews before I shipped my packages. The owner is R-U-D-E beyond belief. Needed to file a claim for damaged goods, and in trying to get assistance with this the owners response to me was what you write on the exterior of the package is irrelevant...theyre not going to approve your claim. I told him Id like to proceed with the claim process so someone can at least take a look at it and he said it doesnt matter what you do theyre not going to approve your claim. When I asked him for his name, he refused to give it to me at first asking why I needed that information because as the owner of the location theres no one for me to report him to. I had to ask three more times before he gave me his name...which could very well not be the correct information. Stay far far away from this place.

I rarely rate, and being myself rated often I hate to leave bad reviews, but if I take the time to put a BAD REVIEW, Ive really REALLY been UPSET! Just went there to print a document, going out of my way, stopping parking getting in, and the lady simply says you cannot print now he is using the computer. SERIOUSLY?? YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!

This is the anti-UPS store. Everything that the UPS brand stands for is blown to Hell and back when you step into this establishment. To say this place is slow is an understatement. The staff here moves at an absolute snails-pace. They are totally content with you just standing at the door for 15-20 mins without as much as a, Well get to you. Sorry. The owner is condescending and rather than have no answer to your questions, hed rather just make stuff up as to appear to always have an answer. There is no multitasking ability here, no ability to pre-screen customers (i.e. Is anyone here just dropping something off?). They just slowly (And I mean *slowly*) focus on one customer at a time, faces buried in their register. Its excruciating. They run this place like its a family-owned bakery - no sense of urgency at all. And every time I go in there I feel like they just want me to leave and that Im inconveniencing them.If youre in a hurry I would recommend any other UPS store in the surrounding area because with the time youll waste here, you couldve gone to the Windermere one and back again.

Tried to send a package priority mail, but the attendant mistyped the address on the label. So a week and a half later the package was returned to me as an invalid address. Then I went into the store to resend it to the right address and they made me pay for postage again!Not to mention their price is 40% higher than the post office is. And the two people working there said they couldnt do anything about it because their manager, his dad, wasnt there. The level of unprofessionalism here is embarrassing. Never going to this place again!
