I am one to check reviews so I hope this helps others make a sound decision when renting a stroller for Orlando. Kingdom Strollers went ABOVE and BEYOND on the customer service. They were right on time dropping off and picking up the stroller and we actually had a mishap one of the first days, we called them & they exchanged the stroller for us right away. They were SO great to work with and I will recommend to everyone I know. It is so great to support a great business like this and we need more companies that have this service. Kingdom Strollers was so wonderful to work with! This was our first time at the parks with a baby & they made it so easy with pickup and drop off. We rented a crib and the mini GT single stroller, both were in excellent condition & quality products! I couldn’t have had a better experience, thank you guys so much, we will be renting again!!

We have used Kingdom Strollers twice. Once in December 2020 and again last week. They are a wonderful company with friendly drivers who show up early, make sure you know how to fold the strollers and they give you a free drink cooler and rain cover. They are nice, clean strollers and very convenient. We will use them for as long as we need strollers on our Disney trips :)

Great stroller for the price. Customer service is amazing.The reason i gave a 4 and not a five is because it was falling apart and i had to constantly put the pieces were they belong.

We needed a last minute rental when our stroller broke. We were able to get one delivered the next day. The stroller fit our kids really well and there was plenty of storage. When our stroller had a little (read: ginormous) accident they were so polite and understanding.

They delivered the stroller next day. It was at the hotel lobby desk waiting for us to go about the day. Drop off was at the lobby desk too. A rain cover was provided and came in handy. Highly recommend

Rented a double and single last week, the strollers were clean and durable and fairly priced, however my rental was almost 3 hours late which caused a significant delay in my park time and messed up my schedule, if the company would have communicated to me that they could not deliver on time or that it would be a delay, I probably would have found another solution. They did not call or email me, and I had to call them several times and email to get a response, for me COMMUNICATION is key to gain my business so I am not sure we will use them again because of this.

Very happy with my experience with Kingdom Strollers! This service made our trip much easier with one less thing to worry about. The stroller arrived well before our scheduled time which was helpful since we arrived to our resort early. A complimentary cooler bag and rain cover was also amazing, considering the one thing I forgot was a cooler bag, and we had some heavy rain during one of our days. Also, may I add that the rain cover was SO easy to fold back up which is something that I don’t always find so easy with my personal rain cover. Stroller was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and easy to follow instructions for folding up. Will absolutely be using Kingdom Strollers in the future!

The process was so easy! A stroller at Disney is a must-have until age 7 or so due to so much walking. Our delivery window was 10-11am. I got a call at 10am stating the delivery was 5 minutes away. He showed up right on time with a spotless stroller! Pick up was just as easy! Will definitely use Kingdom Strollers exclusively!

This company exceeded my expectations. The only reason I gave 4 🌟instead of 5 is due to the driver arriving late, but when I emailed in regards to this I was given a time frame on when to expect the delivery. The time that was given was a little bit longer than I was informed. The stroller was clean & in really good condition. I was apprehensive, due to covid about trying this, but I decided to rent a city mini double & Im glad I did! Im a customer forever & I will definitely recommend. The stroller even smells great! Kingdom Strollers was a life saver for this Mimi when I traveled with my grandkids to Orlando. It was easy to reserve the double stroller online for the amount of days I needed. They even dropped it off, and picked it up right by the front door of our condo! They were very helpful on the phone when I had questions, and also much cheaper than renting at the local parks. I will definitely be using them again when we all make a trip to Disney.

Kingdom Strollers is the way to go!!! We had our personal stroller break on day 1 and I was able to rent a KS for a 7am delivery the very next morning. They were also SUPER accommodating and flexible with the return time and location. I cannot recommend them enough and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Itll save us so much space in the car when packing!

My husband questioned why I rented a stroller...but after day 1 he was thankful and said he cant imagine not having one (He should know Im always right lol). Incredible value. Do not try to fly (or even drive) to Orlando with your full-size stroller with an option like Kingdom Strollers available. We did 9 days for $105. We absolutely loved our single BOB for Disney and Kennedy Space Center. It was in amazing condition and the rain cover proved quite helpful. We also employed an amazing “Disney hack” using a shoe organizer for water bottles, snacks, etc on the back.

I’ve used Kingdom strollers twice now and both times were excellent experiences! The strollers are excellent quality, easy to fold when needed, and always wonderful customer service. I will continue to rent from them and highly recommend!

Kingdom Stroller is the best company for stroller rentals when visiting Disney World Parks in Florida. We have ordered 3 times now for our annual week visit to Disney World and every time my experience is better and better. Amazing service and fair prices. If you are thinking of visiting the parks, even for one day with small kids, I would highly recommend renting your stroller from Kingdom Strollers. DO NOT use Disney strollers, they are the worst.

This is a great company! I have not been asked to write this review. I rented a double bob stroller for 5 days. First of all, i found their website to be super user-friendly. Normally my husband takes care of those things, but I easily made the reservation myself. Second, the stroller was very clean and looked brand new. I had a fear we would get a nasty stroller since they are such high volume but that was not the case. We stayed at the Grand Floridian and the stroller was there waiting for us. that was very convenient! --- Most of all, i just want to point out that when I was at the parks I would look around and I felt I saw hundreds of Kingdom strollers bobs and baby joggers and only saw a handful of strollers from the other companies. I dont know anything about those companies, but I know the fact that the overwhelming majority of rented strollers were from Kingdom Strollers tells me I made the right decision. I will definitely use this company again when we go back for Christmas, and will recommend to my friends, not that I need to because it was my friends who told me they used this company for their rental stroller needs to begin with.

We had a great experience. We stayed at the art of animation hotel and they delivered the stroller directly to the hotel and picked it up from the hotel. It was a seamless transaction. Also great costumer service! Very personable and accommodating! I would definitely recommend kingdom strollers. You’re the best!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Kingdom Strollers went above and beyond to solve an issue we were having that ended up not even being an issue related to their service. Despite that, they were still willing to help out late at night and promptly. They were extremely patient, helpful, and responsive.

This is our second time to rent from Kingdom Strollers and they are wonderful. The strollers have been in great condition and clean. The drop off at the bell hop (or airport) is awesome, too. We have recommended them to several friends and they have had great experience too.

Rented a stroller for my trip to Disney World. The price was considerably cheaper then renting from Disney and the stroller of much higher quality. Drop off and pick up was so simple, and they were able to accommodate when pick up could be once I knew what time my Magical Express was coming. Would rent from again no question!

This company is phenomenal. They delivered to the Disney Swan and the bellman there stored our stroller under a sprinkler. This was no fault of kingdom strollers yet they came back with a brand new dry stroller for us. They are prompt and courteous, we just booked them again for our next trip!

We absolutely LOVE Kingdom Strollers for our Disney and Universal vacations!! The ease of having your stroller delivered and picked up right from your resort made life so easy as we did not want to mess with our strollers in the airport. We rented a double BOB and it was perfect for our two little ones. I was going to haul my big bulky (Baby Trend) double stroller when a friend mentioned I should just rent one from here. I had no idea this service was available. It was awesome! The stroller was delivered to our Disney resort prior to our arrival, waiting for us. It was clean. It was nice! It was convenient. Then when it rained the first day, and the second day was not looking good either...I called Kingdom Strollers at 7pm and wondered if I could rent a rain cover for my other (personal, not rented) stroller and like magic they said sure, delivered to our resort by 7am next day. I literally picked it up from bell desk on way to catch the Disney bus to Magic Kingdom, and what a life saver that was since it rained day 2 even more than day 1. Amazing customer service. Would recommend!!

Having never rented a stroller before, I was thrilled with the process. We stayed on Disney Property, POP, and the stroller was there at check in. We rented the Summit X3 and it was a perfect choice for my 7yr old daughter. The stroller did show signs of wear, but was functioning perfectly and spotless. The rain cover provided was easy to use. We had an an issue of a locked front wheel. We called, they answered and assisted immediately. Turned out it was our error, but an easy fix. I would recommend Kingdom Strollers to all. Wonderful experience.

So glad we used this company! Our stroller was waiting for us at our resort when we arrived. It was clean, easy to use, and made the trip much more enjoyable for us as our one-year-old was able to see everything or nap reclined if needed. We used the canopy our entire trip and attached a fan to blow on the baby. Will definitely use next time!

We just recently celebrated my oldest sons 5th Birthday at Disney, and this was my fourth time renting my city double from this company because I love the convenience that much! I dont have to travel with any strollers, and when I arrive at my vacation home and/or resort, the rental is promptly awaiting pick up at the bell stand. The strollers are super comfortable which is important for long days at the park, with full sun hoods, bag basket, reclining function, and even a rain cover! The price cannot be beat & its totally worth it.

Great company with outstanding customer service! We have now used Kingdom strollers on our last 3 trips to Disney, and every time we come away so happy that we did! Our last trip (4/19) we thought we only needed a single stroller and after a day in the parks we quickly realized we needed a double. I emailed the customer service team late that night when we returned to the hotel and a new stroller was waiting for us 1st thing the next morning, which was above and beyond what we had hoped for. This was my second time getting a stroller from Kingdom Strollers and once again, it was a great experience. I spoke with Tommy when I was setting this up and he was friendly and super helpful.The stroller (a City Mini GT Double) was waiting for us when we arrived at our resort. It came with a rain cover and cooler bag as well as a caddy on the handle that had 2 cup holders and a zipper pocket (thank goodness, because we forgot our caddy!).There was a very small amount of wear on the stroller, which I expected since these get used by many families, but it was in really great condition and functioned perfectly. The stroller was very clean and in excellent working condition.The whole process was super easy and it was such a relief to have a stroller available that is the same brand as the one we have at home, so we already knew how to use it. We have always rented from Kingdom Strollers when we visit Orlando and will continue to do so! I was so impressed with their customer service. Unfortunately our last Disney Trip was canceled last minute due to a family emergency the night before we left. I contacted Kingdom Strollers later the next day to inform them that we were not able to fly into Orlando due to the death of my father-in-law. They had already delivered our stroller to our resort early that morning, and without hesitation, they sent a driver back to get the stroller AND refunded our payment. I was fully prepared to lose our payment, but incredibly Grateful for this company who was so understanding and compassionate! Thank You Kingdom Strollers! I’m so happy I decided to rent a stroller from Kingdom Strollers for our March trip to Disney World. The first morning before we headed of to the park we picked up our stroller, it looked brand new. My 3 year old doesn’t ever use strollers so he was excited to get into his own little “cart” as we called it for the trip. He loved pulling the large canopy over him and was proud to have his own personal ride!It was so nice to have in the parks not so much that I didn’t think he had enough energy to walk with us but it helped him keep up with the fast pace of getting to place to place.The day that we left I went over to the bell hop again and handed it to the cast member and then off to the Magical Express to head home.Will use again for our next visit and will recommend to everyone. Loved the service. Rented a double stroller at 6 pm for a 7 am drop off the next day and the stroller came on time, in perfect condition. Way better than the horrible plastic options at the Disney Parks. Most impressive was the experience with drop off. We left our toddlers new $30 bubble wand in the bottom of the stroller when we dropped off the stroller, we called a few hours later, and they sent the driver back to our hotel right away before we had to take the bus to the airport! Kingdom Strollers went out of their way to resolve an issue of a lost camera for us. They went above and beyond to help us, even though it was our fault we left it with the stroller when we returned it AND when the hotel that subsequently picked it up for us had no idea what their staff was doing. They were patient with me and doggedly persistent to get me information of exact times, locations, and descriptions of personnel they interacted with. This information was crucial to solving the mystery of the exact location of our camera, in spite of some incompetence and disorganization of hotel personnel. Kingdom Strollers was professional, organized, and provided outstanding customer service.

This will be our 6th trip using Kingdom Strollers! Our stroller is always there waiting for us at Bellhop! The strollers are well maintained and clean. We had an issue last year where one of our wheels kept falling off. We called them and they replaced the part the same day! Great experience every single year.

The most worn out strollers in Orlando. I’ve been renting strollers with Kingdom Strollers for 4 years in a row and it’s impressive the decay. My stroller was rusty and bent, so I requested a replacement.Unfortunately, the one I got was even worse. I know how to fold and unfold a Bob double stroller after so many years, and it’s unfortunate to see that this company don’t update their “fleet”.

This is the BEST stroller rental in Orlando! Dont look any further. I have had a few outstanding experiences from this company. In 2014 we were traveling with our own BOB stroller from home and the wheel was bent in travel, Kingdom Strollers delivered a small part to the Poly within hours, I wasnt even a customer yet. In 2016 we renting a double BOB and a crib, all products were in like new condition and the process of having it delivered to our resort and picked up was seamless. In 2017 we renting a crib again and traveled with our own stroller, we had a tube blow out on the stroller and Kingdom worked with my husband directly and had a replacement wheel delivered to our resort. Excellent Customer service!

One of the strollers we rented for our family would not fully extend after 2 days in the parks....I called and they brought us a new one within 15 min!

We rented a double city mini jogger from Kingdom Strollers and couldn’t have been more pleased. The stroller was waiting for us at the lobby of our Disney resort. We even needed to add on a day and that was no problem at all! The stroller had plenty of room in it and came with a rain cover which luckily we didn’t even need to use. Everyone we have talked to has gone above and beyond! We highly recommend Kingdom Strollers if you will be in the Orlando area!

While in Disney World, our 5 year old came down with a cold and was not feeling well. We figured we would need a stroller to help get him around and enjoy the parks. We rented a single summit x3 for our trip to Disney. As promised, the stroller was waiting at our hotel upon our arrival. It was clean and very easy to push. (We have the same stroller at home and the one from Kingdom Kingdom strollers was a much smoother ride.) Included with the stroller we were given a small cooler and a rain cover, both of which we were expecting. We didn’t use either because we had packed a cooler and a rain cover specifically for the x3 and our personal cooler attached to the axel at the bottom so it wouldn’t take up space in the basket, but knowing we had the rentals if we needed them were a nice touch. The one thing we weren’t expecting was the mommy pouch on the handle. That pouch was perfect and a huge bonus! Would highly recommend Kingdom Strollers to anyone looking to rent.

We take a Disney trip annually and weve used Kingdom Strollers for the past 3 years for crib and stroller rentals. The reservation process was easy and seamless every time. The stroller has always been spotless and good quality - much better than the rentals in the parks. This past trip, we moved hotels twice during our week stay. The Stiller was at my door step when I arrived to my air bnb location. It was clean and easy to use. I was able to get into all the parks with it and with a 6 yo I needed accessory!

Great service, no hiccups, waiting for us at the hotel room with our name on it with the goodies we added at check out. Easy return upon our departure, simply leave it at the desk with the valet of the hotel. I would highly recommend renting a stroller over bringing one from home.

We rented a double and a single stroller. The strollers were dropped off at our hotel as requested. They included a small cooler bag and a rain cover that we had to use 1 day for torrential rains. The strollers were super clean, in wonderful condition. It is a real convenience to not stand in line at the parks for a stroller, have it left at front desk at the hotel for delivery and pick up. I would highly recommend getting the insurance just in case of damage. I would highly recommend this company. They were spot on in everything they promised!

We stepped off the plane in Orlando and found our personal stroller on the jet bridge....with its rear axle bent about 30 degrees. Kingdom Strollers saved the day. I contacted them around 7 pm and made a reservation for a double stroller to be delivered by 7 am the next morning to our resort. I followed up later that evening and they confirmed my reservation. The next morning, the stroller was at the bell stand. The stroller was clean and in great condition. It was marked with our name and had a Kingdom Strollers drink/accessory pouch added, both proved very useful at the park. When our trip was over, I dropped it back off at the bell stand...too easy.If you need a stroller, I definitely recommend a double. The parks are stroller friendly (even for doubles), the extra seat is helpful, and price difference is minimal.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kingdom Strollers! For starters, making our reservation was effortless! No further action was needed on our end, all I had to worry about was going to the front desk at check-in and getting the stroller! Walking through the park you’ll spot a Kingdom Stroller rental almost every other stroller you see (that’s a good sign)! With our stroller we got a tray (which we paid for, but so worth it and not much extra $), a stroller poncho which came in handy one night when we had to trek across the boardwalk for dinner reservations, and a cup holder which was insulated. On the day of our check-out, our flight got changed to a later time, so I called and spoke with Derek, who was super helpful and very pleasant to speak with, and I was able to lengthen our rental for the day with no issues at all. Will 100% be using Kingdom Strollers from here on out!

This is my second year renting from them and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. I arrived yesterday to find my stroller waiting for me. To my surprise, one of the big back wheels was just a little deflated, causing it to pull slightly to the left. Thank you Kingdom Strollers! My family just returned from a 11 day, September 2019 visit to Walt Disney World with our 2.5 and 1 year old little boys. We are owners of a Double Bob stroller but we opt to drive the 9 hours from our home to Orlando vs. flying -- hauling along the stroller on road trip of that length is definitely space prohibitive. A friend of mine who flies to Disney every year always rents from Kingdom strollers and she recommended them to us. Best recommendation of our trip! We rented a Double Bob since that is what we are comfortable with at home, and it was a great choice. The rental comes with the stroller, a rain cover (PRICELESS), stroller caddy with 2 drinks holders/zipper pouch, and a cooler for water bottles. They also provide a large name tag with your families name (or whatever name you designate) so there will be no confusion as to which is yours in the vast Disney stroller parking sea.Pickup: super simple! We knew that we would be arriving at the hotel in the morning, likely before our room as ready. So we indicated that we wanted morning pickup -- our stroller was waiting at Bell Services immediately upon arrival. We were able to pick it up and head immediately to the parks that day!Cleanliness: This was another perk to renting -- our stroller was so clean and bright! It put our poor BOB at home to shame. I saw lots of other rented strollers in the parks but ours was by far the cleanest of any of the other companies I saw. Is a faded stroller a deal breaker? Not exactly. But Im on vacation! I like clean sheets, a clean resort room, and a clean stroller. Lol! Kingdom Strollers definitely delivered.Ease of Use: The company provided a sheet with clear instructions and a phone number to call if you had any problems. Like I said before, we rented the same stroller that we own so we already knew how to use it, but the provided instructions were a definite benefit just to make sure there was no confusion.Comfort: Our boys (who rarely nap outside of home) both took at least once-daily naps in the stroller. We bought a $15 clip on fan from Amazon to attach to the sun shade when they fell asleep. This was awesome for days we wanted to stay in the parks just a little bit longer. Once they were napping, we were able to recline the seats, turn on the fan, and go enjoy the booths at Food & Wine Festival.All in all, we had an amazing experience. We will definitely rent from Kingdom Strollers every time we visit Orlando and we will continue to recommend them to all of our friends!

I could not be happier with our stroller rental. I rented online, the stroller was at the resort when we arrived and I left it where I picked it up when we left. The stroller was clean and worked great. I will be recommending to everyone I know and will definitely use them again!!

AMAZING!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Communication was awesome! Customer service was fantastic! They delivered to our Airbnb without a hitch and picked up from our Disney resort. I rented 2 strollers and one was a little difficult to steer so I contacted them to see if we could switch it out. They said no problem. We weren’t sure when we would be able to switch them out and my husband said he didn’t mind pushing it so I told them not to worry about it. They told me in case I changed my mind, there was one at the front desk ready to switch out. I have not had customer service this good from any company in a long time! Worth every penny—I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

We were traveling from Atlanta to Disney World and really did not have room for a stroller. Went on Disney website to view their strollers but they did not look comfy for they were not padded (solid plastic) knowing Disney they probably wanted extra for the pads. Disney did however offer 3rd party rentals and after viewing all the choices we decided to rent from Kingdom Strollers.It was a very good decision! Kingdom made it very simple, you chose your dates and done! Stroller were very clean, no stains, no damage no issues what so ever. Kingdom Strollers even through in a portable hand bag cooler (for free) to take drinks into the theme parks saving money. We are looking to visit Disney World again very soon and again book a stroller with Kingdom Stroller again. Great job team!

10 stars would not be enough. We landed in Orlando and realized we did not bring a stroller. After calling Disney to see if we could arrange a rental they gave us a phone number for Kingdom Strollers. We called at 10pm and left a message, knowing it was too late for something for the next day. 5 mins later Kingdom Strollers called us back and delivered a stroller the next morning at 7am! We had a character breakfast at 8am and we were able to go straight to the parks with the stroller. I was so impressed at the speed and friendliness of these guys. Definitely recommend Kingdom Strollers!

Simply the best! To be fair, this is the only stroller company that we have used in the Orlando area....because its the only one that weve had to! We have been fortunate enough to be able to visit Disney World frequently over the last 4 years or so, and we have used Kingdom Strollers for every visit. With 2 kids under 6, weve needed the help for all those miles. KS has not made a single error in all of our trips! In fact, once I made a mistake and reserved the wrong stroller for our needs, and one phone call and a short while later KS fixed my mistake at no cost to me! Truly a great company that makes this portion of our trips one less thing to worry about! THANK YOU KINGDOM STROLLERS!

Awesome customer service.This was probably the easiest vacation related planning/arrangement Ive ever had to do. Stroller showed up on time, worked as described without issues, and returned with no problems. A few weeks after our trip, I received a box in the mail; my son had left a handkerchief from his pirate costume under the stroller and they took the time to mail it back to us. We take 2-3 trips to Disney a year and will be using them from now on!

Our stroller was stolen from Magic Kingdom last Wednesday. Sadly we lost alot of personal items, however Kingdom Stroller graciously decided to not charge us for the stolen stroller!! I was so upset about this entire situation but they put my mind at ease and my wallet by giving us a pass for this unfortunate situation. Prior to this even, the stroller was delivered to my resort and was in excellent condition. I highly recommend Kingdom Strollers for their customer service and integrity!! Thank you so much!!!

I cant say enough great things ga about the service or quality of Kingdom Strollers! I made a mistake in scheduling dates (lesson learned: dont try to plan two trips at once!) and Derrick was was extremely polite, understanding, and professional....AND had it remedied with a stroller to our resort before we left for the park that morning. The City GT Mini was clean, sturdy and easy to push even with a 5 YO in it all week. Im so happy someone recommended KS to me, and will definitely recommend them to others. Fantastic company to deal with. Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to enxtend our rental by a day twice. Both times they told us it wouldnt be a problem. Both times they didnt charge us a cent for the extensions! Will use again.

We rented a BOB Revolution Duallie from the evening of Sunday April 14th to the morning of Sat April 20th. Service from Kingdom was amazing. They literally dropped our stroller with cooler bag and rain cover off at our door with just the ring of a bell and were kind enough to wait as we fumbled around trying to find our keys (to get the stroller out of the car) on the morning of our return. The stroller itself was in great condition with identifying tags attached - clean and ready to use. I highly recommend Kingdom Strollers. Service and stroller was awesome and the price was reasonable and completely worth it. Both of my children napped for hours in comfort at Disney and various other places we visited. It helped make our days much more comfortable and manageable. Thank you very much!!!

Our stroller broke prior to a weekend visit to Disney. Renting from Kingdom Strollers was the most seamless and cost effective method for us to have an enjoyable time with a high end stroller. We were able to get it for about half the cost of renting directly from the theme park. It was so easy, because Kingdom Strollers was able to drop the stroller off at the hotel and we didnt have to physically be present for the delivery or drop off when we were finished with the rental.Thank you Matt for you prompt response time and effort to help during the 11th hour. You and your company are awesome. My wife and I could not be happier!

We rented a stroller from Kingdom Strollers for the 1st time last week in WDW. We usually bring our own stroller, but decided to rent this time. The entire process could not be easier. We chose our stroller online, the City Mini GT, and it was waiting for us in the Resort lobby when we arrived.It was so nice not having to mess with checking a large stroller with the airline!!As for the stroller, it was an absolute upgrade to what we use at home. The stroller was clean, easy to fold and very easy to push. It also came with plenty of storage space below, drink holders and a small cooler bag.Our days of bringing our own strollers to WDW are done!! Greedy greedy greedy lies to customers about drop off times, if you dont claim your over priced water they charger you for they will pick it up and never refund it. Treats employees as if undocumented workers. Greed in America at its best.

Gave us a stroller with three flat tires and a wheel so floppy that the brakes could not be used.

Not a fan of the strollers working conditions or of the owner of the company.

Cant tell you how amazing their customer service is. We popped a tire on a pin and these guys were out within 30 minutes to replace the tire. This is our 3rd rental with Kingdom Strollers and we could not be more satisfied.
